Warhammer 40k : Starting as a Primarch

Chapter 6: Chapter 5: Roar of Khorne

Amid the excited shouts of the Khorne demons.

The fighting continues.

The power of Khorne is extremely terrifying.

It is difficult for a mortal legion, even one composed of Space Marines, to defeat a Great Daemon.

But when Dukel fought against him, he seemed extremely relaxed.

The strength of Primarch No. 2 itself is already one of the best among the Primarchs, and now with the support of the system, it has naturally become even more terrifying.

Even during the battle, the system was still continuously absorbing the power of faith and enhancing Dukel's strength.

The power of faith is the purest power that comes from the heart of a living being. The more living beings trust and worship him, the greater the increase in his strength.

As the second son of the Emperor, the moment the Second Primarch, who is not contaminated by the Warp, regains his sanity from losing control, he will be recognized as a loyal Primarch and worshipped by the entire human Empire.

Even Sister Efilar would look up at his face with devout and fanatical eyes and shout his name with a sincere heart.

It is conceivable how huge the amount of faith Dukel can gain is.

Facing the giant blade swung by Kabanha, Dukel simply swung the chainsaw sword in his right hand and easily blocked it.

At the same time, he swung the monomolecular sword in his left hand and cut off the right leg of the Khorne Daemon.

Kabanha, who lost his right leg, lost his balance and staggered to the ground.

With his tall and majestic figure, Dukel looked down at the Great Demon of Khorne who was already at an absolute disadvantage.

At this moment, he only needed to quickly swing the chainsword and add another blow to easily cut off Kabanha's neck.

But he didn't choose to do that because it was too boring.

"Stand up."

Dukel said simply.

Kabanha knelt on one leg on the ground, blood gushing out from his severed right leg like a fountain, and in just a few seconds a large pool of blood gathered under his body.

But he seemed unaware of it, his heart filled with great shock. He looked up at Dukel in front of him, his eyes full of disbelief.

For tens of thousands of years, he had been fighting bloody battles and honing his skills every day, while Dukel had just been sitting on the throne for tens of thousands of years.

Why didn't he make much progress, while the other party became stronger?

Just when he was puzzled and even began to doubt himself.

Duke shifted his gaze and looked at Khârn who was watching the battle on the side.

"You can come along too!"

Dukel's words were still brief, but they carried unquestionable force.

"Primarch, you deserve to die!"

"Number Two, you are so arrogant!"

Hearing this, Kabanha and Khârn roared in anger together.

Warriors are all lonely, and those who are followers of Khorne are even more so.

For them, every battle is a fight dedicated to God and an inviolable ritual.

Of course, gladiatorial combat is more than just one-on-one.

When the opponent's strength is obviously weak, it is natural and understandable that the weak will stick together and the strong will fight against many alone.

But in the long past, it was always the Khorne demons who faced the challenges of multiple weak ones as strong ones.

When have you ever been treated like this by someone else?

Am I weaker than him?

The battle isn't over yet, why do you think you're weaker than him?

Although Kabanha had one leg cut off and was kneeling in a pool of blood, he still firmly believed that he could fight back and win the battle.

Khârn was already a renowned gladiator when he was a warrior in the Human World Eaters Legion. After receiving the blessing of Khorne, he was even more confident that he would not lose to the Primarch.

But now he is regarded as a weakling by Duke.

It made them extremely angry.

Just as the two of them stared with bloodshot eyes, ready to continue yelling and cursing at Dukel.

"roar!--"

A roar filled with the smell of blood came from the subspace like thunder.

The roar sent shockwaves through the warp, creating a storm strong enough to penetrate the barriers of reality.

Even the smallest grain of sand on the entire planet trembled in fear at this roar.

This is the roar of Khorne.

The series of reactions brought about by the roar subsided.

Khârn, who was just about to scold Dukel, suddenly looked extremely aggrieved.

The Blood God watched this battle closely.

A new oracle has been given.

In order to make the atrocity interesting enough, Khârn had to join the battle.

In the eyes of God,

the weight of him and Cabanha together is enough to balance the scales of the battle.

And Kabanha's expression was distorted to the point of being almost crazy.

Anger and hatred grew endlessly in his heart.

He couldn't understand why the Blood God favored the Primarch in front of him so much.

"It's pathetic that even your gods think you are weak."

"Why are you guys silent? Don't you want to talk anymore?"

Facing the rushing Khârn, Dukel kicked him as he did before.

The heavy power armor was cracked by the kick.

Then the monomolecular sword popped out and pierced directly through Khârn's head, splitting his helmet in half.

Obviously.

The power that Khârn gained by betraying humanity and joining Khorne did not increase his chances of victory.

Dukel did not have much intention of teasing this ill-fated warrior. Perhaps after a long time, this God-chosen champion would wake up again, but now his defeat was inevitable.

Then, with the buzzing sound of the chainsaw sword, he approached Kabanha step by step.

Kabanha, the Archdaemon of Khorne, brandished his weapon in anger as he watched the Primarch slowly approaching.

The other party regarded him as a weakling, even God regarded him as a weakling.

What a humiliation.

But in Duke's eyes, the opponent was too slow, too weak, not very skilled in martial arts, and full of flaws all over his body.

As weak as a baby.

Each of Kabanha's attacks was easily blocked.

Amid the Great Daemon's angry roars, this powerful demon was knocked down by the Primarch again and again.

Every time his huge body fell, what greeted him was not the sharp blade of the chainsaw sword, but a sentence "Stand up!"

Teasing!

But it was not just a tease. During the battle, Dukel became familiar with the attack methods of the Khorne Daemon and accumulated his own experience.

Finally, with the singing of the chainsaw sword, he cut off Kabanha's head with one sword.

The huge head with huge horns rolled to the ground.

When Dukel picked up his head and held it high.

Suddenly, countless star troops and interstellar regiments burst into amazing cheers.

The battle sisters who were exhausted from the battle were also cheering!

This scene made the fanatical followers of the state religion believe from the bottom of their hearts that Dukel was a gift from the Emperor to them to save the empire from falling into the dark ages.

Even the Khorne Daemons were cheering!

Witnessing Dukel's bravery was the greatest gain of their expedition.

His battles with Kabanha and Khârn will be etched in the hearts of every demon.

Then, these demons were torn into pieces by the interstellar warriors and battle nuns amid loud cheers.

The angry human warriors vented the fury in their guns, ensuring that not a single fallen warrior or chaos demon would be able to walk out of their home alive.

Even Khorne blessed him.

He was delighted by the excitement of the battle and the bravery of Dukel.

But this blessing, which was enough to grant any warrior a huge boost, was ruthlessly rejected.

A loyal Primarch would never accept the contamination of an evil god.

I, Dukel, am loyal!
