Luke looked at the timer, then he checked his status screen.

"It changed." Luke noted, then Luke brought the timer to his attention.

[Forty seconds until the Tower Expedition]

"Time is going by slowly." Luke says as he frowns. "I wonder what will be beyond this gate." Luke looked at the other chosen and pondered. "How many will fade away for nothing."

Luke stared at the gate.

[Twenty seconds until the Tower Expedition]

[Ten Seconds until the Tower Expedition]

[One second until the Tower Expedition]

A silence befell over the congregation, no one spoke, and no one moved.

[The Tower wishes you luck]

And the Tower gates opened and there was chaos.

People of all kinds, from diverse backgrounds and ages had waited here to enter a Tower, "This is the Tower Era." Luke looked at the mess with fondness. "What would I be doing without the Tower?" Luke quietly said as the Chosen rushed inside the void the gate opened to reveal.

"Perhaps, I would be living a meaningless life and die a wordless death," Luke stands up and approaching the gate. "Well, that doesn't matter, the present is in my grasp and if I can save them, I will do anything."

Luke joined the meaningless rat race to enter the Tower.

Luke reached a Chosen who was also sprinting towards the gate, the faster ones with Affinities like Light had already reaching the gate and tripped over the Chosen when Luke surpassed him. Luke's eyes even shined, and the distracted man fell over.

"You're lucky I can't use my affinity to deal with you! Just you wait..." The Chosen grumbled on the floor.

Luke reached the gate after messing around with five of the Chosen. "That was fun." Luke said as he put one hand inside and then he threw himself into the Tower.

"Maybe, I'll even die inside, but that doesn't matter now." His mutterings disappearing in the chaos.

Luke entered the Tower and his story finally began.

"I feel weird, almost as if I cannot feel anything like I had become a ghost." Luke looked the white walls and white floors; a small box of white had been waiting for him inside the Tower.

Luke continued to see this place.

[Welcome, Luke Enfae, to the Tower. This is a temporary room for the Supreme.]

"What do you want." Luke went straight to the core of the problem.

[The Tower will tell you that in time with others, for now, the Tower will tell you what you will be doing inside the Tower.]

"Others?" Luke took notice of the mention of people.

[Your peers, the Chosen.]

Luke remained silent.

[Inside the Tower, there are 100 floors, and Earth is the bottom floor, Floor zero. You will be brought into a parallel world of Earth, a unique place that caught the Tower's attention for its specialty.]

"Why did you come to Earth." Luke asked.

[I did not come here.] The Tower said, leaving the actual reason to imagination.

"Why are you here!"

[The Tower would like to become more than what it is currently]

'More? What does it mean?'

[Inside that world, you will be given aims to complete based on your Path.]

Luke remained silent and the voice of the Tower resounded inside the white box again.

[Now, you will be meeting with you peers shortly, please get along. The Tower wishes you the best.] An emotionless voice pleading.

'Does the Tower have desires? Does it want something from us?' Luke just stared at the screen that kept changing.

[The Tower's goal is the same as yours; to achieve the dream of the Tower, the Tower must do this.]

The screen slowly fades away and Luke is left inside a white box, before suddenly, the ghost-like feeling he felt disappeared, and he found himself standing on ground.

'A dream, huh? Maybe the Tower isn't so bad.'

The grass and soil being kicked up as he moved, the wind whistling through the leaves of trees and sound of water running. Animals like butterfly and flowers that shined vibrantly, things you could never see in the Tower Era. The place looked like a paradise for anybody, but if you looked far enough you could see a wall. This place was not paradise, but a cage.

"What the hell?" Luke said as looked at the black wall that surrounded this place almost like he was in a box filled with dirt.

"Another gate?" Luke turned his head away from the walls and noticed a Tower gate in the centre of the small space and near the gate he saw three other Chosen.

Luke walked slowly and cautiously, and his eyes shined, and the light escaped out of his hoodie.

A familiar person, man with yellow hair and green eyes, the manifestor was here. The manifestor's soul looked different to the others, while the memories and emotions of other beings were found in the outlines of their soul, the manifestor, Traum's memories and emotions filled his entire soul. It looked like it could collapse any second, but the soul was powerful and radiates energy which was also unusual, and his soul was coloured yellow to orange.

The manifestor was sitting down on the grass and looking up at the black roof, light seemed to be everywhere, but there was no sun or sky to provide that light.

He is the Dream Supreme; he was known for being an idealist.

Luke turned his eyes towards a woman with green hair and green eyes that seemed to become darker and then lighter. Her soul was like the Manifestor, but hers was coloured green, but her soul like a spiral, it was stable.

She is the Time Supreme; she was known for being anxious and sceptical.

The green-haired woman was talking to woman with similar long black and purple hair, but her eyes were pure black, and her soul was also pitch black like space, no light could peer through it and Luke couldn't read her memories or emotions if he wanted.

She is the Void Supreme; she was known for her enigmatic and unexplainable actions.

"What's taking the Tower so long, is it going to kill us here?" The green haired woman seemed to not trust the Tower and had brought her hands to her face. "Calm down, we would have been dead when we were brought here." The black-haired woman put her hand on the woman's shoulder. "Look, Zeit, there is another one, but it seems it is the new one."

"What?! They're here?" Zeit turned around and noticed Luke.

The yellow haired man who had been resting suddenly shot up and looked at Luke and he appeared in front of Luke.

"You're Seele, right? I am so glad to meet someone new. It feels like things are progressing. I remember feeling like I was an outcast when I first became a Supreme. Oh! By the way, I am Traum, nice to meet you." Traum extended a hand towards Luke.

Luke looked suspiciously at the hand. 'Should I take it?'

After a bit, he took the hand and shook it. "Seele?" Luke asked as he let go of the hand and look at his soul.

"Ah, that is a nickname, each of the Supremes have one, so we gave you one the moment we knew you were the Soul Supreme."

Luke's soul looked like a blackhole; the centre was white but as you got further away the soul became blue. The blue spiralled around the centre. Luke's hand seemed normal as it kept spiralling.

"Do you know what is happening?" Luke asked as he looked at Traum.

"Ah, no. I just arrived here like you."

"Do they know?" Luke looked at the two woman who were unique.

'Wait. They're Supremes? Wait. Wait. This is dangerous...' His hands clenched.

"I asked them, but they said the same thing." Traum shrugged.

"Where are the others?" Luke looked around the area but couldn't find the other two Supremes.

"Oh, Sterne is trying the break the wall over there," Traum pointed towards one of the corners. "The other one still isn't here, but I think he is actually being punished by the Tower." Traum suddenly whispered.

She is the Star Supreme; she was known for having ambition.

"What?"

"Yeah, right? That guy is troublesome that I can imagine him attacking the Tower," Traum said as he looked towards the other two. "His name is Chaos, by the way." Traum then motioned towards the other two. "The green one is Zeit, and the other one is Leere," Traum whispered again. "Just saying, don't get on the bad side of Leere. She is the reason we have nicknames."

After introducing the others, Traum looked at Luke. "We are all curious, why did you come to the tower?" Traum then added, "I came here because I want to change things," Traum stared into the glowing orbs that were Luke's eyes. "What about you?"

Luke found himself looking at the surroundings and saw that the two women were also paying attention to the conversation and sighed.

"There is something I want, and the Tower said I can get it inside the Tower."

"That is all? No world conquering or wanting to fight the strongest or control everyone?" Traum seemed surprised and he thought something. 'I could work with this... Finally.' Traum smiled and asked Luke a question. "How about we become friends? You won't regret it." Traum's grin seemed bright.

Luke looked surprised and his eyes widened, and he almost stepped back.

'What is going on? Why is this guy friendly? He almost killed me. His subordinate hates me, and. And.'

Luke looked at the ground and after three seconds, he answered. "Okay, let's be friends."

"Wow! You're the only one to actually want to be my friend." Traum put his arms around Luke's shoulder and spoke. "It feels nice, having friends," Traum seemed happy, but he suddenly quietened.

"What's wrong?"

"Oh nothing, just that you reminded me of someone, a friend." Traum said whilst looking down, "She was kind, always wanted the best for everyone and said she'd be my friend forever."

His once cheerful disposition became one of gloom. It seemed even if you were a supreme, you couldn't have everything, and some things were always outside of your control.

"So, I decided to follow her dream and help everyone and it's fun" Traum's words were cheerful, but he kept looking down and his frown revealed everything. "Sorry about that." Traum said.

"I've also lost things, it's alright, friend." Luke tried to console Traum, but Traum just looked at Luke and laughed. "You aren't consoling anyone, any time soon, friend."

Luke looked at the two women, the woman who was trying to break the wall and he glanced at Traum. 'So, these are the Supremes, they aren't as I imagined.'

"Ah finally! I'm out of that stupid box." A voice that was not like any of the current Supremes resounded.

Luke turned his gaze to the side and saw a man with red hair and black eyes that minutely changed colour, it had every colour that Luke could see with his eyes. His clothes, unlike the others, was a ripped black cloak, the others had similar ones but in unusual colours.

"That's Chaos." Traum eyes became narrow and locked onto Chaos's movement and noticed his ripped clothes.

He is the Chaos Supreme.

Traum approached Chaos and ridiculed him. "Can't believe you ripped apart you're clothing a few seconds after you were given it." Chaos just yawned. "Well, smashing the Tower's box was hard work." Traum suddenly released his tension. "You only needed to wait until the Tower was done." Chaos just motioned a wave. "The Tower annoyed me off, so I rampaged."

The woman called Leere approached Chaos. "If you make us wait one more time, then you'll get another beating." Leere's words flowed, and her voice was clam. Chaos just scoffed, "Your only stronger than me by a bit." and turned around and noticed Luke.

Chaos approached Luke, "Well, if it isn't the new guy. Let's fight." Chaos just released a fist on the first meeting. Luke didn't move and his eyes widened, and fist came close to his face, but it was blocked by a transparent black wall.

Chaos looked surprised and threw another punch, but to no avail as that was blocked.

"What a lucky guy," Chaos looked at Luke then walked away and sat down leaning against a tree next to the river. "Outside the Tower, I will fight you." Chaos then turned quiet. "How unlucky." Chaos remarked.

Luke glanced at Chaos. 'Why did a wall appear when I tried to disrupt his soul?' Luke was ready to kill Chaos and Chaos was similar. 'Not every Supreme is amiable.'

Luke turned away and saw Traum approach him.

"Wow! You didn't flinch, you must be quite strong," Traum was about say something, but he was cut off as the Tower reappeared.

[All six have appeared, Welcome to the Tower. The Tower assures you that anything you want will be available inside the Tower. The Tower will now give you the reason on why you Six have been brought here.]

All six of them were teleported next to the gate.

[The six of you are the Highest Supremes, tainted by other realities. Your power is not the same as the others, so the Tower has other places for you.]

The screen moved above the gate and enlarged.

[You will be brought to another World; this world has people who can gain abilities or 'Quirks'. The Tower would like you to obtain the Soul of the World, this will allow you to progress to a higher floor. When you reach floor 100 you will be given your wish.]

The screen split and transformed into seven different screens and each Supreme got a screen and the final screen enlarged.

[You will now be choosing your Paths, and the goals you are given will correspond with these Paths. The Tower wishes you luck.]

Luke looked at his screen like the others.

[1. Would you save the suffering? Yes/No]

'If it means I can be one step closer.' Luke pressed on Yes.

[Would you help those who can help themselves?]

'They do not need my aid.' Luke pressed on No.

[2. Do you blame yourself]

Luke pressed on Yes.

[3. Would you like to better the world?]

Luke pressed on Yes.

[4. Would you drive the world into chaos to achieve your dream?]

Luke paused on this, he could lie, but what was the point. 'I said I would do anything, but would they want to live a ruined world.' Luke decided and pressed No.

[Final Question: Do you want to prove yourself?]

Luke closed his eyes, and his hands rested listlessly by his sides and Luke opened his eyes after a bit and pressed Yes. 'I already made the mistake, there's nothing I can do but prove myself worthy for them and hope they forgive me.'

[You have chosen your Path, Congratulations.]

[The Atoning Hero:

Objective: Uses their power to restore balance to the world, particularly in areas disrupted by villains or chaotic events. They look to right past wrongs and create a better world, driven by a deep-seated guilt and a desire to prove their worth.]

Luke stared at the Path and before he could formulate more thoughts, the screen that floated above the gate changed.

[You have all chosen your Paths. Your paths may interact, or they may not. After you arrive, communication will not be possible, but Tower Internet will be. You will understand what the that is in time.]

The screen floated to the side and changed again.

[Please enter and the Tower wishes you luck.]

Luke looked at the other Supremes that were also looking at each other and without a word, Leere approached the gate. Zeit followed Leere and Traum patted Luke's shoulder and entered the gate. Chaos also moved to enter the gate, Luke looking at this also started moving.

And when he reached the gate, Luke looked back.

The paradise that was a cage, the Supremes that were unique and the world beyond the gate. This was where he was going to achieve his dreams and so he also entered the gate like the others had.

Looking at the void that remained still, Luke had entered the gate to floor one.

His world changed and Luke could feel the difference, there was Energy in the air, unlike his world which had Energy only inside the Monsters. Luke could feel the Energy that was flowing inside his empty Core.

Luke saw buildings and he saw strange people with other hands with extra body parts, Luke could see people motioning and summoning an element like the Natural and Environmental Affinities back at Earth.

'How could that be possible? Skyscrapers shouldn't be possible!' Luke looked around rapidly, turning and turning.

Luke found himself in the middle of a crowd and he didn't seem out of place with his hoodie, this was like a world before the Tower Era came and monsters destroyed humanity's jungle.

The sky was blue as it should be, and the people rushed. This was a scene that Luke only saw before the Tower.

Luke smiled, "I may enjoy this. Maybe they even have a burger here as well," and Luke started following the crowd and his journey in the world of My Hero Academia began.

He saw the children playing around, and the adults that talked and gossiped. Luke saw the hotdog stand and the shops and the parks. Luke went to the park and saw the pets and toys, 'I thought I would never see something like this again' and looked at the families in envy. 'One day.' Luke turned around, but before he could leave, a child approached him.

"Mister! Would you like this cookie?" The child had held out a hand that held a cookie.

Luke looked at the child and smiled. "No, little one, I can't because I don't have money." Luke may be excited for this world, but he didn't forget his reasoning.

"Oh… Sorry, mister. But your glowy eyes are cool, mister!" The child said as they ran away and asked another person.

'A world untouched by the Tower, how peaceful.' Luke continued smiling.

[Save the suffering: 0/100000] A screen appeared and told Luke of his goal and then another screen appeared next to it. [Tower Internet] it showed, and Luke realised that he could not access the synchronised or unsynchronised internet but only [Status] and [Tower Internet]

Luke found a bench and rested on it and looked at the scenery, 'Today was different and weird, a lot of things happened, but I think they would like this world, so peaceful.' Luke watched the passersby and mentally thought of the [Tower Internet] to open it because he needed information to properly plan his next move.
