Artillery fire rains down on Undonk while the Russians sit back. General Alexi responsible for this front is in his comand tent as he reviews the new reports before him.

"Sir, we have been hitting the city with Artillery for 2 hours now the enemy should be eradicated or in no fighting spirit." His second in comand said with a professional tone.

"Hmm, you're right order the Artillery to decrease the bombardment to one fourth on its current power and to only fire when ordered. Also they should use low yield munitions." General Alexi ordered after thinking for a minute.

"Yes Sir."

As the Artillery reduced its fire the Infantry entered the battered city eliminating any surviving Japanese and Collaborative Koreans expect those who surrendered.

General Alexi is responsible for the Eastern portion of the war and he wants to make his Nation and superior proud. In this case said superior is Anastasia. Being from a Nobel Family did have its benefits as he learned the art of war and leadership. What he's mostly is a hardline believer of the Church and when they proclaimed Anastasia as a Living Saint he was one of the first of the General Office to silently declare his loyalty to Anastasia.

So when the war started and was chosen as a General to participate in this war he was happy to lead for his Nation. But what really made him to do his all was when he met his superior who hapend to be Anastasia.

He didn't question the Emporers decision to appoint her as the Supreme Comander of the war. All he thought of is to make her proud and win this war in her name.

"Sir we got reports that her Highness has captured Huchang, they are now making efforts to capture the rest of the border cities." His second in comand read the report as Alexi listened. His mouth formed a smile. "Ah, her Highness was the first to active victory. We need to make haste to catch up or we won't be on time. Hmm order the men to start to surround the remaining pockets of resistance and have the Artillery fire on them. Anyone who tries to run will be met with burning iron of our guns."

The Russians started to follow the order and surrounded the Japanese who still had fight in them. This confused the Japanese as they started to think why the Russians stopped attacking. They had no time for anymore thoughts as the whistle of Artillery munitions rang out and exploded on their lines.

The poor Japanese who came to fight for glory met the harsh reality of war. Young men no less than 25 died in docents as they ran to safty or atleast what they believed to be safe.

As they ran outside of the Artillery area they ran into Russian men who set up sandbags with their machine guns pointing at them.

They had no time to turn around as the guns roared in cold mechanized furry.

They died just like their comrades but instead of dying from fireballs they had their heads explode and limbs torn in gorry horror.

Those who laid down beneath the fire soiled their pants and fell unconscious.

The Russians didn't tire once from the Artillery gunners to the Infantry as the prayer of Anastasia made them tireless and fearless becoming effective and efficient killers.

They felt no remorse, no disgust, no fear, only hate towards the once who dared to make their Saint fight for them.

Since the start of the battle for the city till the end it only took three ours, two for the Artillery at the start, one to end it all.

The Russians brought 200 Artillery pieces per 10.000 men with each army being 100.000 to 200.000 men strong. This amount of Artillery and munitions needed the necessary supplies to continue the hellish barrages. Good thing that they had trucks and trains for that as the Army needs supplies to sustain the men and the guns.

The Battle for Undonk resulted in a Russian victory.
