Chapter 7: Reunion of the True Dragons
As Henrik was preparing to gather his escort that would guide him to the Armed Nation of Dwargon, a ways west in the Great Jura Forest, two titans were meeting. One, a beautiful and hot headed woman who adores her younger brother. The other, a cold and youthful girl who hides her love through strict lessons.
They are the two oldest living True Dragons, and the elder sisters of Veldora. Velzard the Ice Empress. And Velgrynd the Scorch Dragon. They stood facing each other, in the place that was Veldora's final know location.
"Velzard. If you're here then I assume you've killed Veldora again. Why must you insist on killing him over and over again? You've done this since he was first born, if you hadn't. Maybe he wouldn't be s violent," Velgrynd speaks with spite to her elder sister.
"Oh, should I just give him a slap on the hand and let him continue destroying the world like you do? Perhaps give him a nice hug for not slaughtering everything he sees. Perhaps if you didn't spend more time with that human since Veldora last reincarnated, he'd act better than a tempered child who screams when he doesn't get his own way.
And for the record little sister, I didn't kill him. I only got here a little before you. I sensed his power had gone, but him not reincarnating after a whole week, that's not normal for him. I know you don't believe me, but I do care for our little brother and I came here to help him. I just don't coddle him all the time."
"Coddle? I do not coddle him, I just understand him rather than kill him. And don't pretend like you care about the world, you just want that demon to like you. That horrible demon who fights my dear husband. If Veldanava were still here.." Velgrynd says before being interupted.
"If Veldanava were still here? Well he isn't. At least me and Guy haven't abandonded Milim, you over in the empire with you perfect human husband. If our elder brother were here, he'd be disappointed you've abandonded his daughter. The Destroyer they call her, she's become more like Veldora. And Veldanava kept him away from her so that wouldn't happen."
Velgrynd gets enraged at this and then bursts into her dragon form, her body expanding as she turns red and grows to look like a snake. Much more like a chinese dragon rather then the europeaon one that Veldora looks like.
"How dare you? Disappointed Veldanava? You may have been closer to Milim but that was only in distance. You still stood by and let her become a demon lord. I'm done talking, we gonna do this or not?"
Suddenly, both sisters are surprised by the feeling of an aura that they haven't felt in two thousand years. Far east of them, the feeling of Veldanava's power radiated. The sensation overwhelmed them as it was the same feeling they'd always got when arguing in front of their elder brother. Love, and a wish to see them get along and be sisters rather than rivals. The wish Veldanava had.
"Velzard. It can't be. Has he returned? Is our big brother really back?" Velgrynd asks with hopeful tears in her eyes. In the many eons they had lived, they'd never seen Veldanava even be challenged by someone, so when they heard that he was killed, the news shook them.
Their big brother, who was more powerful than even them until Milim, gone. They had both waited for so long to see him again, and a part of Velzard was starting to wonder if maybe she'd never see her brother again. The same brother she adored so much, that she'd attack her partner for getting more attention than she was.
Velgrynd, to some level, had blamed herself for the death of Veldanava. He had died in the land where she is now empress, while she was away with Rudra. Even though the terrorist threat was known, even though Veldanava was weakened, she still left. So when he died, a part of her blamed herself for losing her brother, for her niece losing her father. That's why she wasn't around so much for Milim after Veldanava died.
Then, after two thousand long, long years. They sensed that presence again. And while faint, miniscule even, they sensed Veldora at the same place they could feel Veldanava. Without saying another word, Velzard took off at full speed towards the aura east.
"Brother, are you truly back?" Velzard asked herself as she flew towards the sensation, the warmth she hadn't felt is so long.
Velgrynd, however, couldn't move. She had dreamt of him returning for longer than you or I can imagine. But now that chance might be here, she couldn't move. She could sense there was something different. A moment after Velzard took off, she realised, that this aura didn't belong to her big brother. And he hadn't returned.
By now, Henrik had began riding to Dwargon in hopes of an alliance, materials and clothes from the nation of the dwarfs. Since the Great Lazek Kingdom wasn't yet big enough to be called a country, he was at least hoping for the materials and clothes if the alliance wasn't possible. Then, all of a sudden, he sensed Velzard aiming right at him.
And at the same time, he could hear the voice of Veldora speak in his mind.
"It's time we talked, imposter."
Then, he felt the fist of Velzard contact his face as he was sent flying off Ranga's back. Before he even realised, he was miles away from Ranga and his escort and had Velzard's fist in his stomach as he was sent into a tree, coughing up blood.
If it wasn't for him being a divine human, there's no question he'd be dead ten times over. Even with his durability though, he could feel himself slowly losing conciseness. After a few seconds, when he was on the brink of fainting, he could hear Velzard's voice full of rage.
"You dare imitate my dead brother. I'll kill you. But not before I make you tell me what you did to Veldora." And just like that, under the assumption Henrik was imiating Veldanava and had done something to Veldora, the cold, calculating and uncaring Velzard had gone. And what was left. A vengeful sister who was out only for blood.

Hi, Omni_God2000 here.
Just wanted to clarify my plans for chapter releases. Starting tomorrow, I'll be releasing a chapter for both this and my Tensura book every two days.
Then, when I have enough written, I'll mass release all unreleased chapters on Patreon for ten – fifteen pounds. I'll have a tier for Rise of Camelot and one for Tensura. I'll so make a twenty pound one for both books.
Starting then, I'll release chapters as soon as they're done on Patreon for both books. This means that Patreons unreleased chapters will only get larger and will be more enticing, which I think is fair given people on Patreon will be paying.
I'll also be writing side stories for both books. There'll be two a month starting December which will be written, edited and released on the weekends. The side stories won't be released on Royal Road and Webnovel until the next month. And they'll get one side story a month.
There'll be a discord and I'm thinking of making a fandom wiki sometime mid next year when's there enough information for the books. So if you're interested in that, stayed tuned for more information.
First of three ultimate skills coming next chapter with the next two the chapter after that.
Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
