The hero of DC and Marvel

Chapter 6: chapter 6

We arrived back at the base, stepping out of the Ground Bridge into the main corridor. As we walked toward the briefing room, Peter and Aunt May looked around, taking in the sheer scale of the place.

"So… you guys some kind of hero team?" Peter asked, glancing between me and Starlight.

"We're starting one," I replied. "We're about to go active. Well, Starlight and All Might are."

"All Might? Who's that?"

"He's another hero—the second strongest here."

Peter arched an eyebrow. "So, are you the leader?"

I nodded. "Yeah."

"Which means you're the strongest?"

I chuckled. "No, actually, I'd say I'm the third strongest."

That made him pause. "Then who's number one?"

"You'll meet her sooner or later," I said with a smirk. "Let's focus on the reason we're here."

When we finally reached the briefing room, Starlight and I stepped in first, Peter and Aunt May trailing behind us. The moment they entered, they froze.

Standing across the room were Richard and Mary Parker.

Silence stretched between them, heavy with emotion. No one spoke at first. Then, Aunt May took a shaky step forward.

"…Is it really you?" she asked, tears welling in her eyes.

Mary gave a soft, teary smile. "Yes, May. It's us."

May's breath hitched, and in an instant, she rushed forward, wrapping them both in a tight embrace. Her shoulders shook as she sobbed.

Peter, still standing there, looked like he had been hit by a truck. His lips parted, but no words came out at first. Finally, he took a hesitant step forward.

"…Mom? Dad?"

Mary pulled back slightly, giving him a clear view of them. Richard looked at his son, his eyes filled with a mix of regret and love.

"Yes, Peter. It's us," Richard said.

Peter's hands clenched at his sides. His voice wavered. "How?"

"It's a long story," Richard admitted.

Mary stepped closer, placing a gentle hand on Peter's face, studying him as if memorizing every detail. "My baby boy… You've grown so much. We missed so much."

Tears streamed down Peter's face as he swallowed hard. "But you're here now… And you're staying, right?"

Richard and Mary pulled him into a tight hug.

"We're not going anywhere," Richard promised.

Aunt May joined in, wrapping her arms around them again, holding on like she never wanted to let go.

Starlight and I shared a glance, silently agreeing to give them space. Without a word, we stepped out of the room and walked down the hall.

Starlight let out a soft sigh. "I can't imagine what that kid went through without them. I know my mom did some bad things, but… she was always there, supporting me."

"Yeah," I agreed. "His life probably hasn't been easy. But now, with our help, he'll be okay. Not just him—we're going to help a lot of people."

She turned to me, excitement lighting up her eyes. "Speaking of helping people… can I finally go do that now?"

I smirked. "Yep. Church will help you navigate the city. He'll show you where you're needed."

"Yes!" she practically bounced in place before heading toward the Ground Bridge.

"Good luck. And be careful," I called after her.

She glanced back with a grin. "I will."

With Starlight heading to New York and All Might already stationed in Gotham, it was time for me to focus on my own progress. I changed into my training gear and headed to the training room, where Anissa was already waiting.

She was wearing a Viltrumite-style suit—not exactly like the originals, but close enough. She eyed me as I entered.

"You're late."

I sighed. "Sorry. I was reuniting a kid with his parents."

She didn't reply, just kept watching me with that unreadable look.

I exhaled. "I won't be late again. And if I am, I'll let you know beforehand."

Her expression softened slightly. "Good." Then, she cracked her knuckles. "Now… are you ready? I plan to push you to your limits."

I grinned, stretching my arms. "Yeah. Let's start my training arc."

Two Months Later

Two hellish months. That's how long it's been since my training started, and let me tell you—I've never felt stronger… or more broken.

Anissa is a monster. Fun fact, kids: the human body has 206 bones. Wanna guess how many of mine she broke during training? Fifty-six. Yeah, I got to know Mercy real well. Anissa wasn't lying when she said she'd push me to my limits—then force me to break them.

But it was worth it.

With her help, I finally mastered Armament Haki and can coat my aura perfectly around my body. I also learned how to use Chi, which is more useful than I expected. Not only can I boost my attacks, but I found out I can heal myself a little with it, and it enhances my physical abilities.

Firebending was easier to learn than I thought, thanks to my understanding of Northern Shaolin Kung Fu—an external fighting style known for its aggressive strikes and flying kicks. On top of that, I've now fully tapped into my Lightning Dragon Slayer Magic. I can eat lightning, transform into it, and fire off massive bolts of electricity.

Teleportation? Mastered. It's way too fun.

The Beast Beneath the Moonlight ability has been a game-changer too. My sense of smell is sharper, and I can see in the dark—though I still need a sliver of light for it to work. And let's be real, being able to turn into a tiger? Pretty damn cool.

I've also been training with the Leviathan Axe, and it's just as satisfying to use as it was in the game.

The Erasure Quirk has its limits, though—I tested it with the kids, and it only works on mutants. I was able to temporarily stop all their abilities… except for Frankie, Tyrone, and Tandy's. (Also, they hate it when I call them kids. Technically, they're teenagers.) They're doing okay for now, but we definitely need a therapist on board.

Annie and Toshinori's hero work is going strong. All Might is a huge hit in Gotham. People love how quickly he responds, how many lives he saves, and the fact that he always keeps a smile on his face. He still limits himself to daytime patrols and a few hours at a time—his body isn't at full strength yet.

But we're working on that. Marlize and I have been developing a machine that can grow new organs. Once it's ready, Mercy will be able to perform the surgery that could restore All Might's power for good.

Annie's doing amazing in New York. She's stopped bank robberies, car chases, and gang violence—and with Spider-Man taking a break, the city's in good hands.

Speaking of Spider-Man, somehow Peter convinced his family to let him stay a hero. I still have no idea how he pulled that off, but they laid down some strict conditions:

He must undergo training.

He needs a better suit, one that offers protection against gunfire.

His suit must have a tracker so Church can monitor him and notify them if anything happens.

If he ever faces a supervillain, he has to call me for backup.

His grades cannot drop. If they do, he's forced to take a break from hero work until they improve.

I respect the rules, honestly. And with everything we've built so far, I know we're only getting started.

I scratched my head and yawned. It was getting late, but I was still working on an update for Annie's suit. She wanted camouflage, silent footsteps, and night vision—basically, full stealth mode. I liked the idea, so I got to work.

I also made a new suit for Peter—way better than his old one. It's bulletproof, heat-resistant, and cold-resistant. I also upgraded his web-shooters so they can hold way more web fluid than before. After he gave me the formula, I had to admit—the kid's a genius. But I'm a bit better. I managed to enhance the web fluid, making it even stronger. His new suit looks just like the Advanced Suit from the Spider-Man game.

As I was finishing up, Church appeared.

"Hey, Church. What's up?" I asked.

"Nothing much, but I found those people you were looking for."

I paused. He was talking about Bruce Banner, Harleen Quinzel, and General Hale.

We needed Bruce because he's a genius, and our team can always use more brilliant minds.

Harleen was fresh out of college and looking for work—perfect timing. If I recruited her now, we could prevent a villain from ever being born while getting a much-needed therapist on board.

General Hale was a gamble. From what I remembered, she wasn't entirely loyal to Hydra, especially after her daughter was born. There was a chance I could recruit her and her daughter… but just like Deadshot, I wasn't about to trust her. And there was still a possibility she was loyal to Hydra. This isn't a TV show, after all.

"Where are they?" I asked.

"Bruce is in Jamaica, working as a local doctor. Harleen just graduated and is job hunting in Gotham. General Hale is still on a U.S. Armed Forces base."

"Tell Toshinori to recruit Harleen tomorrow. We'll leave Bruce and Hale alone for now."

"Got it. Oh, and one more thing—you've been invited to a company party."

That caught me off guard.

"What company?"

"Stark Industries. Their profits hit an all-time high, so they're celebrating. Since you hold some stock, you got an invite."

"Huh. Sounds fun. I could use a break."

"Yeah, you do. You've been working non-stop for two months. Even while training, you barely took a breather. Not gonna lie, though, I got some great footage of you getting your ass kicked."

I rolled my eyes but ignored that last part. He wasn't wrong—I definitely needed a break.

"Thanks, Church."

"No problem." He disappeared.

Two months of grinding. Might as well cash in.

"System, use points."

"Activating Gacha…"

Healing Magic (The Wrong Way to Use Healing Magic)

The Krabby Patty Secret Formula Knowledge (SpongeBob)

I got more heroes, a detective, someone to help run my company, and the best teacher in anime history.

Not summoning Battle Beast. The guy only fights strong opponents—doesn't matter if they're good or evil. Not worth it.

Fountain of Youth bottles? Interesting. I already know who I'm using one on.

(try to guess who)

Poison Dragon Slayer Magic. Now I'm completely immune to poison.

.Healing Magic & Healing Factor. Really wish I had these two during training, but better late than never.

Tactile Telekinesis. Now I can lift entire buildings without them crumbling under their own weight.

Shredder's Fighting Experience. Always good to improve my hand-to-hand combat.

Frieza's Ability to Breathe in Space. Now I can survive both underwater and in space.

Mash's Super Strength. This dude won a tug-of-war against a Titan. Yeah, I'll take that.

Power of Flight. I can actually fly now that's cool

Gravattack's Gravity Control. Probably my best pull yet.

"System, assimilate powers."

A sharp pain shot through my body. But it didn't last long.

"It's getting less painful. That's a good sign."

One item, however, caught my eye. Nooroo's Miraculous.

If I had this, that meant I could grant powers to my non-powered teammates. I pulled the butterfly-shaped brooch out of my inventory and put it on. Instantly, a small purple Kwami appeared, looking nervous.

"Hey, little guy. My name's Edward, but you can call me Ed. No need to be scared."

"Are you… my new master?" he asked cautiously.

"More like your new partner. I'm a hero."

His eyes widened with relief.

"You're not a supervillain? You're not going to use me to create supervillains?"

"Nope. I promise. But I would like your help when I need to turn someone into a hero."

His entire demeanor changed—excited, even.

"Yes! I'd love to help! As long as it's not for anything evil."

"You have my word."

He paused, looking around.

"Wait… this doesn't feel like my original universe. Where am I?"

I chuckled.

"You're in a world with superheroes, supervillains, aliens, magic, mutants, and tech that's out of this world."

"I knew something felt different!"

I smirked. "You hungry?"

"A little."

"Alright, let's go eat. Then we get some rest. Tomorrow's going to be a big day."

We headed to the cafeteria, grabbed some food, and went to bed. Tomorrow, I'd summon the people I needed.

Batman / Bruce Wayne POV

After another long night of patrol, I returned to the Batcave and resumed my research on the new heroes.

They both came out of nowhere—no records, no prior activity, nothing. They appear and disappear at random locations, making it nearly impossible to track them. Every attempt to pinpoint their movements leads to dead ends. I suspect they're working with someone—perhaps an ally with teleportation abilities or access to an actual teleporter.

There's another factor at play—they're being guided. Their movements through the city are too precise, responding to crimes the moment they happen. Someone is feeding them information in real time.

I initially thought they were mutants, but there's also the possibility of them being metahumans. Central City has its fair share of those. Regardless, no matter how many satellites, cameras, and surveillance systems I employ, I can't track where they vanish to—or where they emerge from.

I've started drafting contingency plans, but with so little intel, they aren't much use yet.

Profile: Unknown Hero 1 - "All Might"

Identity: Unknown

Abilities: Super strength, super speed, super agility, super durability

Classification: Mutant? Metahuman? Unknown

Weaknesses: Unknown

Observations: Only operates as a hero for a few hours a day. This could hint at limitations—something to investigate further.

Profile: Unknown Hero 2 - "Starlight"

Identity: Unknown

Abilities: Super strength, light generation (energy beams), flight, super durability, bioluminescence (noted in video footage—her eyes and hands glow)

Classification: Mutant? Metahuman? Unknown

Weaknesses: Unknown

As I sifted through video footage and compiled data, Alfred approached, carrying a tray of food.

"Still researching those new heroes, I see," Alfred remarked, setting the tray down beside me.

I didn't respond immediately, my eyes locked on the screen. Their disappearances—their movements—everything about them bothered me.

Who are they? And more importantly… what are they hiding?

Nick Fury POV

More heroes in the world means more headaches for me.

The higher-ups are concerned, especially about one in particular—Superman. His power makes them nervous. Hell, it makes me nervous too. We've been trying to track him, but he's too fast for our satellites. Every time we think we have a lead, he's already somewhere else.

And then there's Batman. I don't know how he does it, but he keeps evading our surveillance. No superpowers, no enhanced abilities—just a man in a bat suit who somehow avoids every camera we place in Gotham. Even Spider-Man, when he was active, couldn't disappear like that.

And now? Now I have two more to deal with—All Might and Starlight.

Starlight is operating in New York. From what we've gathered, she stepped in right after Spider-Man mysteriously stopped being a hero. That's no coincidence.

All Might only works in Gotham, during daytime hours. He's one of the strongest superpowered individuals on Earth— second only to Superman. And that worries me.

Still, there's a chance I can get them on our side—SHIELD, and potentially, The Avengers Initiative.

Just then, Coulson walked into my office.

"Sir, you have a mission for me?" he asked.

"I want you to head to New York. Try to get in contact with Starlight."

"Understood."

"If you can't, gather any information that could help us uncover her identity."

"Yes, sir."

"You're dismissed."

As Coulson left, I leaned back in my chair. I had already sent Natasha to track down All Might. Now all I could do was wait… and hope for good news.

Ed POV

The next morning, I woke up feeling refreshed. After getting dressed, Nooroo appeared, floating by my side as usual.

As we made our way to the cafeteria for breakfast, Church materialized beside me.

"Morning, Church. What's up?" I asked.

"Nothing much. But Ted wants to talk to you."

"About what?"

"No clue. Just said it was important."

"Where is he?"

"At the bar."

I blinked. "It's 8:00 in the morning."

"He's probably not drinking… maybe. I wasn't really paying attention."

I sighed. "Really, Church?"

"Hey, cut me some slack. I'm running a lot of stuff for one AI. I've got robots building a school, a prison, and a weapons vault, plus I'm tracking all the people you wanted me to find. And, by the way, you gave me a really long list. I'm still trying to locate the Inhumans on some mountain somewhere—that's not exactly easy."

I nodded. "Fair point. I should probably make you some help."

"Finally! You're gonna make me some girlfriends, right?"

I rolled my eyes. "First of all, one girlfriend. Second, I'm making you siblings."

"Fine, fine, whatever. At least I get a girlfriend, unlike somebody."

Before I could respond, he disappeared.

Just for that, I'm going to make Tex even worse.

After finishing breakfast, I headed to the bar. When I arrived, I spotted Ted, already seated. Somehow, he was wearing a suit.

Where did he even get that?

I sat down next to him. "Alright, Ted. What's up?"

"Finally, you're here. We need to talk. When can I go out? I wanna hit the city."

I raised an eyebrow. "You can't. You're a talking magic teddy bear. The government would kidnap you, experiment on you, and try to figure out how you exist."

Ted groaned. "C'mon, man. You gotta figure something out! I'm bored outta my mind here. No weed, no women… What's the point of paying me so much if I can't even spend it?"

I thought for a moment. "Alright, how about this—I'll let you grow any type of weed you want here, and I'll work on a way for you to go out without drawing attention."

Ted's eyes lit up. "Any type of weed?"

"Yes. But the teenagers can't know about it, and they definitely can't get their hands on it."

Ted grinned. "Deal! You're a good boss, Ed."

"Thanks, I try my best," I said, standing up and heading to the lab.

Marlize and I had finally finished the machine that could create organs, and today was the big test.

"Hey, Dr. Marlize. Is everything ready?" I asked as I walked in.

She nodded. "Yes, it is."

"Good. The priority is repairing his respiratory system and stomach. How long will it take?"

"A couple of hours. Angela wants to make sure they're safe for transplantation before she puts the organs in his body."

I grinned. "Cool. Let's get started—I can't wait to see him at full strength again."

She activated the machine, and we settled in to wait.

After a few moments, Marlize glanced at me. "Can I ask you something? I've been curious about a few things."

I shrugged. "Sure, I'll do my best to answer."

She hesitated, then asked, "You said you can't wait to see him at full strength again. Have you seen him like that before? And if so, why hasn't the rest of the world heard of him?"

I went quiet for a moment, debating whether to tell her the truth. Then, I sighed.

Screw it. She's part of my team. I need to trust them.

"All Might is from another universe. Actually, almost everyone here—except the people I've saved—is from a different world. That's my power. I can summon people, abilities, and items from alternate universes."

Her eyes widened. "Wait—you can summon people? From other worlds?"

I nodded. "Yep. Oh, and I'm also a demigod."

She blinked. "…You're a demigod?"

"Yep."

"And you can summon random people, powers, and items?"

"Pretty much. But I can only do it once a month—unless I hold off and save up energy. If I do that, I can summon again immediately after for a double summon."

Marlize shook her head in amazement. "That's… an insane power."

I smirked. "Thanks. Actually, I want to show you something."

I called out, "Nooroo, you can come out now."

Nooroo fluttered into the air, his tiny form glowing slightly.

Marlize's eyes widened in curiosity. "What… is that?"

"This is Nooroo. He's a Kwami."

"A Kwami? What's that?"

"Kwamis are divine, spirit-like beings that embody abstract concepts. They grant powers to those who wield a Miraculous, transforming them into animal-themed superheroes. Nooroo's ability allows me to grant people powers and abilities," I explained.

She turned to Nooroo. "So… you can give people powers?"

Nooroo nodded. "Yes! It's nice to meet you."

Marlize smiled. "Nice to meet you too, Nooroo."

"After this, I'm planning to summon more people," I added.

She perked up. "Can I watch? I'm really interested in seeing how it works."

I shrugged. "Sure, no problem."

Hours passed, and finally, the machine completed its work.

We put on gloves to avoid contamination, carefully packed the newly created organs into a cooler, and took them to Angela.

She was already waiting for us.

"Hey, Angela. We've got the organs."

She took the cooler and opened it, inspecting the contents. "Good. Let me check if they're safe for transplantation."

I nodded. "Here you go."

And with that, the next step in bringing All Might back to full strength had begun.

AN: just something I found funny while doing some research

General Hale doesn't have a first name, I found it funny because she was a big villain in season 5 of Agents of Shield, for name, it just says Hale on fandom. So I'm just going to make up one

I also realize I never did show the pictures of the scientist MC saved
