The Eminence of a True Monarch of the Shadows

[Third Person's PoV] 

Cid then began using his magic and began restoring all the castle ground Claire had destroyed since she first entered the demon castle. 

They all stood by the ledge of the castle on the 100th floor and began to where Cid began raising his arms and a magic circle appeared in the sky. The magic circle grew and grew until he covered Majority of the 100th floor. 

From Cid's shadow souls, which were a mix of Black and Red to show their demonic nature, started to rise from below him and swim all the way up to the magic circle. 

"Woah…" Esil muttered looking at the mystifying spectacle. 

Cid began to feel his heart beat harder and harder as he used his magic, it wasn't easy creating a body, much less a demonic one. Not to mention Cid had to create over a million of them at the same time, while also using his magic to empower them as they were going to be in Claire's army/kingdom anyways. Cid thought of it as a little coronation present for her. 

Cid started to feel a little lightheaded due to his heart having to beat so much but he shook his head and quickly recovered. From the Magic circle beams of red light shot down and demons upon demons began appearing. 

They looked between themselves in confusion, they all then instantly looked upwards and some cowered in fear as they remembered the pain they went through at Claire's hand. Although Claire looked completely different than she did when she killed them they recognized her straight away due to her magic power. 

Claire cleared her throat while Cid conjured a small magic circle in front of her which would act as a microphone amplifying voice. 

"The Demon King you all once knew is dead!" Claire began dropping the bomb straight away, "I alone have slain him in combat and have taken claim to all of that which he once held. Whether it is his race, his power, his title, even his kingdom and people!" 

Most of the intelligent demon Nobles let out a gasp but they couldn't deny it. They all knew they were on the 100th and couldn't feel any presence of the previous Demon King. Except for what could be felt from Claire, which only solidified her statement that the previous demon king was dead. 

"That's right, that includes all of you as well!" Claire declared boldly, she stepped a foot on the railings of the ledge of the castle, her body was emitting a powerful aura which could be felt by everyone. 

She grinned sinisterly exposing her fangs, "Which means you all belong to me! Making me your rightful Demon Queen! So I ask you, do any one of you want to contest my Rule?!" 

They all immediately dropped down to one knee as they knew that this was what their new Demon Queen wanted from them. They didn't doubt that if they really didn't submit to her they would have returned back to being in the hands of death. 

"WE ALL SUBMIT TO HER MAJESTY, THE DEMON QUEEN!" The demons that could talk shouted with their heads down, while the ones that couldn't and were more barbaric still knelt as well as they recognized her power and authority over them. 

"Now that's what I like to hear~" Claire smirked, she took her foot down and rested her hand over her sword hilt as she then ordered, "You are to return to the floors of which you have been managing and continue to do what you do. I'll do an inspection of each of the floors at a later time, so prepare yourselves. You are all hereby dismissed!" She said turning around and walking away back into the castle. 

As Cid and Esil followed Claire inside Cid looked towards Claire teasingly, "Look at you Queen Claire, taking charge already and ordering your subordinates~" 

Claire blushed slightly as she pouted, "Shut it" 

"Someone seems to be enjoying this a bit too much… Now you get to boss people around any time you want to, it's practically a dream come true for you" Cid continued. 

Even though Claire now had Tan skin her blush was still visible as she glared towards Cid, before she could retort Esil smiled towards Claire, "I think you were just wonderful! I'm sure you'll be an amazing Demon Queen" 

Claire puffed her chest with pride as she held her head up high bathing in the compliment. 

"Don't stroke her ego any further, anymore and her head might explode by how big it's getting" Cid continued to tease her. 

Claire grabbed Cid and shook him back and forth "Just let me have my moment and bask in my glory!" 

Cid let out a sigh, "I'm sorry, I can't" Cid said with a mock exasperation, "As your brother is my job to make sure you don't have nice things, it's part of the brotherly law" 

Claire's eyebrow twitched with irritation, "What about the Older sister law: When a little brother bothers his older sister long enough she has every right to beat the living crap out of him." 

"Doesn't exist," Cid shrugged

"Right, when it inconveniences you it doesn't exist" 

"See, you get it"

"Eat a dick you bastard" 

"Isn't that your job?" 

As they threw insults at each other Esil walked slightly behind them with a faint smile as she enjoyed seeing their banter as she saw how close they really were and how much they cared for one another. 

"Now come, where's the bedroom to this place" Claire asked, looking around. 

"That way" Cid pointed to another corridor that seemed to split into different directions. 

"Are you going to rest now, her majesty?" Esil asked, tilting her head in confusion. 

"Don't call me that, when it's just us just call me Claire" Claire said rolling her eyes before scoffing, "And no I'm not going to rest, I'm going to collect my reward for my hard work and achievements" 

Esil tilted her head in confusion, 'Collect her reward? In the bedroom?' Esil's eyes widened as she exploded into a blush. 

"I… I better excuse myself then…" Esil said nervously. 

Claire let out a laugh and waved her off, "What are you talking about, you're joining in" 

"I'm what?" Esil asked, flabbergasted. 

Claire looked towards Esil and winked with a teasing smirk, "If you are going to be my right hand woman, we need to get to know each other better, don't you agree?" 

Claire then began marching with large strides while Cid tried to suppress his laughter seeing Esil covering her face. Her ears became redder than her eyes. 

Esil moved her hands towards her warm cheeks as she asked, 'What the hell have I gotten myself into?!'
