Chapter 19: Chapter 19: Either Come to Class or Be Marked as Skipping!
"Your zipper is undone."
Hearing Fang Yan shout, everyone around turned their gaze toward the man with glasses.
The man hurriedly reached down, feeling around, but didn't find his zipper open.
"I zipped it up earlier," the man angrily yelled.
"What do you mean you zipped it up earlier? Did you just unzip it again? Ah, so that's it—you perverted beast! No wonder you kept rubbing against me from behind. So, you had ulterior motives all along—you're a pervert on public transport, a vile scumbag!"
"I didn't!" The man's face turned red with anger, glaring fiercely at Fang Yan.
"I just like the youthful and alluring scent of girls, what's wrong with that?" Hou Xiaopeng thought to himself, feeling wronged.
Hou Xiaopeng had this particular hobby, so every day he preferred to take the bus to work, even though he could afford to drive his own car. Once on the bus, he would seek out his prey.
Today, his luck wasn't bad. As soon as he boarded, he spotted the delicate beauty of Jiang Qin, like a small white flower swaying quietly in the dark swamp.
He quickly moved closer and soon stood behind her.
However, before he had a chance to make a move—the girl's body suddenly lurched forward.
It's really unjust!
"You're still denying it? Are you even human? Not only do you harass women, but you even prey on men—compensate me for my emotional distress, for my physical harm, and for my new pants!" Fang Yan grabbed Hou Xiaopeng by the collar, looking devastated as if he'd just been violated. "If you don't compensate me, I'll follow you to your company and demand that your boss give me justice!"
Everyone was stunned.
"Oh my god, that man actually likes men!" a boy in a school uniform shouted.
"How disgusting, how can someone like that exist?" a young female office worker exclaimed in horror.
"He was standing behind me earlier—was he also interested in my butt? I'll cut him to pieces!" a bald man roared furiously.
"Let go of me—let go of me!" Hou Xiaopeng struggled desperately to pry Fang Yan's hand off. But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't remove Fang Yan's grip from his clothes.
"Pay up, pay up!"
"I'll pay, I'll pay!" Hou Xiaopeng shouted. He pulled out his wallet, took out all the money, and stuffed it into Fang Yan's hand, yelling, "I'll pay you!"
Fang Yan released his grip, and just as the bus arrived at the stop, Hou Xiaopeng jumped off the bus and fled in disgrace.
One could believe that he would never dare take the bus again for the rest of his life.
"Daring to mess with the butcher's daughter? You're asking for death," Fang Yan muttered smugly, patting the wad of cash.
"Annoying," Jiang Qin's face blushed. "You're so annoying."
At that moment, Jiang Qin didn't think Fang Yan was as obnoxious as she originally thought.
To prevent others from looking at her strangely, he had purposely switched places with her. To give her justice, he didn't hesitate to frame that pervert as someone who harasses men. He truly embodied the line from Personal Tailor: 'Make someone else feel disgusted to fulfill someone else's wish.'
He's actually quite loyal, isn't he?
"I was just saying what you wanted to say," Fang Yan remarked.
The bus speaker announced the arrival at Twenty-Sixth High School. Jiang Qin looked at Fang Yan with her big, watery eyes and said, "Come back early tonight."
"Huh?"
"For tutoring," she said with a crisp voice before quickly getting off the bus with her backpack.
Her ponytail swung lightly like a cheerful melody.
Her slender figure quickly merged into the crowd of students on the roadside, joining the bustling flow of blue uniforms.

Fang Yan stepped into the classroom as the bell rang, and Class Nine erupted in excitement.
"Mr. Fang, you didn't leave? That's great!"
"Mr. Fang, we like you!"
"Mr. Fang, you're not here to say goodbye, are you?"
Seeing the concerned and smiling faces below, Fang Yan felt increasingly warm inside. Who says one bad apple spoils the whole barrel? At least, besides those three troublemakers, the other students were still good, and the class as a whole was still a good one.
Fang Yan raised his hand, signaling everyone to quiet down.
"I'm not leaving," Fang Yan said. "I just got here, why would I leave?"
"But Mr. Chen said—" A boy started to speak but quickly shut his mouth, afraid someone might report him to the class teacher, Chen Dahai. If that happened, he'd be in serious trouble.
"Mr. Chen?" Fang Yan thought for a moment. It must be Chen Tao's father, Chen Dahai, the class teacher. It seemed he would have to deal with him often in the future. As a smart person, it was best to work on maintaining a good relationship with him.
"Just because Mr. Chen's son is a thug doesn't mean Mr. Chen is a big thug. We all need to have faith in Mr. Chen. He's not a bad guy; he's just not obviously good. Spend more time with him, and you'll see. It's not necessarily the father's fault if a son isn't well-behaved. Mr. Chen is busy with work and looking after you all, so he's neglected his son's education. That's why I'll help him take good care of his son in the future."
The students immediately picked up on the hidden meaning in Fang Yan's words.
He's going to "help" Mr. Chen discipline his son. How exactly?
Fang Yan glanced around the room but didn't see Zheng Guodong, Chen Tao, or Li Yang. Clearly, they were still unwilling to accept that they hadn't driven him away.
But they'd come around eventually.
And if they couldn't accept it, they could always transfer classes. Honestly, no teacher wanted to deal with thuggish students, no matter how powerful or arrogant they thought they were.
Every student has a rebellious phase and might act out in some way. Fang Yan had been young once and still was, so he could understand and tolerate that.
However, he had no patience or tolerance for students like Zheng Guodong, Chen Tao, and Li Yang, who insulted and physically assaulted teachers and classmates.
"Who's the class monitor?" Fang Yan asked.
"Zheng Guodong," a girl replied.
Fang Yan was annoyed.
How could a student like that be a class monitor? A class monitor who skips class, drinks, disrupts lessons, and affects other students' learning?
"Who's the Chinese class representative?"
"Me." Huang Haoran stood up. "Temporarily."
"Good. Write down that Zheng Guodong, Chen Tao, and Li Yang skipped class."
"They have leave notes," a tall boy in the back row stood up and hurried to place three notes on the podium.
Fang Yan glanced at the notes. All three were written with the same pen and handwriting:
"Teacher, I need to take leave. Please approve.
• Student: Zheng Guodong, Li Yang, Chen Tao."
Pre-emptive strikes, huh?
Fang Yan stepped down from the podium and asked a girl in the front row, "May I borrow your pen?"
The girl quickly handed over her fountain pen.
Fang Yan unscrewed the cap and, with swift strokes, wrote across the three notes: "Not approved."
Then he tossed the notes back to the tall boy and said, "They either come to class, or it counts as skipping."
The tall boy held the notes as if gripping a handful of burning embers.
