Chapter 308 Secret
According to the history of Bloodstone Pass, three years ago, the Blood Seal Gate was just a minor power. However, after Silver Lucas and others ventured into the Black Nether Abyss, they suddenly gained the strength to rival the major families.
Their rise to power was swift, especially Silver Lucas, who quickly established himself as the foremost power in Bloodstone Pass from an unknown figure.
All of this was likely closely related to the Black Nether Abyss.
"So, Young Master Silver, would you mind sharing the secrets of this place with me?" Blaze Regret lightly traced the ice blade across Silver Van's neck, the cold touch sending a shiver down Silver Van's spine.
"You want to know? Beg me on your knees," Silver Van laughed heartily, showing no trace of fear. Instead, his eyes were filled with mocking disdain as he looked at Blaze Regret.
"Very well, I admire people with backbone."
Blaze Regret smirked, gently clasping his hand as the sharp ice blade shattered, a sudden move that made Silver Van's heart skip a beat.
"Here, a little toy for you."
With a soft chuckle, Blaze Regret retrieved a rope from the void realms stone, tying one end to the Rock Horn Dragon Rhinoceros's arm and the other securely around Silver Van's waist.
"What are you doing!" Silver Van's heart raced as he shouted angrily.
Taking a few steps forward, the Rock Horn Dragon Rhinoceros glanced coldly at Silver Van, who was being dragged by the rope. It then raised its arm and began spinning rapidly. Instantly, Silver Van, at the end of the rope, became a series of afterimages revolving around the Rock Horn Dragon Rhinoceros.
The world in Silver Van's eyes turned extremely blurry, and the high speed spinning induced a nauseating feeling and an overwhelming dizziness.
"I will kill you!"
Silver Van shouted threateningly, but his voice came out jumbled and chaotic.
"I've never tasted ape paws before; they should be good."
Blaze Regret cheerfully held the ice blade, slicing off the Molten Fire Ape's two paws. These were a delicacy, having been served once at a tavern in Velorian City, though at an exorbitant price.
The crackling flames danced gently on the firewood as Blaze Regret set up a rack, threading the two ape paws on it to roast over the fire.
Before long, the two ape paws became crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Shimmering droplets of oil dripped from the paws onto the burning firewood, releasing a tantalizing white smoke and an irresistible aroma.
Blaze Regret gently rotated the stick, and suddenly, he noticed a bite mark on one of the ape paws. After a moment of surprise, he looked at Red with disdain and asked, "Did you bite it?"
In response, Red shook its head vigorously, putting on an innocent expression, though a droplet of saliva trailed from the corner of its mouth.
"Doing it but not admitting it," Blaze Regret scoffed even more, not realizing that the bite mark was much smaller than Red's.
"I'll talk, I'll tell you everything, just get me down from here!"
Silver Van's desperate voice rang out, and Blaze Regret raised an eyebrow, thinking he was tougher than he seemed, only to find he wasn't much after all.
Behind a distant black tree, a little green beast bared its teeth and fanned its mouth, as tendrils of hot white smoke rose from its mouth.
Holding a sturdy rope in his hand, the rock horn dragon rhinoceros dragged Silver Van over as if pulling a dead dog. After being knocked against a stone, Silver Van's face turned pale, and a large amount of filth spewed violently from his mouth.
"Do you have any decency at all?"
Seeing this scene, Blaze Regret nearly dropped the ape paw he was holding, his appetite instantly ruined.
"This is the map of the Black Nether Abyss," Silver Van gasped for a moment, pulling out a scroll from his clothes without even glancing at it, and hastily tossed it to Blaze Regret. He did not wish to endure the torment a second time.
Rolling his eyes helplessly, Blaze Regret handed one of the ape paws to the rock horn dragon rhinoceros and passed the other directly to Red. Although he was usually quite nonchalant, it was difficult to savor delicacies under such circumstances.
Red looked at the bite marks on the ape paw with disdain, while the rock horn dragon rhinoceros, after a moment of thought, gave his ape paw to Red and then picked up the heavy fire ape, placing the entire thing on the fire.
"Wow!"
Unfolding the scroll, a detailed map came into view. Blaze Regret's gaze swept over it slowly, his brows gradually knitting together.
"This map should be correct, but what are these large red markings?" Blaze Regret murmured softly, his voice tinged with confusion.
Glancing at the deeply pondering Blaze Regret, Silver Van lowered his head, a sinister glint flashing quickly in his eyes.
"Whoosh!"
Raising his head again, Silver Van's face was filled with a fierce determination. A sharp blood spike suddenly shot out from his mouth with a chilling whoosh, aimed violently at Blaze Regret.
"Fool." Silver Van smirked mockingly as he saw Blaze Regret still engrossed in the map. Your journey continues with empire
However, in the next moment, his smile froze on his face.
Blaze Regret slightly tilted his head, and the blood scented spike narrowly missed his ear. Behind him, the rock horn dragon rhinoceros casually reached back with a hand and crushed the spike into dust.
When his attack failed, panic filled Silver Van's heart, and he involuntarily began retreating.
"You've been naughty."
Rolling the map back into a scroll, Blaze Regret's face showed a gentle smile. Yet, to Silver Van, that smile looked as terrifying as a grinning demon.
"This stuff must be the Gluttonous Powder, right?"
Bending slightly, Blaze Regret rummaged through Silver Van's clothes and found three small transparent bottles in his hand, each filled with deep red powder.
