The Path To The Top

On the way to the orphanage Damian starts to feel that Tristan was moving, so Damian stops and puts Tristan on the ground and tries to wake him up.

Damian: "Hey, sleeping beauty, it's time to wake up."

Tristan: "Ahh, what? Five more minutes, mother."

Damian: "Honestly, I don't have much patience right now, so sorry in advance."

After apologizing, Damian slaps Tristan squarely in the face, causing him to jump awake.

Tristan: "Hey! Damian? What happened, who died?"

Damian: "You happened, you almost killed me and Mira and then you almost killed yourself"

After listening to Damian, Tristan tries to understand for a few moments what Damian said, but nothing comes to Tristan's mind and then he says

Tristan: "What are you talking about?"

After realizing that Tristan doesn't remember anything that happened before, Damian explains to Tristan what happened, after hearing the explanation Tristan apologizes to Damian.

Tristan: "Seriously? Sorry Damian, where's Mirage?"

Hearing Tristan, Damian pulls Mirage who is unconscious by the scruff of her neck and shows him to Tristan.

Tristan: "Damian! Can't you see he's unconscious?"

Damian: "So what? He's not a weakling who's going to die from being carried like that."

Tristan: "Regardless Damian, you can't carry people like that even if they're unconscious, okay?"

Damian: "Okay Tristan, sorry, it won't happen again, I think."

Tristan:"*sigh* what do you mean, 'I think'?

Damian: "I don't know, what can happen in the future"

Tristan: "You know what, forget it, let's just go to the orphanage"

After Damian and Tristan arrived at the orphanage with Mirage in their arms, it caused a huge mess, with children screaming on one side, children crying on the other and the mother, desperate about the condition of the three, goes to them and asks

Mother: "Damian! Tristan! What happened?"

Damian: "Do you want the full story or the summary?"

Mother: "everything, I want to know everything"

So after a few minutes explaining what happened, obviously without telling about the training, the Mother calms down and goes to calm the other children and asks Tristan to take the three of them to the infirmary.

In the infirmary

Inside the ward you can see three people, a child all bandaged up sleeping, a teenager bandaging another child with a not so happy face

Damian: "Ouch ouch ouch ouch ouch, stop squeezing that shit, I already told you I don't need it!"

Tristan: "Watch that tongue Damian, and yes you need it."

Damian: "Ahh! it's over soon"

After a few minutes Tristan finishes bandaging Damian, and when Tristan was turning to leave the infirmary, Damian grabs him and says

Damian: "now It's your turn, little fish"

Tristan:"no!!!!"

So after a few moments of torture that Tristan went through at Damian's hands, Mirage wakes up with all the mess around her and begins to open her eyes.

Mirage: "Ahh, where am I? I'm in Lagoinha?"

Tristan: "How are you, Mirage?"

Damian: "He must be fine since he's making jokes"

Opening her eyes, Mirage looks at the two and starts laughing at the sight of the two.

Mirage: "hahahahah what's up? Are you guys dressed up as mummy by any chance hahahahah"

Damian: "Look at yourself, smartass"

Hearing this, Mirage sits down and looks at her own hands, full of bandages, on the hand her hair could be seen, now there were only bandages.

Mirage: "Hey, my hands are okay, right Dami?"

Damian: '*smile*this is going to be my biggest scam, ta-da'

Damian: "How can I say this, Mira?"

Mirage: "Say what? Speak up!"

Damian: "I think it's better to show"

So Damian begins to remove the bandages from Mirage's hands, revealing nothing on his hand, at most a small cut on the palm and meanwhile Tristan in the background holds back his laughter until he bursts out laughing with Damian.

Tristan and Damian: "I'm sorry"

Damian: "You should have seen your face, it was priceless, ta-da!"

Mirage: "You assholes, I expected this from you Dami, but you Tristan? I've never felt so betrayed."

Tristan:"sorry Mirage... bavavava"

After a few moments of playing, Tristan looks at the two and says

Tristan: "Well, I think it's time for you two to go to sleep, don't you think? Oh, and I think it's best for you two to sleep here tonight."

Before the two can answer, they both notice a small screen and then they both sigh.

Dami and Mira: "*sigh* okay, Tristan, good night"

Tristan: "Good night"

After Tristan leaves the infirmary, the two go to look at the screen

DE:[Hey, my friends, how are you?]

Damian: "Well, I think we're doing well, right Mira?"

Mirage: "Well, aside from the fact that we're covered in bandages, yes we're both fine."

DE: [well, that was amazing to watch, but that Tristan, he was kind of desperate, right? You didn't have a single serious injury and he was already making mummy of you both hahahahah]

Damian: "True, he's like an older brother, so I don't hate him."

After a few moments of chatting with DE, he remembers something very important and writes on the screen

DE: [ah! Damn! Look at the time, it's better for me to leave, otherwise that God will be pissed at me... I almost forgot, there's another reincarnated person there at the orphanage, unfortunately I can't tell you who she is, because I wasn't the one who brought her here, so good luck]

After that the screen disappeared out of nowhere, just as it had appeared and then Mirage yawns and says

Mirage: "*yawn* so Dami, what do we do now?"

Damian: "Can't you wait, Mira?...*yawn* What we're going to do is go to sleep and sort it out tomorrow, okay?"

Mirage:"okay"

After the conversation, the two go to sleep in the infirmary bed and rest for tomorrow's search.
