"The Galaxian Wars… a tournament for Saints—how intriguing," Alfia murmured, watching the television broadcast with Gabriel.

"Let's go see it in person," Gabriel suggested. After traveling to so many worlds, she had developed a keen eye for what made each universe unique.

In this world, it was clearly the Saints and their [Cosmo].

Everything else seemed normal.

Therefore—instead of exploring the mundane aspects of this world, she was far more interested in witnessing the Saints in action.

Mika's explanations had piqued her curiosity about [Cosmo].

"Watch the Galaxian Wars?" Alfia was intrigued. Like Gabriel, she was curious about the Saints and their Powers.

"I doubt we'll be able to get tickets."

"Who needs tickets? We don't need seats," Gabriel chuckled.

"Normal people can't even see us. As long as we stay away from the Saints, we'll be fine."

"That's true." Alfia nodded; Gabriel's reasoning was sound.

With their ability to conceal their presence as Nen beasts, and their mastery of techniques like [Zetsu] and [Transparent World]—they were confident in their ability to remain undetected, even at close range.

They left the villa and headed towards the arena, eager to witness the Saints and their [Cosmo] firsthand.

——

Mika, unaware of their departure, was focused on awakening his [Cosmo].

His earlier experiences and insights had given him a better understanding of how to integrate his other Powers with it.

He began the process of absorption, starting with his Magic Power, enhanced by his Falna. After all, Magic Power in Orario was a manifestation of mental energy.

And thanks to his Falna, his mental energy reserves were immense, both in quantity and quality.

As for why he chose Magic Power first, it was because the most common manifestation of [Cosmo] was telekinesis, the ability to manipulate objects with one's mind.

And since [Cosmo] could also be transformed into various other supernatural abilities, it seemed to have a strong affinity with mental energy.

As he entered a deep Meditative state, his Magic Power began flowing into his nascent [Cosmo]. It was like a dry seed absorbing water, springing to life. He could feel his [Cosmo] expanding, growing stronger as it consumed his Magic Power.

The flow, initially a gentle trickle like a small stream, quickly intensified, becoming a rushing river, then a vast lake. His [Cosmo] expanded rapidly, until, finally, all his Magic Power was fully integrated.

However, he didn't feel the usual mental exhaustion that came with depleting his Magic Power. His [Cosmo] had replaced it, becoming the new source of his mental energy.

And this wasn't just a superficial change; it was a fundamental shift. From now on, when his Falna enhanced his Magic stat—it would be his [Cosmo] that was strengthened, not his mental energy. This was why he was confident that his Magic Power had been fully integrated into his [Cosmo].

"The first step is complete—" He opened his eyes, and a brilliant light flashed, illuminating the darkened room. It was the outward manifestation of his growing [Cosmo].

Unfazed, he clenched his fists, feeling the surge of Power within him.

"So this is what it feels like to be filled with [Cosmo]."

"Incredible." He stood up, marveling at the Power now coursing through him, dozens of times stronger than before.

Consuming his Magic Power had significantly enhanced his [Cosmo]. He estimated that he was now on par with even a seasoned Silver Saint. After all, Magic Power in Orario, being Divinely enhanced, was incredibly potent.

"Once I integrate my other Powers, my [Cosmo] will be terrifying." He couldn't help but smile, anticipating his future strength. His path was clear.

"That's enough for today. I'll integrate the rest later. There's no need to rush." He left his room, not finding Gabriel or Alfia in the living room. Knowing they were out, he turned on the television to pass the time, waiting for their return.

Just then, he sensed their presence.

"You're back. How was your—outing?" he asked, turning to greet them. Then he noticed their frantic expressions.

"Mika, listen, I've discovered something important. That girl, Saori Kido, the heiress to the Graad Foundation, she's…"

Before Gabriel could finish, Mika felt a Powerful gaze lock onto him from afar. Sensing the immense [Cosmo] within that gaze, and recalling Gabriel's unfinished words, he instantly knew who it was.

"Athena—she's found me?"

——

The probing [Cosmo] swept over him, then vanished, as if it had all been an illusion. But Mika knew it was real.

He had been—seen by Athena's [Cosmo].

"But she shouldn't have awakened yet. She wasn't supposed to awaken until the Silver Saints appeared. She's still just Saori Kido, the heiress to the Graad Foundation," he mused, recalling the immense Power he had sensed.

Had she awakened so early and sensed him?

He looked at Gabriel and Alfia, their frantic expressions suggesting they were somehow involved.

"Calm down. Explain everything slowly." He knew panicking wouldn't help.

Gabriel nodded, taking a deep breath to compose herself. "Mika, Saori Kido—she's the reincarnation of Athena."

"How do you know?" He hadn't told them about Saori's true identity. They must have discovered it themselves.

"Alfia and I went to the Galaxian Wars arena. We wanted to see the Saints in action. But when we saw Saori Kido—I sensed a Divine presence within her, a Divine Will similar to that of the Athena in our world. I instantly recognized her." She gestured excitedly, still amazed by their unexpected encounter.

"Once I realized who she was, I immediately wanted to leave. But she sensed us as well. It was just a brief glance, but I'm certain she was looking at us."

"So you came back immediately?"

"Yes! She was attending the opening ceremony; she couldn't pursue us. So we came back, hoping to avoid being tracked."

Mika nodded, understanding their reasoning. Saori, likely due to her Divine nature, must have sensed their presence. And fearing she might send Saints after them, they had fled before she could react, hoping to escape her notice.

While he approved of their caution, they had been unlucky. He suspected that encountering Gabriel, and sensing her Divine aura, had triggered Saori's awakening.

After all, she was already close to awakening, surrounded by Bronze Saints and their [Cosmo]. The encounter with Gabriel, another Divine being, had been the catalyst. She had awakened and, without revealing herself, used her [Cosmo] to track them.

And Gabriel and Alfia—unfamiliar with [Cosmo], hadn't realized they were being watched.

"I didn't expect things to turn out like this…" Mika shook his head, having pieced together the events. "Your plan was sound, but we've been discovered," he said, explaining his earlier experience of being sensed by Athena's [Cosmo].

"I awakened her? That's possible," Gabriel said, her face paling. As a Divine being herself, she understood the Power of a God.

A reincarnated Goddess, upon encountering another Divine presence, could awaken instantly. She felt a pang of guilt, knowing she was responsible for putting Mika in danger. After all, this was an incredibly dangerous world.

"What do we do? Should we leave immediately?" She wanted to leave this world; she was certain Athena, having sensed their unusual presence, now knew they weren't from this world.

However, since Mika was the one who controlled their travels, she could only offer suggestions. He was the one who made the decisions. After all, he always seemed to know—more.

Mika considered her question, then said, "No, there's no need to panic. Perhaps we can…talk to her. After all, Athena is the Goddess of wisdom and warfare." He reminded Gabriel that Gods behaved differently in different worlds.

Yahweh, for instance—was typically depicted as a wrathful—vengeful God, quick to unleash floods and destruction. However, the Yahweh of Orario and the Yahweh of the High School DxD world were completely different.

The former was fond of battle, while the latter was a benevolent, compassionate Goddess, a true savior. They were nothing like the typical Yahweh.

And like the God of the Bible in the High School DxD world, this Athena was likely a benevolent Goddess.

Therefore, Mika believed a peaceful resolution was possible.
