Wrath of the Re-climber

[Understand the realm of The Migration Tower ]

Also referred to as a falling realm, this half-building wall is gradually sinking, dragged progressively towards the abyss by an unknown existence that the fairy, Cadell, sees as a pet.

Built by an unknown existence, this realm sank off the departure of the said existence. The tower was aimed at researching the growth of certain species towards threat. They studied evolution and tried to understand the concept and secrets behind it, why they were gifted with knowledge but lacked strength, and why their existence was cursed by the ONE.

"What do you think you're doing?" Asked Ethan, looking at Eliana; she glanced at him confusingly, "Entering. What else would I be doing?" She asked back.

"I would not help you if you were in danger," He said; Eliana nodded.

"I never asked for your help; I can fend for myself," She answered back; Ethan was amused and nodded.

"Ehmm... What about the kid?" Eliana looked behind and saw the small kid staring at them, she kept on wiping her running nose.

"None of my business," answered Ethan. Eliana looked up; she understood that having a kid in this world was an additional burden, but still, that was excessive.

"Heartless bastards," She said; she wasn't the only one disappointed.

Ethan ignored them and pushed the door to Derek's forge; the doors cracked open as an eerie cold wind was sent out of the room.

Vuff!

The torches light up in a row as they spread towards the deep end of the room; Ethan and Eliana immediately felt the intense pressure coming towards them.

"This would be fun..." Said Ethan. Eliana gulped at the pressure; she wasn't anxious; she was excited despite acting clumsy; these two are from a timeline where they hunted this guy out of boredom and faced beings that could be referred to as gods.

"Where's your weapon?" Eliana's tone had suddenly changed; it sounded more mature and womanly than the clumsy girl she portrayed earlier.

Ethan lifted his fist and a sword from the fallen armor soldiers; Eliana wanted to laugh but realized he was serious.

Bang!

There is it, it started, Eliana hadn't prepared for such a response from Ethan that she heard the hammering.

The door gradually disintegrated into particles, one of the functions of the tower; when you passed a door, you could only go forward and leave through another door.

"If you leave now, you might survive. " Advice Ethan, Eliana smirked, "an easy way today would become a hard way tomorrow," She said.

"I can see it!" Said Ethan, a giant boulder was sent at them; Ethan immediately ran left, Eliana right...

The stone came towards their spot and smashed the ground.

"Damn, the kid!" Shouted Eliana, her eyes immediately searched for her or a body but found nothing, "where did she go?" She questioned, the kid had vanished.

"Stay focused!" Eliana, distracted by the kids who were about, did not spot the danger coming towards her, "chains?" She immediately went for a split, dodging the giant chain impact.

Bang!

The walls suffered the impact as stone field towards her location; she immediately rolled away, and her bow was broken; it was normal; she built it for small beasts and humans, not for iron monsters.

"Grab a weapon from the walls!" She shouted towards Ethan; he nodded; he never entered the Derek Forge, so he didn't know much, he planned on punching the shit out of it, but if he could grab hold of a standard weapon, it would be welcoming.

He needed one, as his sword shattered in pieces in contact with the Derek chains.

{There are numerous weapons on the wall, cool, take the gauntlet }

Ethan immediately grabbed the iron gauntlet, equipped them, and lodged the wall as fast as possible, "we need to get as close as possible to the center of the forge!" Shouted Ethan.

"Don't tell me what I know!" Shouted Eliana; she ran on the walls, getting hold of a silver spear.

Bang!

Six giant chains crashed around them, forming a giant shield of weeps of destruction, obliterating anything that came its way with absolute destruction.

"How am I to tackle this?" Questioned Eliana; she wasn't the one who took down Derek; it was the joint force and sacrifice of a whole battalion; how was she supposed to fight this?

Bang!

She heard an impact, when she looked towards its origin, she only had one thought, "What a monster!" She looked at Ethan getting hit again and again.

{Are you mad, we are going to die at this rate}

"Uge, I would die first from your unnecessary talks; just keep quiet," Said Ethan.

Bang!

Ethan blocked another shock; he took one step forward, gradually approached the center, and he could finally see his opponent.

Derek, the weapons builder, got corrupted after building the Yama sets for King Yama of the Naraka realm.

"You're not an opponent that I should be struggling with, but you need to fall for the greater good," Said Ethan; he went into action by grabbing onto one of the chains.

Clang!

He pulled the chains forward; Derek frowned and pulled it back from within the dark; Ethan was pulled forward, "he is strong. " He gritted his teeth, using all his stamina and strength to keep the fight.

Swoosh!

A silver spear shot towards Derek at an absurd speed, whistling at it traveled from Eliana's position.

Bam!

"Aaaarregggghhhh!"A blood-curdling scream Burst out from the dark, "bullseye," Said Eliana as her body released hot steam.

"Good, she is really from the future; only those of the future know that feature of the bracelet," Thought Ethan in satisfaction.

Derek, a bulky fat man, with iron patches all over his body, lashed out as his chest was pierced by one of his failed weapons, was this revenge or karma from discarding this weapon, he glared towards the attacker ready to unleash his fury, he saw a female smiling at him, ready to strike at her, he saw the female pointing up, he trembled and immediately looked up.

"Goodnight!" Ethan, who took that opportunity to leap towards the sky towards Derek's location, readied his punches with absolute strength.
