Chapter 82: What Ending (8)
There was nothing I could do.
I felt helpless. I never imagined that Rewan's pain, which I ignored as a result of my selfishness, would come back like this. What touched his trauma? Did it change him? Would he ever come back to his gentle and kind self? Will he ever come back to normal?
It was terrifying.
My body trembled at the unexpected situation. I closed my eyes as if all screams would be silenced by the sound of rain and thunder.
My body trembled hard.
“Uhhpp… uuuhh… uuu…”
Even if I wanted to call someone out of my mouth, I couldn't call because I was stuck though I eagerly tried to push my tongue away from the clothes in my mouth. As I moved my body around, I could hear people moving through the door. A sharp scream also came.
It was all hallucinations. It was an inaudible sound.
However, it seemed to sound like that.
I was afraid.
I was afraid of everything. Even though I was afraid that Rewan would kill Lepis, I was afraid that Rewan would die because even though his personality had changed, Rewan was Rewan.
As I worked hard to free my hands, my body moved so much that my wrists felt sore. I opened a slight gap and withdrew his hand before picking up the torn clothes and pulling out the one that had been in my mouth.
Getting up, I opened the door and sat down at the sight in front of me.
Blood.
There was blood all over the floor. I grabbed my beating heart.
Why… why did this happen
It shouldn't have rained today. People should have left today. I shouldn't have brought Lepis into the room.
I forced myself to stand up, but I couldn't move like I was broken.
I took one step and fell again. As I walked, moving my legs, I sat down on the floor again when I saw Rewan approaching from afar. I didn't have the strength to move anymore. I sat down and stared blankly at him.
“Where were you going? Arne, I said I'd be back soon.”
He had a sword in one hand and red hair in the other. Someone's body was dragged. As if the legs had been cut off, the feet did not exist. I couldn't see anything where the feet were supposed to be and all I could see was a red blood trail behind me.
I vehemently denied it.
It was a dream. It'd be gone when I woke up.
Denying the reality, I closed my eyes. Would a scream come out at the unchanging sight? I covered my lips.
Aahh, aahh.
A terrible smell of blood. A terrible regret in a terrible reality.
It was my fault. I was wrong. I…I was wrong. Stop now.
“A…rne.”
I knew from the voice I heard. Lepis hadn't stopped breathing yet. After a moment of relief that he was alive, I mocked myself.
Lepis spit out my name with heavy breathing.
“A… rne. Rewan…”
I fixed my eyes on him as I waited for his words. After confirming my gaze, Rewan's cold gaze touched Lepis' face.
“Shut up.”
When Rewan's fist pierced Lepis' abdomen, his back bent weakly. His lips moved. Rewan stood in front of Lepis as if blocking my gaze.
“Arne, I told you not to look at other bastards.”
Then, he thrust the knife into Lepis' arm.
As if one stab was not enough, he twisted it and turned it back. Lepis’ torse collapsed, and the sharp smell of blood filled the room.
Rewan wiped the blood off his hand.
“Arne. Because you said don't kill him, I didn't kill him.”
Should I be glad he's not dead yet? Or should I be afraid? I stared blankly at the blood-stained wall and relaxed my body. I gave up rebelling.
He leaned over and met my eyes. He touched my crying eyes.
“Why are you crying? Why are you shaking?”
As he hugged my trembling body and gently caressed it, we walked briskly and entered the room.
Click.
The door closed.
Laying me down on the bed, he swallowed my lips and greedily put my lips in his mouth. Rewan sucked a mouthful and bit my lip.
I slowly opened my mouth, and the tongue that came in invaded the inside of my mouth. He thoroughly scanned every corner of my cheeks, upper body, and teeth. I closed my eyes. My breath was tight, so I opened my mouth to catch my breath.
The long saliva dripped.
Thump.
My heart beat loudly.
“Now that the intruders have been cleared, Arne, it's just the two of us. I've been waiting for this moment all along."
Rewan took off his clothes.
My neck, collarbone, waist and thighs. He gently pressed his lips there. He took off all the clothes I had roughly gathered and climbed on top of me. He rubbed his heavily erect pillar against the entrance.
“Time for you to be mine.”
The next moment, he gently caressed my face. He pressed his lips against my face.
Slowly, Rewan's hand came down to my chest. He held the protruding nipple in his hand and lightly flicked it up and down. When the mouth that coveted my lips rode my chin and bit my neck, I could feel a sharp pain in my neck.
Licking my neck and down to my shoulder, he licked my arm before stuffing his fingers into my mouth. I let out a suffocating breath as Rewan whispered softly as if confessing his sins.
“I am a dirty b*stard. I was excited to see you getting laid by the other b*stards.”
He held the n*pple with one hand and wiggled it up and down. He lightly bit the tip with his lips, filled it in his mouth, and sucked strongly. He caressed my chest with his mouth and caressed my waist with his soft hands.
The hand that was holding my waist touched my thigh.
“At that time, my c*ck stood up like an animal. I guess I'm a beast… horny and jealous of what you did for me.”
He slowly slipped his fingers under me. He put one, two, or even three in and shook it, then pulled out his hand that was glistening with liquid. Soon, he put his wet, sloppy fingers into his mouth and licked off the flowing water like eating something delicious.
“Stop… Stop it, Rewan.”
It was difficult to adapt to Rewan’s unfamiliar appearance. On the other hand, as if he couldn't hear me, he grabbed my legs and spread them apart.
He gazed at me with cold eyes.
Did he, who has changed, still love me? Did he resent me? My heart was beating. It was difficult to see him.
“Stop…”
“What? Stop what? When you’re wet like this? You had a lot of fun with the other punk. It's been a while since you’ve done it, so I think you must’ve missed it.”
Saying so, Rewan's fingers rubbed against the cl*toris.
My body trembled at the intense pleasure I felt for the first time in a long time, and tears flowed. I had never thought of him changing like this. In the meanwhile, Rewan brought his hand to his lips and licked it. My whole body acted sensitively, responding to his gestures.
I wanted a relationship with him. However, this shouldn’t be the case.
“I was jealous before I got angry at your miserable situation, but why do you keep telling me to stop, Arne?”
I couldn't tell if the words were his original thoughts or from his thoughts that had changed.
Suddenly, he stabbed me deep inside.
As his flesh dug in and settled deep inside, he chewed on my ear lobe. Rewan's voice, glistening with lust and hot breath, reached my ears.
“I can’t stop.”
I was out of breath at his intense action that was digging inward. My widened thighs trembled, and the bed shook as he ignorantly dug in and stabbed me quickly. I couldn't do anything and was shaken helplessly.
I gave up all rebellion and all thoughts at the slightest hint of affection in the cold eyes.
“I love you. I love you, Arne.”
The changed man whispered of love.
Should I be happy with that love? Should I be sad?
I couldn't tell.
He licked the flowing tears.
* * *
After the affair, I tilted my body.
I stared blankly at Rewan, who had fallen asleep for a while. The hand held by him was hot. I carefully removed his hand and got up. Without even thinking about getting dressed, I opened the door and walked towards Lepis, who was lying on the floor.
I slumped down.
I clamped my mouth shut, afraid that a scream would come out in a pool of blood so huge that I couldn't believe he was still alive.
Tears dripped down.
Fearing that Rewan would wake up, I pressed my lips together as I curled up my body. The marks of my sin were strong and deep, trying to swallow everything and make me pay for the sins and pull me down.
I raised my head when I heard the sound of footsteps coming from somewhere. It was Acacia. He stopped when he saw me.
I stopped moving.
…No, don't call me. Don't make a sound.
I shook my head.
“Arne!”
As he rushed over and grabbed my shoulder, he seemed to check me for any wounds. My trembling hand pointed at Lepis lying in a pool of blood. After confirming that there were no wounds on my body, Acacia approached Lepis.
A clicking sound came.
Acacia looked at me and shook his head. Then, he slowly walked back to me. I felt like I was going to lose my mind at the red footprints that were stamped in front of me. The smell of blood lingering around was terrible.
The rain that had brought about this chaos was gradually stopping.
“Heup… hu-uhk… Why, why…!”
Taking off his coat, he wrapped it around me. I couldn't hold back my tears. I didn't want to increase my sins anymore, taking and embracing them because I couldn't kill them. Other than that, I had no feelings for them.
But why?
Why was he dead? I didn’t want him to die because people wanted to die because of me.
“Why… why are you so late?”
I poured out words of resentment to Acacia, forgetting about the current situation. I spat out as I hit his chest.
I cried and screamed.
“Why are you late? You’re late—! Lepis… Lepis…”
I raised my head at the presence behind my back.
It was him.
Rewan.
