Chapter 34: chapter 34
Xavier's POV:
I lay in bed, staring up at the ceiling as my mind replayed the events of the day. Eliana's words, her tone, her expression - it all swirled together in a toxic mix that made my stomach churn.
I couldn't believe she'd spoken to me like that. I couldn't believe she'd treated me like I was nothing more than a pawn in her game.
I thought back to all the times we'd spent together, all the laughter and the adventures. I thought about the way she'd made me feel, like I was the only person in the world.
But now, it all seemed like a lie. Now, it seemed like she'd just been using me all along.
I tossed and turned, unable to shake the feeling of hurt and betrayal. I felt like I'd been punched in the gut, like I couldn't catch my breath.
Eventually, exhaustion took over, and I drifted off into a fitful sleep, haunted by dreams of Eliana's cold, calculating eyes.
Xavier's eyes wandered around the room, his mind already moving on from Eliana. He had always known she was strong-willed, but he had never seen this side of her. The realization that he was better off without her domineering nature settled in, and he felt a weight lift off his shoulders.
"There are plenty of girls out there who are genuine and kind," he thought to himself. "No more drama, no more games. I deserve someone who loves and respects me for who I am."
With renewed determination, Xavier decided to focus on finding someone who truly cared for him, someone who would stand by his side without trying to control him. The thought brought a smile to his face, and he finally felt a sense of closure.
He quickly dialed a number, calling a female friend of his to come spend the night. He was still talking with her when he heard a knock on his door. He ended the call and opened the door, shocked to see Eliana standing there.
"What are you doing here?" he asked, his voice firm and surprised.
Eliana's smile faltered, and for a moment, Xavier saw a glimmer of hurt in her eyes. But then, her expression hardened, and she took a step closer to him.
"I'm not going anywhere, Xavier," she said, her voice low and determined. "We need to talk about what happened earlier. I know I said some things that hurt you, and I'm sorry. But you're not going to push me away that easily."
Xavier felt his anger rising again, but this time, it was mixed with a sense of desperation. He didn't know how much more of this he could take.
"Just leave me alone, Eliana," he repeated, his voice cracking with emotion. "Please, just go."
But Eliana just shook her head, her eyes never leaving his. "I'm not going anywhere, Xavier," she said again. "Not until we settle this once and for all."
I don't want to marry you anymore Elly,I will gladly see you in court
Eliana's face went white with shock, her eyes wide with hurt and anger. "You're just saying that to hurt me," she spat, her voice trembling. "You don't mean it."
Xavier shook his head, his jaw clenched in determination. "I mean every word," he said, his voice firm. "I deserve better than someone who tries to control and manipulate me. I deserve someone who loves and respects me for who I am."
Eliana's face twisted in rage, her eyes blazing with fury. "You'll regret this," she hissed, her voice venomous. "I'll make sure you regret ever crossing me."
"If I knew you were this manipulative and domineering, I wouldn't have come close to you," Xavier said, his voice firm and resolute. "I regret meeting you!"
But before he could even finish his sentence, Eliana's hand flew up and slapped him across the face.
The slap echoed through the room, leaving a stinging sensation on Xavier's cheek. He stood frozen, his eyes locked on Eliana's face, which was twisted in a mixture of anger and hurt.
"How dare you!" Eliana spat, her voice trembling with rage. "You think you're so perfect, don't you? You think you can just judge me and walk away?"
Xavier's face burned with anger and humiliation, but he refused to back down. "You're proving my point, Eliana," he said, his voice cold and detached. "You're showing me exactly why I need to get away from you."
Eliana's eyes flashed with fury, and for a moment, Xavier thought she might hit him again. But then, something seemed to snap inside her
She pushed Xavier down, and he fell flat on the floor, the wind knocked out of him. Before he could even process what was happening, Eliana was on top of him, her arms wrapped tightly around him, her lips crashing down on his in a rough, desperate kiss.
Xavier tried to push her away, but she refused to let go, her grip tightening as she deepened the kiss. He felt a surge of fear mixed with anger, unsure of how to react to Eliana's sudden and intense outburst.
As he struggled to break free, Eliana's kiss became more frantic, her lips moving wildly against his. Xavier's mind was racing, his heart pounding in his chest. He didn't know what to do, or how to stop her.
Just when he thought he was going to pass out from lack of oxygen, Eliana finally pulled back, her chest heaving with exertion. She stared down at Xavier, her eyes wild and unfocused.
"Why are you doing this, Eliana?" Xavier asked, his voice shaking with emotion. "Why can't you just let me go?"
Eliana's gaze faltered, and for a moment, Xavier saw a glimmer of uncertainty in her eyes. But then, her expression hardened, and she glared down at him.
"I'll never let you go," she spat, her voice venomous. "You're mine, Xavier. And I'll do whatever it takes to keep you."

As they kissed, Eliana's hands roamed over Xavier's body, igniting a fire that had been simmering beneath the surface. Despite the anger and hurt that still lingered, Xavier couldn't help but respond to her touch.
Their kiss deepened, becoming more passionate and intense. Eliana's top was pulled off, and Xavier's hands cupped her breasts, his fingers teasing her nipples.
The room around them melted away, leaving only the two of them, lost in a sea of desire. They stumbled towards the bedroom, their lips still locked in a fierce kiss.
Xavier tossed Eliana onto the bed, his eyes blazing with a mix of anger and passion. He ripped off his own clothes, his muscles tensed and ready.
Eliana's eyes sparkled with a mixture of fear and excitement as Xavier loomed over her. He pinned her wrists to the bed, his lips crashing down on hers in a fierce, punishing kiss.
Their bodies moved in perfect sync, their passion and anger fueling a heated and intense lovemaking session. Xavier's thrusts were deep and powerful, Eliana's cries of pleasure mingling with his own groans of release.
As they reached the peak of their passion, Xavier's anger and hurt seemed to melt away, replaced by a deep and primal connection to the woman beneath him.
In that moment, nothing else mattered. Only the two of them, lost in the fire of their passion.
Xavier's hands grasped Eliana's hips, his fingers digging deep into her skin as he turned her onto her stomach. He slammed into her, his thrusts hard and punishing. Eliana screamed in pain, her body arching beneath him, but Xavier didn't stop. He was driven by a fierce anger and frustration, his emotions pouring out of him like a torrent.
As he continued to pound into her, Eliana's screams grew louder, her body trembling beneath him. But Xavier didn't relent, his movements becoming more frantic, more desperate. He was lost in a sea of emotion, his anger and hurt boiling over into a fierce, primal passion.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, Xavier felt himself reach the edge of climax. He slammed into Eliana one last time, his body shuddering with release as he poured himself into her. As he slumped forward, his chest heaving with exhaustion, he whispered into Eliana's ear.
"You will be the death of me, Elly."
Eliana's body was limp beneath him, her breathing shallow and ragged. But as Xavier's words hung in the air, she slowly turned her head, her eyes locking onto his. For a moment, they just stared at each other, the only sound the heavy breathing and the beating of their hearts.
Then, in a voice that was barely audible, Eliana whispered back.
You are already mine Xavier, she said with a fierce possessiveness.
