Chapter 310: 310....
Gabriel could only watch in awe as Alec and the supposed ragtag group he thought they were effortlessly killed the Orcs one by one, without any casualties.
An Orc attempting to flee met a gruesome end when Alec's left hand shot an earth bullet, impaling its head, while he simultaneously swung his Changdao with his right hand, taking down another Orc.
Lucas, with the help of Brandon, finally managed to dispatch the five Orcs that had cornered him.
Their teamwork and formation proved effective as they quickly learned the Orcs' moves and executed several combo sword attacks, leading to the swift demise of the Orcs.
Legion and Titan, true to form, demonstrated their remarkable efficiency, easily handling the Tier 3 Orcs in one-on-one battles.
However, it was Titan who excelled in dispatching them at a rapid pace, prompting Legion to stick by his side, always delivering the final blow with his fatal laser spear.
On the other hand, Knight had proven himself to be the most valuable member of the group since acquiring his new armor set.
With his unmatched skill in chaos fighting, he single-handedly assassinated seven Orcs, moving through the shadows and swiftly dispatching his enemies with a single swipe of his dagger straight to the neeck.
After the last Orc fell, Alec turned his gaze towards Gabriel, who looked as though he had just been forced to swallow his words.
Alec didn't say anything, but his eyes spoke volumes, conveying the message,
"We don't need you."
"That was cool!"
Lucas exclaimed, jumping on Brandon, who felt as though he had found another version of Arthur in Lucas, given their shared eccentricity.
After a few moments, Lucas began circling around Titan, studying the body structure of the renowned ice Golem among the new students.
"Seeing it on a screen and seeing it in real life are two different things, It exudes this icy cold attitude and seems to be holding back some form of killing intent, How chilling," Lucas remarked as he analyzed Titan's body, causing the Golem to grumble.
"You both can wait here for us, We will go into the cave and see what they are really hiding here. Once we have completed our objectives, I will hand you over to James."
" It's clear you don't want to be a part of this team, so there's no need for us to continue pretending," Alec declared, firm in his decision.
As Alec and the group made their way into the cave, Grace and Gabriel stayed behind.
"I hate him!"
Gabriel complained to his sister.
"How dare that little Tier 2 Mage speak to us like that, I should have killed him instantly."
"Doing that wouldn't benefit you in any way, Remember, we don't have much time. Let's just experience all we can for now. Your revenge can wait. After all, it aligns with our interests," Grace replied, a smile playing on her lips. Continue your journey on My Virtual Library Empire
"Hmph, I'll let them go for now and acknowledge the fact that I underestimated them. Who would have thought that Alec not only possessed a semi-spirit equipment, but his clansman Knight had a complete full spirit equipment," Gabriel mused.
"If we had made a move too soon, we wouldn't have come out of it in one piece. Their attacks would have caught us off guard."
"Please focus on yourself," Grace interjected.
"As long as you listen to me, we won't be caught off guard."

Meanwhile, within the cave, Alec and his group easily navigated through the cave secret entrance and ventured further inside.
But as their eyes beheld the vastness of the mine, they were struck with astonishment and shock.
"We're rich!" Lucas exclaimed, running his hands along the mine's walls.
Even Brandon and Knight couldn't help but be amazed by the immense energy emanating from the mine.
Alec, however, couldn't hide his frown.
For the first time, he wished Agnes was with them.
Swooping down, he collected all the natural low-power stones that the Orcs have mined and have not had the Chance to store into his space ring.
"This formation is most likely a result of the earth absorbing a significant amount of worldly mana. It seems the Orcs were simply lucky to discover it after they settled here. Perhaps that's why their strength has been increasing so rapidly," Knight replied, sharing a theory he had developed.
"Hmm, I had the same thought, The real question is, what are we going to do about it? It's clear they still have many Tier 3 Orcs. I think I've figured out why they don't have many Tier 4 Orcs despite their numbers," Alec added.
"It's probably because they have been using the power stones from the mine to boost their realm. The power stones from this cave are Nature Low Tier Power Stone and can only elevate any lifeform to the peak of the Tier 3 realm."
" It can't push anyone to the Mid Rank Realms, Let's go back to the rest of the squad and make a proper plan. We can't mine these power stones alone. We need to watch out for the Orcs and the entire squad in case something goes wrong," Alec concluded, with the rest of the group agreeing with him.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in the academy, Kethra could be seen ascending Igor's Peak, searching for Astrid.
Upon reaching Astrid's quarters, he discovered the entire gang was present.
"Hey, I have good news. I know you'll be interested in this one," Kethra quickly stated.
"Shut the fuck up! The last time you came here with a so-called good idea, I lost almost half of my best mages, got demoted from my position as a direct disciple, and now you have the audacity to show up here again?! Get this fucker out of here!" Astrid snapped in a fit of anger.
But as two mages moved closer to Kethra, he let out a shout.
"I swear, this is another reason to seek revenge. I just received reliable information that the bastard we chased down before has returned to the Abyss Realm, This is the perfect opportunity to kill him and relieve your anger," Kethra proclaimed.
"Are you out of your mind?, You want me to attack Terran's disciples?, Are you freaking mad? Don't you realize the extent of his temper? He has already threatened my master."
" Killing me would be too easy for him, If you're so eager to die, then go after his disciple yourself. Last I checked, you're a peak Tier 3 Mage while he's just a mid Tier 2 Mage."
" Go kill him yourself! Come on, what are you guys waiting for? Drag this bastard out of here!" Astrid shouted, venting his frustration
as he turned back to his group discussed plans for the next Abyss Realm expedition, hoping to gain more and reclaim their lost prestige.
