Vidar: The God Of Strength

Chapter : Powers & Abilities

Superhuman Strength: Vidar was superhumanly strong, significantly more so than most other Asgardians. Whereas the average Asgardian male could lift about 30 tons, Vidar was strong enough to lift at least 75 tons.

Superhuman Speed: Vidar can run and move at speeds beyond the physical capability of even the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Vidar's musculature produced considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of a human being. He could physically exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his bloodstream began to impair him.

Superhumanly Dense Tissue: The skin, muscle, and bone tissues of an Asgardian's body are about 3 times denser than the same tissue of a human body, with Vidar being no exception. This contributed somewhat to his superhuman strength and weight.

Superhuman Agility: Vidar's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Reflexes: Vidar's reflexes is similarly enhanced and were superior to those of the finest human, athlete.

Superhuman Durability: Vidar's body is much harder and more resistant to physical injury than the body of a human being. Vidar can withstand high caliber bullets, powerful impact forces, falls from great heights, exposure to temperature and pressure extremes, and powerful blasts of energy without sustaining physical injury.

Extended Longevity: Like all Asgardians, Vidar aged at a considerably slower pace than a human being. However, the aging process of Asgardians wasn't completely halted, as it had been in some other god pantheons. Vidar is also immune to the effects of all known Earthly diseases and infections.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his resistance to injury, Vidar can be injured. However, his godly lifeforce and metabolism allowed him to regenerate damaged tissue much faster and more intensively than a human is capable of. However, can't regenerate missing limbs or organs.

Monado Arts: Although they function the same as the ones from Xenoblade they aren't the exact same (clarifying because I've never played Xenoblade). Vidar has multiple functions for these such as:

Smash: Enhances Physical Strength. Changes Aura to Red

Buster: Extends Vidar's Staff. Changes Aura to Dark Blue

Speed: Enhances Physical Speed. Changes Aura to Blue

Shield: Creates a Shield around Vidar. Changes Aura to Orange

Enchant: Strengthens his staff. Changes aura to Violet

Purge: Fires Energy Blasts (Vidar can do this normally but usually doesn't without the boost that comes with Purge). Changes aura to Green

Eater: Devours Energy that Vidar or his staff comes into with to temporary strengthen the other Arts. Changes Aura to Black

The Arts can be combined freely and Aura colors combine and show on both his body and his staff. When Arts are activated the word for each art is shown on the staff in Old Norse

Stykyr: A 6 foot long staff created from wood from the Tree of Yggdrasil. Has been magically imbued by Odin and can rival Mjolnir in durability and power.

Vidar is also incredibly gifted and skilled in martial combat although he tends to use brute strength in a fight.
