Mika believed that Cosmo training involved not just physical conditioning, but also mental and spiritual discipline.

And so, he practiced his martial arts in the villa's courtyard, each movement slow and deliberate, yet imbued with his full focus and intent, every punch and kick a potential killing blow.

If not for his exceptional control, the sheer force of his movements would have shattered the surrounding buildings.

As he trained—attuned to the subtle changes within his body, the seed of Cosmo within him began to sprout.

He practiced his martial arts relentlessly during the day and meditated deeply at night.

His power grew steadily.

——

Finally, a week later, as dawn broke and he emerged from his meditation.

—His Cosmo Awakened.

Power surged through him.

He felt the raw, destructive energy and a smile touched his lips.

"So this is the power of Cosmo…" He felt a sense of invincibility.

He knew. With absolute certainty, that a single punch could obliterate everything before him. It wasn't an illusion, but a tangible—raw power.

Just as the Saints, empowered by their Cosmo, could unleash strength far beyond their physical limits—Mika, whose strength already surpassed that of Average Saints, was now amplified to unimaginable levels.

Although he hadn't yet reached the Seventh Sense, he was confident that even with his newly awakened Cosmo—he could fight the Gods and Satans of the High School DxD world.

While his current Cosmo reserves were limited, during its activation, his power was comparable to a Satan-class being.

"I've finally reached the Satan class—and so easily."

"Truly a universal power, even greater than that of the High School DxD world."

"This destructive potential…it's terrifying." He marveled at the raw power coursing through him. As he had anticipated, Cosmo had transformed him.

"However, it's still undeveloped. It needs more nurturing, more training. I must reach a higher level." He focused his consciousness on his Cosmo, seeking a deeper understanding.

It was the source of human life, the sum of all life's manifestations. A human's mind, body, and soul—all stemmed from Cosmo. It was all-encompassing, the foundation of their being.

When channeled for combat—Cosmo could be used in two ways:

To enhance physical strength, allowing Saints to cleave the sky and shatter the earth with their bare hands. These weren't mere metaphors but literal descriptions of their power.

Or to manifest as a spiritual energy, a form of telekinesis. With it, Saints could achieve seemingly impossible feats: flight, teleportation, and various other superhuman abilities.

Essentially, all supernatural powers were merely different manifestations of Cosmo. Through its manipulation, any ability was within its reach. The mind control of Cancer, the Six Paths of Virgo, the absolute zero of Aquarius—all were expressions of Cosmo.

The strength of these abilities depended on the user's Cosmo.

Therefore, the Gold Saints were renowned for their diverse and often terrifying techniques, honed and perfected over generations.

These techniques were what truly intrigued Mika.

After all, a Gold Saint's combat power far surpassed that of a Satan in the High School DxD world.

And these warriors faced apocalyptic battles every two hundred years.

Their techniques were legendary, capable of slaying Gods and Devils.

"Mastering these techniques would significantly enhance my strength," he mused. "But first, I need to strengthen my Cosmo." He knew that no matter how powerful a technique, it was ultimately limited by the user's Cosmo.

How to enhance it? He had an idea: the other powers he possessed. As a traveler between worlds, he had access to numerous energy systems, all integrated and freely interchangeable thanks to Gabriel's ingenuity.

He had:

Magic Power from Orario.

Nen from Hunter x Hunter.

Magic, converted from life force and external sources from the Type-Moon universe.

Haki, a blend of spiritual and life force energy from One Piece.

And the Demonic and Light Power from High School DxD.

All these powers, derived from different aspects of human potential, were fundamentally interconnected, allowing for their interconversion.

And now—he had Cosmo, the source of human life itself. Could he use it to absorb and integrate all his other powers, creating a unified energy system?

He believed it was possible.

This would not only strengthen his Cosmo but also potentially enhance his other abilities when channeled through it, due to its higher quality.

——

"Unify your other powers using Cosmo?" Gabriel mused, considering his idea.

"Theoretically, it's sound. But it would require an incredibly deep understanding of Cosmo—something I can't assist you with at this time."

Mika nodded; he knew mastering Cosmo was a journey he had to undertake alone.

After all, even Gabriel needed time to fully comprehend such a power.

"Then I'll continue meditating." He would deepen his understanding of Cosmo through meditation.

"You two are free to do as you please. But remember to conceal yourselves. If you encounter a Saint, they might sense your presence." Unlike other power systems, Cosmo was incredibly versatile, allowing Saints to detect even Nen beasts like Gabriel and Alfia.

"Don't worry, we're not novices," Alfia replied with a smile. "We know what to do."

Mika nodded.

Both Gabriel and Alfia were intelligent and resourceful.

Concealing themselves wouldn't be a problem.

"Then do as you please." He went to his room to meditate, leaving them to their own devices.

"It seems Mika's feeling the pressure," Gabriel said to Alfia, watching him go.

"Perhaps this world is more dangerous than we anticipated." She knew, from years of experience, that Mika often sensed dangers they were unaware of.

While they were curious about his precognitive abilities, they trusted him implicitly and never questioned him.

However, they did observe his behavior—trying to glean information about the worlds they visited.

"More dangerous?" Alfia straightened up. "Just from Mika's explanation, I already find this world terrifying."

After summoning them—Mika had shared basic information about this world: Saints, Cosmo, Light-speed punches—the Holy War between Athena and Hades…

The sheer power levels were astounding.

While the concept of a war between gods wasn't particularly novel, the power of the Saints was…absurd.

Humans capable of moving at the speed of light?

Even the lowest-ranking Bronze Saints could achieve supersonic speeds—a feat that required immense effort and training for adventurers in Orario.

Even Alfia, usually so confident, felt a sense of unease.

"The power scale in this world is…unconventional." In the High School DxD world, the hierarchy was clearly defined: Low-class, Middle-class, High-class, Ultimate-class, Satan-class, and so on.

It was a structured system!

But here? There were average humans, Bronze Saints wielding supersonic punches, and Gold Saints capable of moving at the speed of light and fighting gods.

It was a drastic leap in power—more akin to a ten-level jump than a three-level one.

"Mika mentioned that Cosmo is the sole power system in this world, and since it's derived from the very essence of life, even the gods likely use it. In that case, the Seventh Sense is still far from their level," Gabriel mused.

"What level are you referring to?" Alfia asked.

"Immortality, of course," Gabriel replied.

"If both humans and gods wield the same power, then the gods' power must be a higher manifestation of Cosmo. Therefore, achieving immortality through mastering Cosmo should be possible. But the Seventh Sense clearly isn't that level."

"So, what lies beyond? An Eighth Sense? A Ninth Sense? Considering the difference between the Basic Sixth Sense and the Extreme Seventh Sense, imagine the power of an Eighth or Ninth Sense…"

'Hiss'

Alfia gulped, her unease growing.

The Sixth Sense, the basic level of Cosmo granted supersonic speeds.

The Seventh Sense granted the speed of light—a million-fold increase.

If there were higher levels, what would they entail?

Another million-fold increase?

Or something even greater?

She couldn't imagine...

"It seems we've entered a dangerous world." She shook her head and turned her attention to the television—which was broadcasting the Galaxian Wars.
