I slowly open my eyes. I'm still in the Gremory mansion.

I leave the room and move cautiously through the mansion's hallways. The place is luxurious, but there's a constant sense of surveillance.

As I walk down the hallway, I feel a presence behind me.

—...You smell strange.

I stop dead in my tracks. A small girl with white hair and golden eyes watches me coldly.

—Huh?

—You don't smell human.

"Koneko Toujou. One of Rias's most dangerous pieces. Her physical strength is brutal."

—I don't know what you're talking about —I reply calmly.

[Lie Detection activated] Koneko does not believe your words.

"Damn."

—Rias said not to bother you, but I'm watching you.

Her eyes narrow, and she walks away without saying more.

I take a deep breath. This is getting complicated.

New objective: Avoid Koneko while exploring.

I reach the mansion's library. It's enormous, filled with shelves of hundreds of books.

"There must be useful information here."

I approach one of the shelves when a new notification appears.

"Interesting."

I start searching through the books until I find an ancient tome titled "History of the Supreme Demons."

I open it and begin to read.

A torrent of information floods my mind:

Demons are divided into powerful clans. Sirzechs Gremory is one of the four Demon Kings. Angels and fallen angels have peace treaties, but tension still exists.

"This confirms that this world is in calm before a great conflict."

Suddenly, I feel a presence behind me.

—It's curious that a human is interested in the history of demons —says a seductive voice.

I look over the book and see Akeno Himejima smiling at me.

"Here we go again."

She slowly closes the book.

—History is always interesting —I reply calmly.

Akeno steps closer, leaning dangerously near me.

—Really? Or are you looking for information for something else?

[Lie Detection activated] Akeno is trying to provoke you for information.

"So she's testing me."

—Just simple curiosity —I say nonchalantly.

Akeno doubts your answer but doesn't show it.

She smiles, but her eyes reveal interest.

—Then, maybe we can talk more later~

She turns around and leaves. But I know I'm now on her radar.

Now I can see a detailed map of the Gremory mansion.

Rias and her growing interest

I return to my room and find Rias waiting for me, sitting on a sofa.

—It seems you've adapted quickly.

—I'm trying —I reply calmly.

Rias stares at me intently.

—You know? It's strange. Your aura still feels different from a normal human's.

"Damn, they're getting suspicious too quickly."

She crosses her legs and sighs.

She gets up and leaves.
