Central Perk-Coffee House

?#1: "There's nothing to tell! He's just some guy I work with!"

?#2: "C'mon, you're going out with the guy! There's gotta be something wrong with him!"

?#3: " All right Joey, be nice. So does he have a hump? A hump and a hairpiece?"

?#4: "Wait, does he eat chalk?" (They all stare, bemused) "Just, 'cause, I don't want her to go through what I went through with Carl- oh!"

?#1: "Okay, everybody relax. This is not even a date. It's just two people going out to dinner and- not having sex."

?#3: "Sounds like a date to me."

Four friends could be seen seated in a coffee house called central perk and having a heated discussion about one of them. These four Friends were Monica Geller, Phoebe Buffay, Joey Tribbiani and Chandler Bing. They were talking about Monica's big date tonight and Monica keeps deflecting the topics as she does not want to talk about it, with her friends and tried to change the subject several times before she got what she thought will change the direction of the conversation.

Monica: (waves her hand dismissively) "Okay, enough about that," turns to Chandler "Chandler, you know about Mercer right? mine and Ross's childhood friend, you both met during our family Thanksgiving and during Ross' wedding. Remember?"

Chandler: (with a playfully hateful face) "Yeah, how can I forget that guy, he's the one who called Ross and me" (doing air quotes) "a 'women repellant' and also acted like the bigger person as he gave up the position of Ross's best man." (shows everybody his palms) "Yeah, I remember his face like the palm of my hands!"

Chandler said as he remembered the first time he got to meet Mercer at Thanksgiving where he got mocked by mercer himself.

Chandler: (nods his head upward) "Yeah, what about him?" (crossing his fingers and wishfully hoping with his eyes closed) "Is he dead yet?"

Monica: (scoffs exhaustingly) "Oh God No, he's very much alive and he is on his way to Manhattan today."

Chandler: (eyes widened and asking not wanting that devil to come here) "When you say he is coming to Manhattan, you didn't mean Greenwich Village, right and just another location in Manhattan?"

Monica: "YES, he's coming here."

Joey seeing Chandler worried like that, he wondered what was all that about and decided to ask Monica about it.

Joey: (looks at Monica) "Ummm, Monica, what's wrong with Chandler and what's up with this Mercer character to make Chandler like this?"

Monica: "Well, let's just say that Chandler isn't exactly a very big fan of Mercer."

Monica explained in the simplest way possible. As, Phoebe was thinking about it, as suddenly an imaginary bulb lights up above her head.

Phoebe: (having an eureka) "Oh, I remember, isn't he the really hot guy from that photo you posted on Instagram and Facebook back then, tell me is he the one?"

Monica: "Yeah, he's the one I'm talking about."

Phoebe: (clapping her hands) "Yay, I would love to meet him."

Chandler: (looks at Phoebe) " You haven't seen or met the guy yet, that's why."

Joey: (looks at Chandler) "Is he that bad, man?"

Chandler: (nods his head) "VERY."

Joey: "Monica, show me the guy's picture, let me see the guy who made Chandler hate him so much."

Monica smiles at that as she brought out her phone from her pocket which is the latest model of WS-4 Android Phones which Mercer gave to her and her family.

Joey: (looks at the phone) "Man, every-time I see you with that phone makes me want to snatch it from you, I mean ever since I've known you, both you, Ross and even Chandler have always had the latest model of phones released by Wayne and even the ones that haven't been released yet, how do you do that?"

Chandler: (looks at Joey) "Oh that, it's the work of the Devil himself."

Monica laughed because of Chandlers joke before she pulled up a picture of Mercer and showed the picture of Mercer to Joey.

Monica: (turns her phone towards Joey) "Don't listen to Chandler, this is my friend and he is the one who gave us all the stuff as he is the CEO of Wayne Enterprises, so yeah, we get free stuff all the time."

Joey was shocked to see who Monica's childhood friend was, he was a tycoon who started his company from a young age and made it into the world's leading company when it comes to technological advancements and he also heard that he has bought the Knicks basketball team and also heard Mercer was talking about entering the entertainment industry which made joey happy at the prospect of that happening.

Joey: (playfully hits Chandler's shoulder) "I can't believe you man, how can you have a beef with Mercer Wayne, the God of Technology and Monica, why didn't you tell me that you are friends with a guy like him?"

Chandler: "Apparently, all the time Ross and Monica talked about Mercer Wayne, it didn't ring a bell anymore in your head about your favorite God of Technology.

Joey looked at chandler when he said that but outside the coffee house, a man came down the road and stopped outside the coffee house. He got out from a Ferrari Enzo, closed the door and went to the sidewalk, to come in front the rectangular window, where he could see the central perk sign in front of him, he was non-other than Mercer Wayne. Mercer, now at the age of 25, had decided to come to the Manhattan as he would relocate here for good, only he knew that the faithful day had arrived, the start of the main plot. He had got here before Ross and Rachel, so he could settle in. Mercer walked towards the doors of the coffee house and from the glass door he could see the four of six casts of friends seated together like the first episode of season 1. He opened the door and walked in decided to make his presence known to them.

Mercer: (smilingly) "Did you guys order the Devil himself or what?"

Chandler: (rubs his forehead groaningly) "OHhhh, now we are all complete."

Now with Monica, Chandler, Joey, Phoebe and Mercer at Central Perk. Mercer, now a successful tech entrepreneur with Wayne Enterprises, has tried to remain close with the group, especially Ross and Monica, with whom he has a long history. He's now here to be permanently in New York for work and is thinking about settling in Manhattan with his friends, now he's balancing his high-profile career with his friendships. Now joining in the banter with the group, while Mercer sips his coffee, subtly dressed in business-casual, showing his usual down-to-earth style despite his status, as Chandler is sharing his weird dream experience with the rest of the group.

Chandler: (everyone's looking at him as he recalls the weird dream he had) "Alright, so I'm back in high school, I'm standing in the middle of the cafeteria, and I realize I am totally naked."

All: "Oh, yeah. Had that dream. Totally"

Chandler: "Then I look down, and I realize there's a phone... there." (gestures with his hands to crotch area)

Joey: "Instead of...?" (points a finger at his crotch)

Chandler: (nods his vigorously) "That's right."

Joey: "I've never had that dream."

Phoebe: "No."

Mercer: "Hell no."

Chandler: "All of a sudden, the phone starts to ring. Now I don't know what to do, as everybody starts looking at me."

Monica: (exhaustingly) "And they weren't looking at you before?!"

Mercer: "Seriously, are they blind?" (asks questionably)

Chandler: "No, and finally, I figure I'd better answer it because why the hell not, and it turns out it's my mother, which is very-very weird, because- she never calls me!"

They continue bantering until Ross walks in, feeling down and visibly dejected. Mercer, aware of Carol's future but keeping it to himself, as he knows that nothing can be said to change it now or ever. Everyone's eyes are on Ross as he folded his umbrella and holding it with one hand while the other keeps touching the rounded end, as he said with a depressed tone and face, while Chandler and Mercer were eating a cookie.

Ross: (mortified) "Hi."

Joey: (gestures with his hands) "This guy says 'hello', I wanna kill myself."

Mercer: "Ease up on the man, Joey."

Monica: (touching ross's hand) "Are you okay, sweetie?"

Mercer: (while eating a cookie) "Yeah, you ok, man?"

Ross: (gestures with his hands) "I just feel like someone reached down my throat, grabbed my small intestine, pulled it out of my mouth and tied it around my neck..." (walking around the couch from the bar side)

Chandler: (holds the plate of cookies towards Ross) "Cookie?"

Monica: (explaining to the others) "Carol moved her stuff out today."

everybody: "Ohh."

Monica: (to Ross) "Let me get you some coffee."

Ross: "Thanks."

As he comes to the front, he slumps onto the couch next to Phoebe, as she acted as if she was removing something around Ross, as she tries gives him an aura cleansing.

Phoebe: "Ew, unh" (starts to pluck at the air just in front of Ross)

Ross: (puts a hand up to block her) "No, no don't! Stop cleansing my aura!"

Phoebe: "Ooh! Oh!"

Ross said as he didn't want Phoebe to continue doing what she was doing but she still persisted and continued the cleansing.

Ross: (gestures with his hands) "No, just leave my aura alone, okay?"

Phoebe: "Fine! Be murky!"

Ross: "I'll be fine, alright? Really, everyone. I hope she'll be very happy."

Monica & Mercer: "No you don't."

Ross: "No I don't, to hell with her, she left me!"

Joey: (shakes his head at Ross's situation) "And you never knew she was a lesbian..."

Ross was getting irritably tired about people asking the same question over and over again, not knowing about his wife's lesbian thing.

Ross: "No!! Okay?! Why does everyone keep fixating on that?" (gestures with his hands) "She didn't know, how should I know?"

Chandler: "Sometimes I wish I was a lesbian..." (They all stare at him) "Did I say that out loud?"

Ross: (looks at Monica) "I told mom and dad last night, they seemed to take it pretty well."

Monica hands Ross his Coffee as she comes to sit down on the couch beside her brother.

Monica: "Oh really, so that hysterical phone call I got from a woman sobbing at 3:00 A.M. saying, "I'll never have grandchildren, I'll never have grandchildren." was what? A wrong number?"

Ross: "Sorry. It's just that Carol left me and now she's with... Susan."

Joey: "Whoa, dude. Tough break."

Mercer: (sympathetically and supportively placing a hand on his shoulder) "Ross look, I know it's rough man, but sometimes things fall apart for something better to come along, so, try to keep it together, man. You've got us, you've got this." (pats his shoulder)

Joey: "Alright Ross, look, Mercer's right, you're feeling a lot of pain right now." (gestures with his hand) "You're angry. You're hurting. Can I tell you what the answer is?"

Ross gestures his consent to joey to hear his's friends answer.

Joey: "Strip joint! C'mon, you're single! Have some hormones!"

Ross and the girls, Monica and Phoebe gave frustrated looks at what Joey said should be the answer as Ross thinks that was out of the option for him.

Ross: "Look, I don't want to be single, okay? I just... I just- I just wanna be married again!"

Mercer already knew what was going to happen, so he fixed his eyes on the doors of the coffee house while sipping his coffee. Immediately as Ross said that as a woman in a Wedding dress ran into the coffee house and started to search for something.

Mercer: (said as everyone looked at the woman in the wedding dress, he asks Ross) "The Hell kind of magic do you have, Ross?"

Chandler: "And I just want a million dollars!" (extends his hand hopefully)

Monica seeing who was in the wedding dress, got up from the couch and went to her and calls out to her by her name. When the women turned around and right then Monica, Ross and Mercer recognized her, Rachel Green, in her wedding dress looking disheveled and frantic, drenched from the rain and still wearing her dress. Mercer, intrigued by this, watches as how will his friends react to her arrival.

Monica: (surprised) "Rachel?!"

Rachel: "Oh God Monica hi!" (hugs Monica) "Thank God!" (pulls away from the hug) "I just went to your building and you weren't there and then this guy with a big hammer said you might be here and you are, you are!"

Waitress: "Can I get you some coffee?"

Monica: (pointing at Rachel) "De-caff." (to All) "Okay everybody, this is Rachel, another Lincoln High survivor." (to Rachel) "This is everybody, this is Chandler, and Phoebe, and Joey, and- you remember my brother Ross and our old school Friend Mercer, Right?"

Rachel: (goes to shakes Ross's hand) "Sure."

Ross: "Hey." (suddenly the umbrella opens on it's own)

Rachel: "Hi." (then gets startled by the umbrella opening)

Ross: "Oh God." (closes the umbrella then He sits back down defeated again)

Mercer: (gives a two-finger salute) "Hey Green, Been a long time, huh?"

Rachel: (turns to Mercer) "Hi Mercer, yeah it's been a while."

Rachel has joined the group at central perk, sitting on the couch with Phoebe, Ross and Monica with Chandler and Joey on either side of the table, while Mercer sitting in front of her on the other side of the table, as she's waiting for her coffee. Mercer, having known Rachel from high school as the popular girl who always seemed in control, listens with an amused smirk, remembering her usual self-assured demeanor. A moment of silence follows as Rachel sits and the others expect her to explain how she is in this situation.

Monica: (gestures with hands) "So you wanna tell us now, or are we waiting for four wet bridesmaids?"

Mercer: (raises his hand) "I vote for waiting."

Rachel: "Oh God... well, it started about a half hour before the wedding. I was in the room where we were keeping all the presents, and I was looking at this gravy boat. This really gorgeous Limoges gravy boat. When all of a sudden-" (to the waitress that brought her coffee) "Sweet 'n' Lo?- and I realized that I was more turned on by this gravy boat than by Barry! And then I got really freaked out, and that's when it hit me: how much Barry looks like Mr. Potato Head. Y'know, I mean, I always knew he looked familiar, but..." (hands Ross the sweet 'n' lo) "Anyway, I just had to get out of there, and I started wondering" (Ross shakes the packet then puts it in her coffee) " 'Why am I doing this, and who am I doing this for?'. So, I couldn't go through with it! Barry's just…he's not what I want, I just… I didn't love him."

Mercer: (grinning teasingly) "So, Rachel Green, the most popular girl in high school, leaves her fiancé at the altar? You do know this is like the plot of half the movies in the 80s, right?" (raises an eyebrow, smirking) "So, did you run out of credit cards or something?"

Rachel: (rolling her eyes) "Laugh it up, Mercer very funny. I'm trying to turn over a new leaf here! But hey, maybe you could help me."

Monica: (teasingly) "He may be a tech mogul, but I don't think he's hiring runaway brides."

Everyone chuckles, easing the tension and Rachel takes it in stride, realizing as they start warming up to her, that this is the group dynamic—light-hearted, but with genuine care underneath.

Rachel: (to Monica) "So anyway I just didn't know where to go, and I know that you and I have kinda drifted apart, but you're the only person I knew who lived here in the city."

Monica: "Who wasn't invited to the wedding."

Rachel: (scrunching her face) "Ooh, I was kinda hoping that wouldn't be an issue..." Ross stirs her coffee with a teaspoon

Monica's Apartment

The gang together with Mercer were in the apartment seated together as everyone is there and watching a Spanish Soap Opera on TV and are trying to figure out what is going on.

Monica: (points at the tv) "Now I'm guessing that he bought her the big pipe organ, and she's really not happy about it."

Chandler: (imitating the characters) "Tuna or egg salad? Decide!"

Mercer: (in a deep voice) "I'll have whatever Christine is having."

The gang were commenting on the Soap Opera they were watching when they heard Rachel's voice while on the phone with her father while only Ross turned to her.

Rachel: (on phone) "Daddy, I just... I can't marry him! I'm sorry. I just don't love him. Well, it matters to me!"

The scene on the TV changed to show two women, one is holding the other woman's hair.

Phoebe: "If I let go of my hair, my head will fall off."

Chandler: (at the tv) "Ooh, she should not be wearing those pants."

Joey: "I say push her down the stairs."

All: "Push her down the stairs! Push her down the stairs! Push her down the stairs!"

They all clapped and cheered after the character they were chanting for finally pushed the other woman down the stairs. They than turn off the tv as Ross went to the fridge to get some orange juice and Rachel was talking to her father.

Rachel: "C'mon Daddy, listen to me! It's like, it's like, all of my life, everyone has always told me, 'You're a shoe!'" (said as everyone turned to look at her) "'You're a shoe, you're a shoe, you're a shoe!' And today I just stopped and I said, 'What if I don't wanna be a shoe? What if I wanna be a- a purse, y'know? Or a- or- or a hat! No, I'm not saying I want you to buy me a hat, I'm saying I am a ha- It's a metaphor, Daddy!" (Ross looks as he wants to say something)

Ross: "You can see where he'd have trouble."

Ross said and paused, immediately shutting up and walking away as Rachel gave him a 'I'm not in the mood' look, then joins the rest by the couch.

Rachel: "Look Daddy, it's my life." (points to Monica) "Well maybe I'll just stay here with Monica."

Monica: (everybody looks at Monica, says with an awkward smile) "Well, I guess we've established who's staying here with Monica..." (as everybody nods and turns back to Rachel)

Rachel: "Well, maybe that's my decision. Well, maybe I don't need your money." (realizing what she said and hurried) "Wait!! Wait, I said maybe!!"

Rachel said that but it was to late as her father had already hung up, she gave the phone back to Monica from whom she borrowed it and said thank you to her.

Mercer: "So hat, what I am hearing, Is that the queen bee of Lincoln high school was in a relationship with a man whom she thought she loved but turns out she didn't because she found a gray boat more sexy then the man when was about to get married to him and left him standing at the alter waiting for her" (Rachel nods her head and mercer goes on social's) "Wow, you are all over social media and all, you are technically a celebrity at this point."

Mercer said as he scroll through his phone and saw the news of how Rachel dumped her soon to be husband on their wedding day.

Rachel: (rubs her face) "Oh no, I'm finished, my life is over, everyone will find out about it."

Rachel panicked at the realization of what will happen to her after this.

Mercer: "Well, don't worry, I will contact my team to remove every bit of news about you and your wedding, that's the least I can do for you, hat."

Monica: "Hey, could you stop calling her a hat, please?"

Monica yelled at her friend for calling Rachel a hat, Mercer smiled as he stood up and went to make a call outside in the hall. Chandler and Joey were in the kitchen fixing a sandwich. Rachel was about to throw up after the days events but Monica handed her a paper bag and comforted her, trying to make her relax.

Monica: "Just breathe, breathe.. that's it. Just try to think of nice calm things..."

Phoebe: (singing) "Raindrops on roses and whiskers on rabbits and kittens," Rachel and Monica turn to look at her "doorbells and sleighbells and- something with mittens... La la la la...something and noodles with string. These are a few..."

Rachel: (pats Phoebe's hand) "I'm all better now."

Phoebe: (grins and walks to the kitchen and says to Chandler and Joey) "I helped!"

Monica: "Okay, look, this is probably for the best, y'know? Independence. Taking control of your life. The whole, 'hat' thing."

Monica said to Rachel as a way of encouragement and for her to look on the bright side.

Joey: (goes to Rachel and Monica) "And hey, you need anything, you can always come to Joey." (places a comforting hand on her shoulder) "Me and Chandler live across the hall. And he's away a lot."

Monica: "Joey, stop hitting on her! It's her wedding day!"

Joey: "What, like there's a rule or something?"

Mercer: (walking back in the apartment) "Alright, it's done, the story of how Rachel Green aka Hat dumping her fiancee at the alter has forever disappeared from the internet, you can thank me later hat, no pressure."

Mercer said as he showed her his phone for her to verify his words when they heard the intercom buzzing to which Chandler took the Privilege to answer.

Chandler: (goes to the intercom and answers) "Please don't do that again, it's a horrible sound."

Paul: (over the intercom) "It's, uh, it's Paul."

Monica: "Oh God, is it 6:30? Buzz him in!"

Joey: "Who's Paul?"

Ross: "Paul the Wine Guy, Paul?"

Monica: "Maybe."

Joey: "Wait. Your 'not a real date' tonight is with Paul the Wine Guy?"

Ross: "He finally asked you out?"

Monica: "Yes!"

Chandler: "Ooh, this is a 'Dear Diary' moment."

Mercer: "So, Paul the Wine Guy, huh? Sounds like a big deal." (looks at Joey & Chandler) "Should I be worried about this one?" (they shake their heads)

Monica: (rolling her eyes) "Just because he has a job title doesn't make him a big deal, Mercer."

Chandler: (mocking, as usual) "Yeah, because only people with no job title really get her attention. You know, like...you."

Everyone laughs, Mercer included, but he raises an eyebrow at Chandler, smirking.

Mercer: "Well, if that's what Monica prefers, then I'm in luck." (nudges her playfully)

Monica: (looks towards Rachel) "Rach, wait, I can cancel..."

Mercer: "And why would you want to do that, she can take care of herself, if she can't do that, well then I wonder how hat is going to live an independent life from her parents, so just go on your date and forget about anything else, this's your night, enjoy it, right hat?" (he then went over to join Joey and Chandler)

Rachel: (waves her hand dismissively) "Mercer's right, go, I'll be fine!"

Monica: (to Ross) "Are, are you okay? I mean, do you want me to stay?"

Ross: (in a choked voice) "That'd be good..."

Monica: (horrified) "Really?"

Ross: (normal voice) "No, go on! It's Paul the Wine Guy!"

Phoebe: (looks at Chandler & asks) "What does that mean? Does he sell it, drink it, or just complain a lot?"

Chandler thinks about it, why they call paul: the wine guy, not knowing an answer he shakes his head. Monica runs to open the door when there came a knock from the other side, she opens the door and it's paul, she invites him in.

Monica: "Hi, come in! Paul, this is.." (looks at the gang to introduce them then sees that they are all lined up next to the door, so she improvises) " everybody, everybody, this is paul."

All: "Hey! Paul! Hi! The Wine Guy! Hey! Howdy!"

Chandler: (steps forward) "I'm sorry, I didn't catch your name. paul, was it?"

Monica: "Okay, umm-umm, I'll just--I'll be right back, I just gotta go ah, go ah..."

Ross: "A wandering?"

Monica: "Change! Okay, sit down." (Shows Paul in) "Two seconds." (goes to change for the date)

As paul went to sit down on the couch, Ross gave a gesture to her about him being tall, then gave her thumbs up for her taste while Mercer looked at paul and had a thought of ending the date with just one word but decided against it. He then turned to Joey and Chandler to talk.

Phoebe: (talking about Monica's date tonight) "Paul the Wine Guy. I mean, how cool is that, for Monica?"

Mercer: (smirking) "Right, because all great romances start with wine and ends… with more wine." (winks)

Chandler: "Hey, as long as she doesn't end up with a guy who sells prune juice."

Everyone laughs, and just as they settle down a little, as Ross tries to strike a conversation with Rachel.

Ross: "So Rachel, what're you, uh... what're you up to tonight?"

Rachel: "Well, I was kinda supposed to be headed for Aruba on my honeymoon, so nothing!"

Ross: "Right, you're not even getting your honeymoon, God.. No, no, although, Aruba, this time of year... talk about your-" (thinks) "-big lizards... Anyway, if you don't feel like being alone tonight, Chandler, Joey and Mercer are coming over to help me put together my new furniture."

Chandler: (deadpan) "Yes, and we're very excited about it."

Mercer: "They won't know how to put together a simple table even with an instruction manual."

Rachel: "Well actually thanks, but I think I'm just gonna hang out here tonight. It's been kinda a long day."

Ross: "Okay, sure."

Joey: "Hey Pheebs, you wanna help?"

Phoebe: "Oh, I wish I could, but I don't want to."

Joey nodded his head whereas Chandler and Mercer look at the two of them dumbfounded.

Mercer: (turns to Ross) "Hey Ross, can I crash at your place for a few days?"

Ross: "Sure, no problem with that."

Chandler: (seeing an opportunity to get back at Mercer) "Rich guy having apartment trouble?"

Mercer: "No.., it just that, when I came to Manhattan, before meeting you guys at the coffee house, I brought a building and had to hire a demolition team to demolish it, as I have something in mind to do with it, something grand, Bing."

Mercer said as he smiled at Chandler as if telling him that he can never have a chance to have an edge.

The Subway

We can see people walking and going through the subway, as we see Phoebe playing her guitar, while singing for the people who were passing as she preformed.

Phoebe: (singing) "Love is sweet as summer showers, love is a wondrous work of art, but your love oh your love, your love...is like a giant pigeon...crapping on my heart. La-la-la-la-la-" (some guy gives her some change and to that guy) "Thank you. (sings) La-la-la-la...ohhh!"

Ross's Apartment

Mercer and the boys were seated in Ross's apartment after they were done with the furnishings as Mercer ran through every thing himself while the others help a bit.

Joey: (eyes wide in shock) "Dude, that was awesome, how did you know all the things about furniture that will even put those professionals to shame?"

Mercer: (raises the manual besides him) "I just read the manual, everything you need to know, it's in here."

Chandler: "Sometimes, your intelligence baffles me, say between you and Ross, who is more smarter?"

Ross: (gestures his hand) "No, Chandler, don't go down that road, you can't compare me or anyone else to Mercer, he is way out of our league."

Joey: (curious about it) "If even Ross can say that, then you must be really smart, tell us Mercer, how smart are you?"

Joey asked because when he heard Ross saying Mercer can't be a very smart guy.

Mercer: "Let's just say that only God can be more intelligent than the current me."

Mercer said when he thought about how Batman was terrifying because of who he is.

Chandler: "We asked how intelligent you are not for you to boast about it. Ross, I'm gonna need that drink now."

Ross got up from the floor to get them some drinks but returned a few seconds later with only one can of beer with a sad expression, making Joey and Chandler confused.

Ross: (clutching a beer can and sniffing) "This was Carol's favorite beer, she always drank it out of the can, I should've known."

Joey: "Hey-hey-hey-hey, if you're gonna start with that stuff we're outta here."

Chandler: "Yes, please don't spoil all this fun."

Joey: (curios about something) "Hey Ross, let me ask you something, she got the furniture, the stereo, the good T.V, what did you get?"

Joey asked when Mercer were busy putting the furniture together, they discovered that Ross's apartment was empty and Mercer had to even called his company to transport some of the electronic stuff and he purchased the remaining things for the apartment. As Mercer joined Joey & Chandler to here Ross's answer.

Ross: "You guys." (points at them)

Chandler: "Oh, God." (looks at Joey)

Mercer: (with pity) "Goddamn."

Joey: (seriously) "You got screwed."

Chandler: (looks at Ross stupidly) "Oh my God!"

Mercer: "You dumbass."

Monica's Apartment

Rachel:(talking on the phone and pacing around) "Barry, I'm sorry... I am so sorry... I know you probably think that this is all about what I said the other day about you making love with your socks on, but it isn't... it isn't, it's about me, and I ju-" (stops talking and dials the phone) "Hi, machine cut me off again... anyway...look, look, I know that some girl is going to be incredibly lucky to become Mrs. Barry Finkel, but it isn't me, it's not me. And not that I have any idea who me is right now, but you just have to give me a chance too..." (The machine cuts her off again and she redials)

Back At Ross's Apartment

Mercer: "Ross, what have I been telling you since we were in high school all this time?"

Ross: "You said not to let anyone walk over me especially women."

Mercer: "Correct, but you did exactly just that, you bought everything in the house before, correct?"

Mercer asked Ross to which he thought for a second before nodding his head.

Mercer: "And you let her take everything, leaving you with only the fridge which is filled with alcohol for you to get drunk. It is even surprising that she didn't kick you out of the the apartment, oh how wonderful would that have been?"

Mercer said as he went to the fridge and got himself and the others a drink.

Mercer: "You know, I've always knew that something was off with that Carol when she started staring at Monica's ass at the wedding." (hands the guys their drinks)

Chandler: "You knew and you didn't say anything?"

Mercer: "Oh, what do you want me to say, 'hey Ross, I think your wife to be might be a lesbian candidate because she keeps staring at your sister's ass, so I will advise you to not continue with the wedding.' That would have been the end of me as Aunt Judy would have definitely skinned me alive."

The boys laughed at that but Ross with his kill-joy lifestyle had to do what he does best with his depressing mood. Ross is pacing while Joey and Chandler are looking at him and Mercer is working on some more furniture.

Ross: (worryingly) "I'm divorced! I'm only 26 and I'm divorced!"

Joey: "Shut up!"

Chandler: "You must stop!"

Mercer: "Alright guys, I think I'm finished with all the furniture." (goes to join Joey & Chandler)

Ross: "That only took you an hour, impressive man."

Chandler: "Look, Ross, you gotta understand, between us we haven't had a relationship that has lasted longer than a Mento. You, however have had the love of a woman for four years. Four years of closeness and sharing at the end of which she ripped your heart out, and that is why we don't do it!" (realizing what he said then thinks for a moment) "I don't think that was my point!"

Ross: "You know what the scariest part is? What if there's only one woman for everybody, y'know? I mean what if you get one woman- and that's it? Unfortunately in my case, there was only one woman- for her..."

Joey: 'What are you talking about? 'One woman'?" (as he brings another extra drinks for them) "That's like saying there's only one flavor of ice cream for you. Lemme tell you something, Ross. There's lots of flavors out there. There's Rocky Road, and Cookie Dough, and Bing! Cherry Vanilla. You could get 'em with Jimmies, or nuts, or whipped cream! This is the best thing that ever happened to you! You got married, you were, like, what, eight?" (they chuckled at that before Joey continued) "Welcome back to the world! Grab a spoon!"

Ross: "I honestly don't know if I'm hungry or horny." (tells Joey"

Chandler: "Stay out of my freezer!" (said as he, Mercer and Joey moved away from him)

A Restaurant-Monica's Date

paul: "Ever since she walked out on me, I, uh..."

Monica: "What?..... What, you wanna spell it out with noodles?"

paul: "No, it's, it's more of a fifth date kinda revelation."

Monica: "Oh, so there is gonna be a fifth date?"

paul: "Isn't there?"

Monica: "Yeah... yeah, I think there is. -What were you gonna say?"

paul: 'Well, ever-ev-... ever since she left me, um, I haven't been able to, uh, perform." (Monica takes a sip of her drink) "...Sexually."

Monica: (spitting out her drink in shock) "Oh God, oh God, I am sorry... I am so sorry..."

paul: "It's okay..."

Monica: "I know being spit on is probably not what you need right now. Um... how long?"

paul: "Two years."

Monica: "Wow! I'm-I'm-I'm glad you smashed her watch!"

paul: "So you still think you, um... might want that fifth date?'

Monica: (pause) "...Yeah. Yeah, I do."

 Monica's Apartment

Priest on TV: "We are gathered here today to join Joanne Louise Cunningham and Charles, Chachi-Chachi-Chachi, Arcola in the bound of holy matrimony."

Rachel: "Oh...see... but Joanne loved Chachi! That's the difference!"

Ross's Apartment Again

They're all sitting around and talking.

Ross: (scornful) "Grab a spoon. Do you know how long it's been since I've grabbed a spoon? Do the words 'Billy, don't be a hero' mean anything to you?" (looks at the three guys before him)

Ross: "Y'know, here's the thing. Even if I could get it together enough to- to ask a woman out,... who am I gonna ask?"

Mercer: "Rachel."

Everyone looked at Rachel as soon as he said that Ross should ask out Rachel.

Mercer: "Look, I know you had a thing for her back in high school and now that you are both single, this is the right time. The opportunity for you to be together, you know, I don't want to rush you into anything and I don't want you to ask her out right given her current situation but you can give her hints and not your stupid hint and when you see that she is over her failed marriage, you swoop in and be a gentleman to her, I can even help you if you want. But all I'm saying is you deserve to be happy and stop whinning about your lesbian wife and her lover, to hell with them and to make this night even more fun, Let's hit the strip joint."

Mercer said as he thought of even opening a club from a TV show and since he has a handsome face, why not make it even more interesting.

Joey: (excitedly) "Now, you're speaking my language, come on Ross, let's us show you the other side of LIFE!"

Ross agreed as they all went out of the apartment only to discover that Mercer's car is only a 2-seater, so they had to take a Taxi.

Mercer's Office at Wayne Enterprises – The Next Day

The next day, Mercer is in his sleek office at Wayne Enterprises, his office is modern and sophisticated, filled with gadgets and prototypes. Despite his demanding career, Mercer's thoughts drift back to his friends and Rachel's surprise arrival. He's on the phone with one of his team members, discussing a new product launch.

Mercer: (on a call) "The device needs to be intuitive—something people connect with immediately, like it's an extension of their hand. We're not just selling technology here; we're selling experiences, we're changing the way people live."

After finishing the call, Mercer leans back, a rare quiet moment in his hectic life. Even with all his success, his friends remain his anchor, grounding him in the midst of his corporate responsibilities, and even his high-flying tech career. He glances at a group photo on his desk from high school, with Ross, Monica, Will, and himself, a reminder of how far they've all come.

Monica's Apartment – The Same Time

Rachel is making coffee for Joey and Chandler.

Rachel: (happily) "Isn't this amazing? I mean, I have never made coffee before in my entire life."

Chandler: "That is amazing."

Joey: "Congratulations."

Rachel: "Y'know, I figure if I can make coffee, there isn't anything I can't do."

Chandler: "If I can invade Poland, there isn't anything I can't do."

Joey: "Listen, while you're on a roll, if you feel like you gotta make like a Western omelet or something..." (Joey and Chandler taste the coffee, grimace, and pour it into a plant pot.) "Although actually I'm really not that hungry..."

Monica: (entering the living room, to herself) "Oh good, Lenny and Squigy are here."

Monica & Rachel: "Good morning."

Chandler & Joey: "Morning."

paul: (entering from Monica's living-room) "Morning."

Joey: "Morning, paul."

Rachel: "Hello, paul."

Chandler: "Hi, paul, is it?"

Monica and Paul walk to the door and talk in a low voice so the others can't hear. The others then lift a little and move Monica's table closer to the door so that they can hear them.

Monica: "I had a really great time last night."

paul: "Thank you! Thank you so much!"

Monica: "Stop!"

paul: "No, I'm telling you last night was like umm, all my birthdays, both graduations, plus the barn raising scene in Witness."

Monica: "We'll talk later, okay?"

paul: "Yeah." (They kiss) "Thank you." (Exits)

Monica closes the door with a stupid grin on her face.

Joey: 'That wasn't a real date?!" (looks at Chandler for a sec then back ta Monica) "What the hell do you do on a real date?"

Monica: "Shut up, and put my table back."

All: "Okayyy!" (They do so)

Chandler: "All right, kids," (gets up from the table) "I gotta get to work. If I don't input those numbers,... it doesn't make much of a difference..."

Rachel: "So, like, you guys all have jobs?"

Monica: "Yeah, we all have jobs. See, that's how we buy stuff."

Joey: "Yeah, I'm an actor."

Rachel: "Wow! Would I have seen you in anything?"

Joey: "I doubt it. Mostly regional work."

Monica: "Oh wait, wait, unless you happened to catch the Reruns' production of Pinocchio, at the little theater in the park."

Joey: "Look, it was a job all right?"

Chandler: "'Look, Gippetto, I'm a real live boy.'"

Joey: "I will not take this abuse." (gets up & walks to the door) "Besides, mercer has something in store for me when he gets into the entertainment industry, with that, it won't be long before I take myself to stardom." (opens it to leave)

Chandler: "You're right, I'm sorry." (Burst into song and dances out of the door) "Once I was a wooden boy, a little wooden boy..."

Joey: (looks at the girls) "You should both know, that he's a dead man. Oh, Chandler?" (goes after Chandler)

Monica: "So how you doing today? Did you sleep okay? Talk to Barry? I can't stop smiling."

Rachel: "I can see that. You look like you slept with a hanger in your mouth."

Monica: "I know, he's just so, so... Do you remember you and Tony DeMarco?"

Rachel: "Oh, yeah."

Monica: "Well, it's like that. With feelings."

Rachel: "Oh wow. Are you in trouble."

Monica: "Big time!"

Rachel: "Want a wedding dress? Hardly used."

Monica: "I think we are getting a little ahead of selves here. Okay. Okay. I am just going to get up, go to work and not think about him all day. Or else I'm just gonna get up and go to work."

Rachel:" Oh, look, wish me luck!"

Monica: "What for?"

Rachel: "I'm gonna go get one of those" (Thinks) "job things." (Monica exits)

Iridium Restaurant - Night Time

Monica is seen working in the kitchen as frannie, her co-worker enters the kitchen.

frannie: Hey, Monica!

Monica: 'Hey frannie, welcome back! How was Florida?"

frannie: (looks at Monica)"You had sex, didn't you?"

Monica: (surprised) "How do you do that?"

frannie: "Oh, I hate you, I'm pushing my Aunt Roz through Parrot Jungle and you're having sex! So? Who?"

Monica: "You know Paul?"

frannie: "Paul the Wine Guy? Oh yeah, I know Paul."

Monica: (gestures with her hands and looks at frannie) "You mean you know Paul like I know Paul?"

frannie: "Are you kidding? I take credit for Paul. Y'know before me, there was no snap in his turtle for two years."

Central Perk

Joey: (sitting on the arm of the couch) "Of course it was a line!"

Joey and everybody were seated at their usual spot in the coffee house except for Mercer and Rachel who went out in the morning looking for a job.

Monica: (pacing behind the couch) "Why?! Why? Why, why would anybody do something like that?"

Ross: (closes the book in his lap & gestures) "I assume we're looking for an answer more sophisticated than 'to get you into bed'."

Monica: (frustratedly) "I hate men! I hate men!"

Phoebe: "Oh no, don't hate, you don't want to put that out into the universe."

Monica: "Is it me? Is it like I have some sort of beacon that only dogs and men with severe emotional problems can hear?"

Phoebe: "All right, c'mere, gimme your feet."

Phoebe said that as Monica sat on the couch and gave Phoebe her leg, who was sitting on the floor as she starts massaging them.

Monica: (a little sad) "I just thought he was nice, y'know?"

Joey: "Pfft." (bursts out laughing) "I can't believe you didn't know it was a line!"

Monica: "Ohh, come on." (Monica pushes him off of the sofa)

Chandler: "You know, you Geller youngsters aren't particularly favoured when it comes to your love life." (say as he sips his coffee like a wise man and every body looks at him)

Chandler: "I mean, Ross got Married to Carol," (gestures to Monica) "you got played by paul the wine, hell and Mercer, well with all his wealth and fame is still un-married and we all know he doesn't have a girlfriend, not even one from the 14 years we know him."

Phoebe: "Oh, that's true, Ross, you also give me your feet."

Phoebe supported Chandler as she also called out to Ross who refused at the speed of light.

Ross: "Hey, there is nothing wrong with us, okay? Mercer isn't ready to settled down right now and Monica, she hasn't found the one who is meant for her, and me..."

Ross paused as he didn't have anything, anymore to say about himself.

Chandler: "You found the right one for you but she turned out to be a Lesbian, so yeah, Carol might not have been your other half, is that correct?" (says that knowing that Ross couldn't refute him)

Ross: "Say whatever you want, but all I know is that, there is nothing wrong with our love life."

As they were talking, Mercer came outside in his car with Rachel. They get out of the car and Mercer walks inside followed by Rachel who was happy for a reason only she knows except Mercer as he knows she got the boots.

Rachel: "Guess what?"

Ross: "You got a job?"

Rachel: "Are you kidding? I'm trained for nothing!"

Mercer: "And surprisingly you seem happy about it, which is not supposed to be so given you were unable to get a job, tell me, did you even tried to get a job?"

Rachel: "Well, I tried my best but I was laughed out of 12 interviews today"

Chandler: "And yet you're surprisingly upbeat."

Chandler said to the already sour moody Rachel due to Mercer's words earlier but today she was happy and will not let anybody ruin it for her.

Rachel: "You would be too if you found John and David boots on sale, fifty percent off!" (gives the box to Monica)

Chandler: (deadpan) "Oh, how well you know me..."

Rachel: (holds one of the boots)"They're my new 'I don't need a job, I don't need my parents, I've got great boots' boots!"

Monica: "How'd you pay for them?"

Rachel: "Uh, credit card." (puts boot back in the box)

Monica: "And who pays for that?"

Rachel: "Um... my... father." (said that as she went to get herself coffee)

Mercer: "And then she says she did not need her parents. I pity her sometimes, but that's not why I'm here, guess what?"

Chandler: (sighs) "you too?"

Mercer: "Will you just shut up for once, anyways, I have purchased an empty building besides the apartment building across yours."

Ross: "What, why did you buy it, I thought you already have a building you're working on, or are you planning on getting into the real-estate business?"

Mercer: "Come on, Ross, do I seem like someone who would go into that, I'm a Scientist/Inventor, I create things, I can't do something like that. I bought the building to demolish it, so that I can build a nightclub here. You know, I plan to make Manhattan the heart of New-York, after the buildings are completed, Manhattan will be like no other." (saying with a smile)

Joey: "Bullshit, you don't care about Manhattan or anything, you are just doing it for yourself."

Mercer: "Yep."

Phoebe: "Oh, that's a relief, because I thought you bought the apartment building, which would mean ugly naked guy would have to go some where else."

Monica, Joey & Chandler: "Oh, that's right."

Rachel: "Who is ugly naked guy?"

Rachel, who has just returned with the coffee and asked the group a question.

Monica: "He is a guy who lives in the building across ours, he is always naked and sits by the window from time to time."

Mercer: "I see, well, he and the others in that place are safe, from my clutches." (mutters) "For now."

Phoebe: (having heard me mutter) "Hey, don't be rude, he's a person."

That's when It really hit Mercer that he is real, since this is a real world and not a TV show, and he needs to accept that fact because it will be the only way he'll live his life.

Mercer: "Well how about this, I will buy the apartment building and lower their rent by... 5% and also fix the building to tip-top shape, is that good, Phoebe Buffay?"

Phoebe: (nods her head) "That's better, and Don't disregard another life like that, they are all living beings, so we have to treat each life with respect."

Mercer : "Including rats?"

Mercer curiously asked Phoebe as he remembered when she took care of some baby rats when she and mike accidentally killed the mother.

Phoebe: "Yesss, you've just gave me a very good idea, you are good, I see why you managed to make your company a very successful one, too bad, your love life sucks, come here give me your feet too."

Mercer wondered what his business, what his love life had to do with what they were talking about and worst of all, she said he 'managed' to make his company successful, he didn't dwell on it much as he just attributed it to her character, she is known for saying unrelated stuff at times.

Mercer: "And why would I give you my feet for?"

Phoebe: "I want to help you with your love life, I mean we can't have you remain single for the rest of your life."

Phoebe said that as if it is the most obvious thing to the group.

Mercer: "Why were you guys talking about my love life when I was not here?"

Phoebe: "Not only you, but all Geller youngsters, apparently all of your love life sucks."

Mercer looker at Chandler knowing for a fact, that he is the only one that could say something like that.

Chandler: "Don't look at me like that, I was just saying what I knew."

Mercer: "I don't have time for you right now. Hey, Monica, do you have anything at your apartment to eat?"

Mercer: "Nah, forget it, I will make it myself."

Mercer said as he made his way to Monica's apartment as the others followed him as they don't have anything to do anymore but there were stars in Monica's eyes when she heard Mercer said he was going to cook himself.

Monica's Apartment

Joey: "This is the best spaghetti I have ever had, no offence Monica."

Monica: "I completely agree with you on this one Joey, this is the best, I wish I could have this everyday."

Mercer: "I'm afraid what won't be happening."

Mercer said that as he went to the living-room and sat on the couch watching a TV show.

Chandler: "I have to say, if Mercer continues to cook, we will all be fat before the end of the month, that's how good his cooking is."

Mercer: "Wow, first time, I got a compliment from you Chandler, but I won't fall for what you're doing."

Chandler: "Damn it."

Chandler said when he saw that his plan didn't work.

The group of seven were in Monica's apartment where Mercer made a simple spaghetti for dinner which they came to like, in fact like is an understatement, they were completely in love with his cooking.

Ross: "I remembered when Monica was trying to burn fat, Mercer came back home and visited us, he made Lasagna that day and Monica could not have enough to eat as Mercer gave her a little portion which made Monica go crazy for not having enough to eat."

Ross said while laughing when he remembered that scene.

Monica: "As if I was the only one to go but, the entire house was begging Mercer to make more Lasagna including Mother Mary who came later. But you were the worst of all of us, you were literally bribing Mercer with your Dinosaur toys, who does that?"

Ross: "Hey, I will have you know that those dinosaur toys were special to me which can never be replaced by anything."

Chandler: "Only by a Lasagna made by Mercer?"

Chandler chimed in the conversation which made everyone laugh.

Phoebe: "But seriously, you are good at cooking, you should have become a chef, you would have been so famous."

Phoebe said which made everyone look at her weirdly. Nobody bothered to say anything and just dug into their spaghetti and a few minutes later, they were done and Monica did the dishes after that. Then she made Rachel bring out her credit cards, so that she could get rid of them and step into the real world.

Rachel: (taking out her credit cards) "Oh God, come on you guys, is this really necessary? I mean, I can stop charging anytime I want." (spread them out)

Monica: (places a scissors in front of Rachel) :C'mon, you can't live off your parents your whole life."

Rachel: "I know that. That's why I was getting married."

Phoebe: "Give her a break, it's hard being on your own for the first time."

Rachel: "Thank you."

Phoebe: "You're welcome. I remember when I first came to this city. I was fourteen. My mom had just killed herself and my step-dad was back in prison, and I got here, and I didn't know anybody. And I ended up living with this albino guy who was, like, cleaning windshields outside port authority, and then he killed himself, and then I found aromatherapy. So believe me, I know exactly how you feel."

Everyone was silent as they looked at Phoebe who was just saying things outside their current topic. Mercer just sighed and shook his head before turning off the TV and joining them. Phoebe didn't pay any attention to their gazes and stood up to go to the kitchen area.

Ross: "The word you're looking for is" (slips into the chair Phoebe was sitting at) "'Anyway'..."

Monica: "All right, you ready?"

Rachel: "No. No, no, I'm not ready! How can I be ready? "Hey, Rach! You ready to jump out the airplane without your parachute?" Come on, I can't do this!"

Monica: "You can, I know you can!"

Rachel: "I don't think so."

Ross: "Come on, you made coffee! You can do anything!"

Chandler slowly tries to hide the now dead plant from that morning when he and Joey poured their coffee into it.

Ross: "C'mon, cut. Cut, cut, cut,..."

All: "Cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut, cut..."

Mercer: "You all should stop this, alright. Don't pressure her like that, it is not easy to give up something you've had all your life. This is her decision, she should make this decision when she is ready, if she wants to be a daddy's girl all her life, then fine, if she wants to leave her comfort zone and she believes she is ready to face the world, then fine, that's her choice, not ours. We're only here to provide support on anything she decides to do."

Mercer said that to the group before he turned to Rachel who was still in a state of conflict with herself.

Mercer: "so Rachel, are you ready to leave your comfort zone?"

mercer asker Rachel, who after much deliberation too the scissors from Ross's hand and cut her credit cards one after the other.

Chandler: (as Rachel is cutting up her cards) "Y'know, if you listen closely, you can hear a thousand retailers scream."

As she finishes cutting them all up and they all cheer for her.

Monica: (gets up and hugs Rachel) "Welcome to the real world! It sucks. You're gonna love it!" (ruffles her hair)

Ross: "See, that's wasn't too hard."

Chandler: "Yeah, we just made her cut her source of income into 2 pieces and she does not have any job, sure, that's not hard."

Chandler reply brought everybody back to the confines of reality.

Ross: "If worst comes to worst, she can go work for Mercer, I believe he can work something out."

Ross said as everyone looked at mercer for his reply.

Mercer: "Stop looking at me like that, and there's no way Rachel can fit into my company, I major in technology and sports industry, and very soon, the entertainment industry and also there is no way in hell I will include the fashion industry to Wayne, and that's the only place that Rachel can get a foothold due to her fashion sense and also her love for it, so there is no way I can help."

Mercer said which left Rachel sad at her fate but also a little hopeful as Mercer just gave her a hint at what she should focus on next.

Mercer: "Unless, I open a restaurant for Monica to manage and she could waitress there for a while to gather experience, then she can go look for a fashion related job and maybe, just maybe I can help her start her own company."

Mercer said as that left Monica and Rachel speechless and the other were not far from them, especially Ross who looked at Mercer.

Mercer: "What?" (looks at Ross smilingly) "You want me to buy you a museum also?"

Ross: (smiling) "That would be great."

Chandler: "Since you are buying stuff, can you also buy one thing for me also?"

Mercer just looked at Chandler and nodded his head at him but he had another plan in mind for Chandler.

Monica: "I don't know how to thank you, but thank you, you are the best friend I have."

Monica said as she hugged Mercer while crying.

Mercer: "Well, I think Cassie won't be pleased when she hears that."

Monica: "She won't be upset, she also favors you over the rest of us."

Mercer smiled as he hugged Monica back.

Rachel: "Thank you, I never really liked you after, you know, high school, but now, I'm glad I met you, all of you, the few days I spent with you all, was wonderful. I don't even regret ditching barry anymore at the alter and I know this might sound wrong, but if I was given the same choice, I would still do the same, because, you are all worth it."

Rachel joined in the hug and the Others also joined in and as they shared the moment together. Later into the night, Rachel and Ross are watching a TV channel finishes it's broadcast day by playing the national anthem.

Monica: "Well, that's it" (To Ross) "You gonna crash on the couch?"

Ross: (rubs his face)"No. No, I gotta go home sometime."

Monica: "Are you gonna be okay?"

Ross: "Yeah."

Rachel: (picks up paul's watch) "Hey Mon, look what I just found on the floor." (Monica smiles) "What?"

Monica: "That's Paul's watch. You just put it back where you found it. Oh boy. Alright. Goodnight, everybody."

Ross and Rachel: "Goodnight."

Monica stomps on Paul's watch and goes into her room.

Ross: "Mmm." (They both reach for the last cookie) "Oh, no-"

Rachel: "Sorry-"

Ross: "No no no, go-"

Rachel: "No, you have it, really, I don't want it-"

Ross: "Split it?"

Rachel: "Okay."

Ross: "Okay." (They split it) "You know you probably didn't know this, but back in high school, I had a, um, major crush on you.""

Rachel: "I knew."

Ross: "You did! Oh.... I always figured you just thought I was Monica's geeky older brother.""

Rachel: "I did."

Ross: "Oh. Listen, do you think- and try not to let my intense vulnerability become any kind of a factor here- but do you think it would be okay if I asked you out? Sometime? Maybe?"

Rachel: "Yeah, maybe..."

Ross: "Okay... okay, maybe I will..."

Rachel: "Goodnight."

Ross: "Goodnight."

Rachel goes into her room and Monica enters the living room as Ross is leaving.

Monica: "See ya.... Wait-wait, what's with you?"

Ross: "I just grabbed a spoon." (Ross said with a smile as he exits and Monica has no idea what that means)

 Closing Credits

Central Perk - The Next Day

Joey: "I can't believe what I'm hearing here."

Phoebe: (sings) {I can't believe what I'm hearing here...}

Monica: "What? I-I said you had a-"

Phoebe: (sings) {What I said you had...}

Monica: (to Phoebe) "Would you stop?"

Phoebe: "Oh, was I doing it again?"

All: "Yes!"

Monica: "I said that you had a nice butt, it's just not a great butt."

Joey: "Oh, you wouldn't know a great butt if it came up and bit ya."

Mercer: (whistles) "There's an image for me to keep for the rest of my life."

Rachel: (walks up with a pot of coffee) "Would anybody like more coffee?"

Chandler: "Did you make it, or are you just serving it?"

Rachel: "I'm just serving it."

All: "Yeah. Yeah, I'll have a cup of coffee."

Chandler: "Kids, new dream... I'm in Las Vegas." (Rachel sits down to hear Chandler's dream)

customer: (To Rachel) "Ahh, miss? More coffee?"

Rachel: "Ugh." (To another customer that's leaving) "Excuse me, could you give this to that guy over there?" (Hands him the coffee pot) "Go ahead." (He does so) "Thank you." (turns to the gang) "Sorry. Okay, Las Vegas."

Chandler: "Okay, so, I'm in Las Vegas... I'm Liza Minelli-"
