Chapter 45: Just Die For All I Care

Shinobi Rule 45: Roses are red, kunai is sharp; always keep your eyes on uncles, fuckbois, and shotas snooping around your sweethearts.

There was only one way to solve the issues surrounding the Four Symbols Seal's inability to completely seal the destructive, apocalyptic force known as the nine-tailed chakra beast—Kyubi: to observe, experiment, and merely become better than his predecessors. Kai knew it was an achievable target. His mind was a pool of devious schemes at the moment, cooking ideas of creating jutsus that reformed the body around the spirit or whatnot. Couldn't Mito exist in a spiritual form like the Kyubi and be sealed until she gets a new body? Why did he have to limit himself to a helpless existence, watching someone he came to care about in this new life perish before his eyes?

Helplessness was one emotion Kai now despised from the core of his being.

Ah, sweet emotions. How Kai loved the sensation of despising something…

So, time was against him and his objectives. What he required was a test subject.

Who better to be one than Kyubi's host itself?

But how was Kai supposed to demand an inspection of Mito's body without sounding like an utter asshole to the woman who had cared for him since he was young?

"Forgive my bluntness, Mito-sama. But I gotta check your seal and see if your Uzumaki Clan was full of shit about not being able to seal Kyubi. If Hashirama Senju can make it his bitch, so can I!"

Nailed it.

"Sure," Mito blinked, managing to appear somewhat spirited and enthusiastic to accommodate him. She was truly too kind to him. Kai hated troubling Mito when it was already late evening. "Get out for a minute and let me undress."

'What now?'

"The fuck?" Another voice sharing Kai's confusion echoed within Mito.

"Shoo," Mito waved her hand, forcing Kai out before closing the door.

'At least she is feeling active today,' the self-proclaimed Hobgoblin hummed and leaned near the door.

"Hey," the Head Butler approached Kai with an upset expression. "Don't bother Mito-sama—"

"I'm going to eat your pet parrot if you annoy me," Kai glanced at the man. "I'm in the mood to try new things today and have a few parrot recipes."

Head Butler Tenjin instantly shrunk his neck and scowled before leaving. Many in the residence stopped treating Kai like a kid since he began his reign of purity and kindness, constantly 'teaching' others to be their 'best' self. Heck! He knew the nurses in the hospital 'loved' him, alongside a few orphanage matriarchs.

Only someone as old and crooked as Jiten could hope to ignore Kai and his threats. Again, why would Kai bother with that stubborn cook? That man already had half-foot inside a grave—or a pyre—it being the Shinobi culture.

As they say, the only corpse that didn't reveal any secret was an ashened one.

A warm voice echoed from the room, snapping Kai out of his musings.

"You may enter."

'Sweet,' Kai shrugged, not understanding why he needed to leave in the first place. All he needed was for Mito to pull up her shirt and let him inspect the fuinjutsu's surface—the abdomen.

So, he entered with slight eagerness in his heart. He could help Kushina if he managed to solve this issue, letting her roam free without needing to be confined in the seal around Uzumaki Residence for the majority of her life unless called upon by the Hokage to act as the war deterrent against other Shinobi Village.

His expression froze as soon as he entered, standing on the doorstep with his lips forming an 'O.'

<<<>>>

The Elemental Continent was spacious and large, more so than any landmass from Kai's planet of traits. It was no wonder that evening in Konoha could occur at the same time as midnight in a calm, oceanic region. The clear sky became a canvas for the moonlight curtain, leaving shimmering waves to crash into jutting rocks and ships alike.

Ships…

A lot of ships.

An armada of ships.

Unlike the vessels used by the feudal lords for their transport, these carriers were heavily armed, with hundreds of seals scribbled on their bases. The sails sported no imprints of any regional lord. The flags showed no colors. Strangely enough, these ships accommodated well-groomed hands on deck. Each man and woman wore brown flak jackets above their red fit. They wore forehead protectors with a distinct carving of two hills or perhaps two rocks on their foreheads, waists, arms, and thighs. A few fashioned these metal plates with red bandannas or unique buckles. However, all these men and women shared one similarity—

Nervousness.

Barely a few looked calm and collected, ordering these individuals to work and smoothly operate the naval force in a predetermined direction. The rest looked anything but at ease. A few kept looking around, barely able to keep themselves from running away. Where could they run to? All these Shinobi could observe was the expansive view of surging waves. A red-haired figure calmly stepped out of a cabin In the central ship, surrounded by 23 other warships. He wore his neck-long red hair in a top knot, tied by a strip of fabric. This shinobi wore a distinct brown headgear affixed with the forehead protector instead of the usual headband. Further down, a piece of armor rested on the bridge of his nose, a few inches away from the signs of a growing mustache and a piece of armor framing his jaw.

Furthermore, this shinobi did not adorn the characteristic brown flak jackets. Instead, above the magenta kimono shirt and trousers—revealing the mesh underneath—was brown-plated armor protecting the torso, extending into two plated lapels waist down from the sides.

The grim expression on the man's face didn't seem to disappear.

"Hmm, am I seeing things? The mighty Roshi of the Lava Style is afraid?"

A calm coo echoed as a masked woman boasting four distinct diagonal and wavy lines on said mask stepped out. Her sexuality oozed through the prominent and exaggerated sway of her hips as the form-fitting tights around her thighs held onto their dear existence. However, anyone momentarily mesmerized by the kunoichi's charm would inevitably give her an incredible opportunity to use the thin, needle-like sword strapped on her waist.

The identified shinobi, Roshi, instantly felt the slight chill around the woman creeping onto his back as he exhaled a soft scoff.

*Tssss*

Temperature around them rose at a shocking pace. The moisture in the air drifted higher, evaporating at a speed visible to the naked eye.

"Afraid?" Roshi repeated, his eyes fixed on the shadowy silhouette in the distance. "I am—of mindless slaughter and even more of unjust enslavement."

As he spoke, his and the kunoichi's gaze inevitably drifted to the surrounding men and women working hard to maintain the armada's pace. Roshi's grimace deepened as the woman giggled.

"No wonder you and Lord Tsuchikage never got along. You're stubbornly prideful, and he's stubbornly underhanded."

"Speak less nonsense," Roshi snorted. "Annoy me, and I won't mind burning you to cinders after your mission's fulfillment."

"Who's thinking of mindless slaughter now?" She questioned, resting her hand on his shoulder and blowing against his neck.

*Whoosh*

The cold around the kunoichi exploded into compressed steam the next instant as she yelped and flickered a few steps away.

"I promise you, it won't be mindless," Roshi muttered, having never looked at the kunoichi since the beginning.

"Point the way, Yuki Clan's Kunoichi," Roshi commanded. "The quicker we deal with the whirlpool around that island, the better."

Indeed, the navy encroached on a distant island under night's cover. However, several whirlpools were defending the island from all sides.

No.

Calling them whirlpools would be foolish.

Even experienced civilians could get near the whirlpool if they spent their life diving in oceans and seas, much less any respectable water-release Shinobi. What blocked the navy was a force of nature wielded through admirable fuinjutsu.

Instead of mere swirling water, which a proficient Water-Release user could cross by conjuring a massive wave, several abyssal SINKHOLES raged with constant water devoured near them, expelled into the surroundings seamlessly like a makeshift seawater fountain.

The gap of these sinkholes itself was nothing to scoff at. Ordinary genin could never stand on the water so raging despite its deceptive appearance. Chunins would need to exhaust themselves to travel on these waves and flicker through the natural defense if they were capable enough.

Such defensive lines were a plaything for Jonins. However, those talented and hardworking enough to reach that stage were rare and limited.

"Tch," the woman regathered her bearings and glanced at the whirlpool nearest to the navy. "Those red-haired assholes can change the topography as they wish and create an underwater route similar to a maze for their travel in and out of the island. Attacking them would be a child's play—"

The duo instantly fell silent.

An overbearing sensation sat on their backs as their hearts sank. A primal fear erupted from the deepest recesses of their hearts when they heard an aged chuckle from behind. Unlike usual, the chuckle did not sound weary. Instead, the raspy voice was spirited, almost eager. They couldn't help but feel like two unaware pups caught in a wolf's den despite the navy being their territory!

"It's not an underwater maze or any of that shit you sons of bitches imagine, kunoichi-chan. That's too much of a hassle."

*BOOOOOOOOOM*

Two ships farthest from the central one erupted into grand pillars of fire as shocked shouts and pained roars echoed through the ocean!

"It was always the simplest thing—space-time fuinjutsu."

The voice continued leisurely as the duo didn't dare move. The pressure from the oozing chakra reserve alone had Roshi's and the Yuki Clan's Kunoichi's skins crawling with fright!

While it was nothing compared to the most terrifying of the chakra beasts… it was well above the weakest biju in chakra reserves, the Ichibi.

"Welcome to Uzushiogakure, brats. Let's study where you all fucked up, yeah?"

They slowly looked back, gazing upon the—

<<<>>>

'Sweet Rikudo for all that is holy and everything else I think in my room,' Kai gaped at the sight of a VERY familiar figure lying on the bed. Those dull, rustic red strands appeared vibrant, filled with vitality and life.

Her stately features, the dignified gaze, those pretty pink lips, the silhouette of the mound under the thin sheets, parting gently and pushing down due to gravity, and that absolutely well-placed violet diamond-shaped mark on her forehead—

'She looks exactly the same as the day I lost my slut…' Kai almost wept tears of joy, but he had other… pressing challenges in the form of unconsciously hardening 'sen-sen bon-bon' within his trousers.

"Did you expect an old woman to strip just like that?" Mito smirked as if oblivious to the most obvious reactions gripping the youth's body as she closed her eyes. "Get on with it, dear. I might look young as before, but I'm old and also tired."

'But I never asked you to strip…'

Kai snapped out of his daze, misunderstanding the phrase—I might look young as before. He sensed some reminiscence in Mito's voice, never expecting the hedonistic glee veiled in those words.

"Y-yea," Kai gulped and walked ahead, not forgetting to close the door. There was no way in heck the hobgoblin would let others feast on the sight he—and once that lucky dog Hashirama—experienced.

"Oh?" He gasped. "This isn't the usual transformation jutsu, Mito-sama."

Mito repressed a sigh. She knew how eerily masterful Kai happened to be in the Transformation Jutsu. Of course, what she used wasn't an ordinary technique. After all, it wasn't a transformation but a regression. So, there wasn't any layer of chakra masking her, and Kai sensed it instantly as he sat on her thighs with… surprising ease.

The second Kai did that, he froze. Even Mito opened her eyes, pinning Kai with a weird glance, almost breaking character and laughing. After all, Kai had put the 'unknown slut' through a string of soul-quivering orgasms in his quest for domination. So, Kai was used to settling around the young Mito's body, a behavior that almost bit him in the ass before Mito tilted her head.

"You are correct," she smiled, making the youth sigh in relief. "The jutsu I'm currently using is not the transformation jutsu." Ignoring the sensation of his knees flanking her thighs, effortlessly allowing him to hold her down cozily should he wish so, Mito continued, "It's the Jutsu that hospitalized me."

Kai's expression instantly fell—

"Don't look so worried," Mito chuckled, adopting a catty smirk she never once plastered on her aged form. "Failure's the mother of success, dattebase. I learned a few valuable lessons and made it better. However, it will be up to Tsunade to perfect it. Maybe you could help her later."

Kai hesitated before nodding.

"May I inspect the seal, Mito-sama?"

"You may," Mito smiled as she pulled the horizontal strip of sheet covering her torso.

Kai felt 'things' when he glanced at that navel. Damn… he shouldn't have abused that slut from every spot he could think. Getting an all-out erection for a sudden navel fetish that he never about knew until today would be the most embarrassing!

Fortunately, the sudden layer of ink phasing onto Mito's once unblemished skin, forming a swirl around her navel and extending into four exquisite strings of fuin seals, snapped Kai out of his lustful bout as he adopted a solemn expression.

He couldn't help but question as he observed the traces of another individual's chakra barely contained through the Four Symbols Seal.

"Tsunade-Sensei told me nobody forced you to be a jinchuriki… Why did you give up your freedom, Mito-sama?"

His sudden question momentarily stumped Mito as she grew out of her amusement and sighed softly.

"You're already aware the Uzumaki tend to believe too much in themselves and their fuinjutsu. To assume I was any different back then would be foolish. I didn't sacrifice my freedom for anyone. At the time, I didn't consider being a Jinchuriki equivalent to being chained and caged."

"Then why…?" Kai glanced at her with a sincerely upset expression. He couldn't help but empathize. Didn't he lose his freedom due to foolishness and impatience to understand his trait?

Yet, that impatience led him to this world, where he met individuals like Mito and Tsunade. Should he feel grateful for fate's twists or annoyed at its mysterious ploys?

"There was a rumor," Mito's gaze grew distant as she didn't hide anything from Kai. "Nobody knows until now who started this rumor or… how they collected such concrete evidence."

"A rumor?"

"Don't be stupid, Mito! You'll curse the boy with similar desires! Don't you hold any affection for your plaything?!"

Mito calmly gazed at the youth.

"I am not the first jinchuriki, Kai."

"Oh? Did someone from Suna take the title? After all, they captured Ichibi without Lord First's assistance."

"Rikudo."

"Hm? What?" Kai blinked as Mito smiled.

"The first recorded Jinchuriki is none other than Rikudo—the rumor that spread after the shinobi villages' formation, with copied stacks of documents from an ancient civilization lost to history."

Kai's mind momentarily blanked before he processed its implication, frowning.

"You became a jinchuriki to achieve Rikudo's might?"

Mito chuckled, "Not at first. I'd just married Hashirama when the information got leaked and planned to explore the nuances of marriage."

"You bullied your husband and drove him into the arms of another man! Grahahahaha!"

"However, the shinobi world entered into a chase for power. The temple guards that once respected the Biju's temples and residences turned against them. A great state of unrest followed that rumor, something every Shinobi and Feudal Leader tried suppressing because the disasters in the form of these Bijus struck the innocents, ending hundreds and thousands of lives with the mere explosion of chakra."

Kai had never heard about this from anyone. It was probably to suppress the notion of others trying to become the next Rikudo.

"It must be forbidden for me to know this, right?"

Mito nodded.

"So, Hashirama struck these forces of nature down. Through personal experience, Hashirama believed Kyubi was the gravest threat compared to others. So, to maintain peace, he handed out the other Bijus to the different Shinobi Villages. After all, keeping them in one location was too much of a threat for Konoha. Their accidental release could erase our existence. So, it was in everyone's best interest to share the threat the Biju posed—and the power they stood to gain."

Kai gingerly pressed his palm on Mito's seal. Despite the groundbreaking information, Kai couldn't shake his mind from how soft and familiar Mito's skin felt. As his palm contacted her skin, he felt her core throb.

"So? Did anyone become the next Rikudo?" Kai punctuated with a smirk and a healthy serving of sarcasm.

"Nothing but more and more seals to keep them contained. Taking them out also means death," Mito scoffed a chuckle. "But a Jinchuriki's position in the current shinobi warfare is undeniable."

"Kushina…" Kai bit his lip.

"She's a strong girl."

"I know she will adapt to the circumstances," Kai frowned. "It's just that… I don't want her to. I'd rather have her be the next hermit, Rikudo or something—The Ramen Hermit."

"I don't understand another thing, Mito-sama," Kai paused.

"Go ahead."

"Why should the Biju's extraction kill the Jinchuriki? A seal houses them. How does its removal exhaust anyone's life?"

<<<>>>

—explosions, shouts, the clash of steel, roars, and the noises of surging elements spread through the naval force. Several shinobi died due to the sudden assault, unprepared for such a reversal!

"Strange. These men and women are barely fit to become athletic civilians. The true number of shinobi is disappointingly low."

Roshi and the unnamed Kunoichi stared at the old man sporting grayish hair, unlike the Uzumaki's characteristic red that dulled during the years. Instead of a neat appearance, the elderly's long, bushy beard, full mustache, and unkempt hair gave him a wild, barbaric appearance. He didn't wear a shinobi outfit. Instead, a faded old shirt and dull brown trousers didn't seem to cover any mesh underneath.

"Yo, Onoki's monkey," the old man grinned, revealing surprisingly white teeth. "Did you forget that an Uzumaki is a Jinchuriki's true weakness? Unraveling your seal will kill ya!"

Roshi's expression fluctuated at the naked threat. The old man before them could also carry such threats to a T.

"Ah, that reminds me," The Old Man smirked. "The partial fuinjutsu on your ships was a clever ploy, but I destabilized the spatial aura necessary for the summoning jutsu."

"Shit—"

The kunoichi hissed, flickering—

*Swish*

Roshi merely saw a flicker of rustic gold, glowing dimly in the dark, as the afterimages of a ruthless chain snuck out of the Old Man's abdomen before piercing the woman.

"Ahhh—"

The chain ruthlessly wrapped around the woman, piercing her brain before tightening as the links tore into the woman, dismembering her into gory flesh! Organs and blood spewed forth, instantly dyeing a portion of the deck red. The squelching noise of the organs hitting the floor, impacting against the kunoichi's skeletal structure, was ear-piercing for Roshi as his body broke into a cold sweat.

That was…

"Oof, don't look so fucking scared, ya punk. Didn't Onoki tell you the difference between these attacking chains and the Adamantine Chains only awakened by a few?" The old man laughed, unperturbed.

"Slaves, Genin, Chunin, Jonin, and a Jinchuriki from Iwa."

"A guide and a team of elites from Kiri spread across the board."

The man's terrifying gaze bore into Roshi.

"But I heard about movements from Kumo, too. The only one left to even the playing field is a kage! So?" An unsettling, battle-thirsty smile spread across the old man's face. "Where is that asshole A?!"

Roshi held back the urge to instantly transform into his most powerful state. Revealing a Biju against the Third Uzushiokage, Ryuji Uzumaki would be one of his most foolish moments. Instead, Roshi clenched his fist and felt wronged.

Many details were only known to the Third Tsuchikage, Raikage, and Mizukage. Roshi couldn't answer even if he wanted to.

"I asked you a question, boy," Ryuji narrowed his eyes. "After all, we gotta welcome the strongest foe, right? You barely classify as an appetizer."

Roshi wasn't someone riled by emotions. However, Ryuji continued—

"And I don't mean you, kid. I'm talking about Rikudo's furry brat inside you."

'That rumor again,' The corner of Roshi's eyes twitched. For some strange reason, the Uzumaki wholeheartedly believed that rumor. The strongest Jinchuriki came into existence because of said rumor!

"WHAT DID THIS OLD KID CALL ME?"

A voice boomed inside Roshi as he instantly felt pressure from outside and inside.

'Don't fall for his words!' Roshi instantly tried holding his emotions as a wave of unjust anger saturated his veins. The bubbling hot rage formed into a sulfuric stream of steam as Roshi felt a cocktail of hate and supreme power pump into his veins.

'Don't!' Roshi gritted his teeth. 'Ryuji might be known as a battle maniac. But he isn't daft. He hasn't attacked until now because he fears expending stamina and exhausting himself. Ryuji fears the combined attack of the three Kages. But I'll die if Yonbi emerges and gets extracted. After all, the nine Bijus are distinct from other chakra beasts because of their terrifying might and ability to intrinsically connect with their host, forming a unique, singular organism known as the Jinchuriki! Our lives are connected. The Biju's vitality will take a mere hit after the extraction, and they will recover. However, it will drain all life from hosts like me!'

Roshi held for a few admirable seconds before lava burst forth from his being as a phantom of a gigantic, red-furred creature erupted from behind, howling at the sky as wind surged. Restless waves crashed everywhere, instantly sending the carefully manipulated armada into chaos!

<<<>>>

"So, you can survive with enough vitality," Kai questioned, not stumped by the problem and instantly thinking of the most obvious solution. Unlike what Mito explained to Tsunade, she nodded and confirmed Kai's speculation.

"Theoretically, yes," Mito barely kept her thighs from clenching as Kai's palm pressed further into her abdomen. "While I wanted to help Tsunade deal with a Jutsu's drawback, I also wanted to see if surviving a Biju extraction was possible."

"Success means Kushina's survival," Kai nodded.

He was trying hard not to think of something, purposely flipping the switch partially to being the existence he hated the most. So, he grew quiet before requesting, "Inspecting the seal from outside isn't enough, Mito-sama. It might be rude, but…"

"Close your eyes and don't resist the pull," Mito smiled. "I'll guide you inside."

Kai gulped and nodded.

He closed his eyes and felt a thin stream of chakra mingling with his chakra coils until letting it pull some bits.

Feeling a formless pull, Kai soon heard clanking chains and muffled snarls. His eyes snapped open, letting his gaze fall upon a strangely dark world. At a glance, Kai observed a vast pool of shallow water reflecting a pale yellow glow.

"This better not be your piss," He looked up, evenly matching his gaze with a behemoth. Calling it large would be an understatement. Kai's height was barely half the distance between the creature's eyelids. Its claws were so gigantic that it could crush multiple structures with a mere stomp. And sheer chaotic power radiated from it, barely contained by the formation of tens of thick adamantine chains linked with strangely wooden stakes as massive as towers pierced through the beast's torso, limbs, and nine tails, fixing it onto a floating spherical rock!

Kai's words caused the beast to shake and struggle against its confines as its furious red eyes glared at the boy. Its muzzle gritted and pushed against the thick chains—wrapping it shut—to no avail!

"That's Kyubi," a calm broke Kai out of his thoughts as he moved his gaze away, staring at Mito's spiritual form. Again, he had to keep his thoughts from how she currently looked, like the spitting image of the portrait he possessed.

Mito looked at him, hair tied into two buns and dressed in whites, pointing at the pool of water. "And that's my chakra."

"Your… chakra?"

Kai crouched and touched the liquid.

"That's the only amount I can spare to the Four Symbols Seal and my Adamantine Chains to seal the Kyubi. Someone with lower chakra reserves couldn't hope to seal beings like it."

Kyubi struggled. The noise of constantly clashing chain links echoed in the sealing space.

Surprised, Kai glanced at Kyubi. The hatred in its gaze intensified when it looked at Mito.

"Kyubi… can understand human speech?" Kai blurted. While he knew about a few creatures capable of speech, like Katsuyu, he never imagined Kyubi or the Biju to be one of them. After all, speech signified intelligence. And if these creatures were intelligent—

Kai barely contained the spike of anger as his expression fell. The sudden realization, alongside his previous discoveries, almost made him want to remove Mito from his pedestal and slam her into the Hokage Rock!

"You numb skulls!" He growled. The sudden twist surprised Kyubi more than Mito as the latter narrowed her eyes.

Kai turned, glaring at Mito with novel rage.

He rarely felt angry and almost always experienced different extents of annoyance. But there was something about encountering utterly foolish things that had disastrous consequences, especially to the Devil he promised to protect, that almost made Kai bitch-slap Mito out of nowhere!

"Why the fuck did no one TALK with them?! Create a fucking zoo! What was the point of holding them in hopes of being a Rikudo when there were nine of them? Did any of you retards remember there was only one Rikudo and not NINE?!"

The sudden lash silenced the inner world as Kyubi stopped struggling. Meanwhile, a lick of annoyance entered Mito's gaze. She had her reasons. But when did it become Kai's stage to ask her questions?

However, he wasn't done.

"Now Kushina's got to pay the price because you all fucked around too much?!" He raged and panted, and frustration and anger built in his veins. "Let it free and fuck Konoha up!" He growled the words that would have him branded a traitor. "Rikudo must have been laughing his ass off if he could watch how stupid your lot is!"

"Kai—"

The youth snorted, pulling his chakra from Mito's body and returning to the real world before leaving without letting her recover.

Yeah!

Kai slammed the door shut. For once, he wouldn't shed a single tear if Mito died.

'That SLUT!'

He clenched his fist again.

<<<>>>

"Hahahaha! That's the way!" Ryuji howled and laughed, dodging the swipe of a massive red tail inlaid with an octopus' suction cup. He traveled the tail as he formed a seal, conjuring an enormous scroll with a plume of smoke before unfurling it, revealing sophisticate fuinjutsu on its surface.

*Poof*

The giant, monkey-like, four-tailed beast roared in pain and rage as one of its tails disappeared!

'Another difference between ordinary chakra beasts and a Jinchuriki is their chakra coils and tenketsu. Everyone in this world has tenketsu EXCEPT the Biju! One of the reasons why they can burst forth with disastrous power is that their bodies don't restrict their chakra. Fuck,' Ryuji grinned. 'Elder Cousin's Husband must have been a terrifying beast because his output was no worse than the strongest of the Bijus despite the restrictions of the Tenketsu and Eight Gates.'

Ryuji didn't bother dodging the beast standing on water with broken planks of several ships floating around them. Instead, he calmly unfurled the same seal.

"How about you taste your chakra?" Ryuji snickered, unafraid of Yonbi despite its massive size and gales forming around its fist due to the sheer size and speed of the punch.

The seal turned into a beam of lightning that tore through Yonbi's tough, furry hide, creating a massive hole in its chest with a diameter of at least 15 meters!

The lightning pillar was so massive and conspicuous that battle around the duo momentarily paused before the Uzumaki—motivated by Ryuji's display—attacked with manic fervor!

"Shit! These maniacs are like Kaguya Clansmen when they sniff blood!" One of the elites from Kiri growled, barely dodging a sword before an explosive seal blew a chunk off its leg!

"Damn—"

Cries echoed everywhere. However, many exemplary Shinobi held their own and assisted against the Uzumaki Clan.

The number of casualties felt massive due to the death of thousands of rookies on the battlefield. However, they served their purpose in exhausting the Uzumaki members as Kiri's and Iwa's elites soon began to take the upper hand.

'Damn it,' Ryuji's grand mood didn't last either. 'Where the heck is Onoki? There's no way he sets this attack before creating a path—'

*Crackle*

*Boom*

Everyone momentarily stopped as a pillar of white light struck the Land of Whirlpools, the home of the Uzumaki Clan!

Ryuji instantly recalled his earlier words to Roshi and his temporary partner.

Sometimes, the answer is always the most direct option!

Just like the Uzumaki Clan mounted a surprise attack using a Space-Time Fuinjutsu, the enemies also used a similar jutsu. And with his eyesight, Ryuji instantly noticed the giant of a dark-skinned man with long mud-blond hair!

The Third Raikage was inside the home territory!

"Everyone—" Ryuji roared, trying to gather his forces when he saw their crazed attacks worsen.

"Well, you wouldn't have been able to rush back even if you wanted."

A massive boulder instantly landed on Yonbi, suppressing it against its will as a figure leisurely floated down from the sky. Unlike the Third Raikage, this man was older and a midget, sporting a bulbous nose.

The Third Tsuchikage—Onoki!

And helped by Onoki was another floating man with long hair and a gentle disposition.

The Third Mizukage!

"Sorry about the intrusion, Ryuji-san," Mizukage shrugged with a spirited voice. "These guys paid Kiri a reasonable sum. And don't worry, we treat others with Kekkei Genkai better, too."

Ryuji gritted his teeth.

"Sheesh," Onoki looked around. "You cannot even control your clansmen when they get excited. The only good thing about your clan is your bloodline and heritage."

"Then try getting them," Ryuji grinned, retrieving another seal.

The Mizukage landed on the water's surface, instantly calming the waves within a one-kilometer radius. Meanwhile, white light bloomed and formed into a translucent cube with a torch-like orb within.

"That's why we're here," Onoki smirked.

A/N: Sorry, but this chapter won't have an alternate title. However, you guys can form a few and comment. I like reading them.

We're close to the second war, but there is still much to be written before that. There is also another most critical revelations known to Kai after he realizes that Kushina and Mikoto like him.

The identity of the slut.

And the hobgoblin is not pleased.

Also, the decision that took so much time to form was about Uzumaki's Clan survival. As promised, there would be a twist and even Naruto-verse traveling shenanigans. All I can ask is for you guys to trust the process.
