Chapter 18: Knight
"Aaah!" a howl of pain escaped Abbadon as Sam moments after her appearance shot her in the head, the pain unexpected.
"You'll fucking pay for that!" She roared at Sam, but as she tried to move, she was stuck, and two more shots rang out, one bullet for each shoulder, beckoning her to howl once more in pain.
"Why am I stuck!?" She yells out as she is still unable to move.
"Because," Sam began as he approached the fire closer, "A devil's trap has been carved in each bullet I just shot in you." He explained with a predatory smirk.
"I really don't get it with you demons- well, I do when it comes to the low-ranking bottom feeders but you- you my dear are supposed to be a Knight, Hell's mightiest generals behind the old ones, and you don't think that maybe you should dodge the bullet a hunter shoots at you? Especially one that is waiting for your arrival?" Sam questions mockingly, making Abaddon growl.
"Not that it would've helped you of course, this trap is designed to make it so you'd be incapable of moving even the tiniest bit from your place, but my point still stands since you didn't even attempt to." He continued as he put his hands in his pockets.
"You think you have me exactly where you want me don't you foolish hunter? But you've miscalculated for nothing you can do could possibly end me!
And now, now I know your face and soul, so mark my words for I will hunt you to the ends of creation till I have made you pay for this humiliation!" Abaddon hissed, her tone ice cold venom.
"She has a point Sam, how are you going to kill her?" Castiel questioned as he himself approached the young hunter.
"There may be a way we can find if we go to a certain location I know," Henry suddenly interjected drawing the attention of all three.
"You mean the Men of Letters headquarters," Sam stated.
"Y- Yes, but how could you possibly know that?" Henry questioned.
"There is much you don't know about me Grandfather which I am more than willing to explain after I've dealt with our lady here." Sam stated as his gaze never left the demon, not even allowing a single movement of her to be unaccounted for, for he will not make the same mistakes as his enemies by underestimating them like they do him and his family.
"Deal with me? Now how will you do that, boy? Last I checked you are not one of the things in creation that could end me." Abbadon sneered as she continued to struggle to no avail.
"Aren't I?" Sam questioned with a smirk as he stopped over the Holy Fire causing an alarmed call of his name by the angel and his grandfather.
"Sam, what are you doing!? Step out of the sigil!" Castiel ordered concerned.
"Don't worry Castiel, I know what I'm doing." Sam stated as he was so close to the demon that her breath could touch the skin of his neck.
Abaddon looked him over warily, though as Sam tenderly ran the back of his hand against her cheek, she screamed at him as her eyes went black.
Sam immediately fisted her hair and pulled her head back and biting her neck with enough force to penetrate the skin, stopping her scream as she moaned in shock and pain.
"You- the fuck are you doing?" She questioned in shock.
Sam paid her no heed as he continued to drink with Castiel looking away at the sight and Henry slackjawed, unable to speak or move.
Though the most surprised and horrified was Abbadon, "You- why am I feeling weaker!?" She screamed out.
Sam finally having had his fill pulls back with a moan of pleasure, running his finger over the wound and licking it.
"Truly you are of a higher quality than anything I've ever tasted since Azazel," Sam stated as he felt stronger than ever. His body filled with pleasure and a sense of control like no other.
His mind was so clear and ideas and new understanding just seemed to come into being as the blood did its work.
"Azazel? The Prince? Then that must mean-" Abaddon began in shock and awe as she realized, "You are the promised savior, the king of the prophecy," She finished with her voice completely filled awe and reverence.
"I am your end demon, not your messiah," Sam stated as he slapped her in the face, feeling not a sense of guilt for the moment she appeared he already realized that the vessel was already empty save Abbadon's soul.
"No, you are! You are our messiah! The one who your divine self promised will free him from his prison! It is your destiny as the prophecy states!" She retorted, uncaring towards the slap.
"I reject it, I reject such a destiny," Sam countered as with a flick of his wrist the fire extinguished.
"Why in the world would you!? Once you join with Lucifer you will both rule the universe! You will be able to remake the universe in your image! You are our god!" Abaddon roared in disbelief.
Sam decided to tune her out as he enforced his power upon her. Sam as the so called 'messiah' of demons, had absolute power to a certain extent over all demons so long they were within his reach.
He was immune to all demonic abilities when his powers were in effect, just like Lilith's hellfire blast was incapable of harming Sam after she killed Dean.
Abbadon was now essentially his slave to do with as he pleased and Sam will have no mercy upon her.
"Shush," He commanded her, making her lose her voice.
"I don't want to hear anymore protest from you my Knight for that is what you are, mine. Just as your prophecy states, Lucifer's absolute dominion over you demons comes from me, when we are joined in one vessel, without that your loyalty to him is only based on your own love and fear.
With me rejecting that, you belong now only to me. You will be my personal blood bank when I desire blood of a higher quality, understand." Sam stayed, his voice calm and collected, full of power and authority as he ripped out the bullets from Abbadon's body, kickstarting her regeneration.
Sam felt great, though later he will kick himself in the behind for letting himself be taken by the pleasure of the blood and its promises.
Sam himself was aware of all this through reading through Ruby's mind over the years and the various snippets of various worlds he's seen.
Dean himself also was stated to have somethings that suit him as the Michael Sword, but the angels hoarded any knowledge of it with jealousy.
Sam suspects the only ones to know of it being the angels near the very top, which sadly Castiel did not fall under so they couldn't ask him.
"Sam, is this wise?" Castiel suddenly spoke out as Sam turned towards them.
"What is?"
"Keeping Abaddon alive I mean? You can kill her right now, Sam. You have Ruby, you don't need her." Castiel clarified, his tone a bit pleading.
"Cas, she's a Knight, one that has God knows how much knowledge about the inner workings of Hell and she's at my absolute mercy. My literal slave. She's powerless, why wouldn't I make use of her?" Sam questioned as if he couldn't see why Castiel would even ask this.
"Be that as it may Sam, you must be able to understand, to see through the pleasure and power of the blood that, that is not entirely true. She's not under your absolute dominion Sam.
The Boy King's power is only fully realised when you are one with Lucifer. Your control needs fuel and you are currently fueling it with the blood you have taken from her. If you let go for even a moment, there could be catastrophic consequences." The angel retorted.
"Your friend is right Samuel. I may not have the full picture- which I will gladly ask for later, but Abbadon is not someone to be trifled with. She's dangerous, one of the most malevolent and evil demons in existence, if you can end her, then do so." Henry stated, backing Castiel's words.
The man of Letters may not understand fully what's going on but unlike a hunter who would immediately see Sam as a monster and attempt to kill him, he thought logically about what he'd heard from the conversation between the demon and his grandson and decided to hear him out later.
Sam himself could see the logic in their words, but he simply didn't want to. He loved Ruby, he did, hell, he didn't love her simply because of the blood or her body, but because of who she is as a person. He was in love with her, but what he felt towards Abaddon was different.
He expected a lot of power and pleasure but not like this, not to this extend for Abbadon was like a drug.
Her blood on his tongue alongside the power it brought flowing through his veins brought within him a pleasure and sense of control unlike anything he's ever felt before.
Control he desperately needed because of how powerless and without autonomy he's felt since he came into this world with knowledge of angels and demons pulling the strings of his life, attempting to make him and his family their meat puppets for the Devil and the Leader of the Host.
"I can control her, there's no need to worry, okay. Don't worry," Sam began as he licked his lips, feeling once more a wave of pleasure through him at the taste of the remnants of Abbadon's blood on them.
"Besides, I will of course take my precautions." And as he stated this he flicked his wrist and Abaddon let out a soundless scream in agony as she fell onto the ground writhing in pain, starting to glow with golden light causing Henry to cover his eyes, unlike Castiel who gazed at it in fascination.
"What did you do?" Henry questioned as the light disappeared and Abaddon was laid panting on the ground for breath.
"You marked her," Castiel stated in awe.
"I did," Sam stated as he gazed down at the red head demon who slowly started to get up, still incapable of speaking.
"What does that mean?" Henry questioned.
"It is something only thought capable by archangels. It is in a sense a mark of grace- or in Sam's case soul etched upon another soul to be able to be constantly aware of them and even protect them.
Archangels do this for those who are deemed to be under their protection like protection like prophets.
Sam though has used it in a different sense to be constantly aware of Abbadon no matter where she is in creation.
He now has truly absolute control over her in the sense he'd be able to easily know when his power over her nears waning in which case he'd repair his hold over her." Castiel explained.
"So Sam is akin to her guardian angel, but in this sense less guardian and more keeper." Henry summarised earning a nod from Castiel.
"But Sam, I may not know much about the mating customs of you humans, but I do have some knowledge of demons and they when they partner with another to cause havoc and destruction together forever give up a piece of their soul energy to one another.
It is very rare, but also makes the couple extremely more powerful than the average demon.
Won't Ruby dislike this?" Questioned Castiel concerned.
Sam simply waved it off, "No, she knows I have no feelings for this bitch. How could I when she's such a monster? No she's just a slave and a great source of power, that's all.
Now enough about that. Grandfather you have that key with you still don't you? I think it's time we go to the Men of Letters bunker, I know its location."
"I do, and you have a lot of explaining to do." Henry responded causing Sam to laugh a little.
"Sure, of course, grandfather. Though let's do that on our way there." And as Sam stated this, all four entered the Impala, Sam ordering Abaddon to behave, as she and Castiel sat in the backseat while Henry sat next to Sam in the front as Sam drove to Lebanon, Kansas.

(Author note: Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed this chapter and the lore I have implemented in it!
Do please comment how you found it and review as well please because it would really motivate me to continue knowing how much you guys enjoy what I write.
I hope you liked adding Abbadon to the resistance.
Though I doubt I will add Abbadon to romance or If Sam will ever even sleep with her, cause Sam will only probably ever love Ruby.
Abaddon though sees Sam as Hell's messiah figure and will continue to treat him as such.
Though do tell me your thoughts about that.
Also I hope you liked my description on the effect of the blood on Sam. Sam found a way to not allow it to make him go darkside instantly through drinking a lot, but it doesn't mean there are no consequences.
Well hope you all enjoyed and see you all later,
Bye!)
