Rojen's face had turned pale after spitting out three mouthfuls of blood in quick succession. Though it felt like a long battle, only half an hour had passed since he encountered Dragon.

"My chakra reserves are down to about 20%, and the strain on my Sharingan is immense, causing severe damage to both my mind and body."

"I must use chakra to heal my physical injuries within this half hour. Otherwise, it will significantly impact my next actions."

His eyes flickered as he entered a state of deep focus, carefully planning his next move. The destination of 'the Logan' no longer mattered to him at this moment.

Closing his eyes, Rojen sank into a deep meditation, counting his breaths. He was uncertain how much time remained before the possession ended, so he needed to recover quickly.

Meanwhile, at Marine Headquarters, the crisp ringing of a Den Den Mushi startled the on-duty Marine.

"Buru Buru Buru."

"Hello, Marine Headquarters," The Marine answered calmly.

"This is Dragon," A weak voice rasped from the Den Den Mushi.

The Marine perked up immediately upon hearing the caller's identity. "Hello, Rear Admiral Dragon."

"Send reinforcements from Headquarters."

"What?" The Marine was momentarily stunned.

"Send reinforcements from Marine Headquarters. I'm severely injured." Dragon suppressed his anger as he spoke in a low voice. Glancing at the numerous injured Marines behind him, he added coldly, "A large number of Headquarters Marines have also been severely injured!"

"Hurry up!!"

With those words, Dragon abruptly ended the call. He hadn't wanted to burden the Marine Headquarters, but looking at his injured subordinates and the strange black flames still clinging to his body, he felt utterly helpless.

These terrifying flames, seemingly capable of burning even intangible elemental abilities, continued to scorch his skin.

Dragon had been using his Devil Fruit ability to contain the burning areas, preventing the flames from completely engulfing him. However, several areas were already heating up, causing his skin to blister. This realization sent a chill down his spine.

He had no choice but to rely on the Marine Headquarters. He had no idea how long he could endure these injuries.

Meanwhile, the Marine Headquarters was in a state of uproar. Dragon, one of their most accomplished Rear Admirals and a formidable warrior, had been severely injured during his mission in the East Blue, to the point of requiring reinforcements. This was almost inconceivable!

It was crucial to understand that when Marine Headquarters dispatched Rear Admirals on missions, it was partly to provide them with opportunities to achieve greater feats and advance their careers.

In any region, these elite Marines should be capable of handling the situation. Requesting reinforcements would tarnish their reputation and significantly impact their future promotions.

But this was Dragon! A top-tier Rear Admiral with immense combat power, and even he had requested reinforcements!

In the Fleet Admiral's office at Headquarters, the burly and tough Fleet Admiral, Steel Bone Kong, spoke indifferently, "Dragon has requested reinforcements." His eyes then glanced towards a middle-aged Vice Admiral in the room.

The Vice Admiral, sensing the gaze, nonchalantly looked up at Kong and then resumed eating the donuts on his desk.

Admiral Sengoku, sitting nearby, sighed and nudged the Vice Admiral, then offered an apologetic glance at Kong.

The room was filled with the most powerful figures in Marine Headquarters at that moment: three Admirals and over a dozen Vice Admirals.

"With his strength, he might encounter formidable enemies in the East Blue, but it shouldn't have escalated to the point of needing reinforcements," Sengoku remarked gravely. "This suggests that someone in the East Blue has become a formidable opponent, even for Dragon."

Kong's eyes flickered as he pulled out a document from the pile in front of him and tossed it forward. Everyone looked and saw that it was a Wanted Poster.

The most striking feature of the Wanted Poster was the bounty: 110 Million, and the face belonged to a 16- or 17-year-old boy.

"This is the boy who fought Dragon. He's sixteen years old," Kong stated.

"What?" The room erupted in disbelief.

Upon hearing this, all the Admirals and Vice Admirals scrutinized the Wanted Poster again. Age was undoubtedly the most concrete indicator of a person's potential. At just sixteen years old, with a bounty of 110 Million, and more terrifyingly, capable of fighting Dragon.

"This 110 Million bounty doesn't reflect his current combat power. It wasn't updated after his fight with Dragon," Kong explained. "This bounty was set before we were aware of his true strength."

Kong narrowed his eyes and spoke gravely, "This boy's bounty is partly due to his identity."

"Identity?!" All the Vice Admirals and Admirals focused their attention on the face on the table.

The boy had black hair, a slender build, delicate features, and a gentle smile in his eyes. His friendly, elder-brother-like appearance made it difficult to imagine him as a threat. However, after staring at the boy's face for a long time, none of the Rear, Vice, or Admirals could recognize him.

"Fleet Admiral, who is he?" One Vice Admiral inquired.

Sengoku looked at the Wanted Poster on the table, his mouth moving slightly, but he remained silent, visibly shocked. Garp, also observing the bounty poster, had a complex expression in his eyes.

"Why bother him? He's already dead," He muttered softly, as if privy to some unspoken knowledge.

"Shut up, Garp," Sengoku growled in a low voice.

Garp shook his head and remained silent.

"Hehe, it seems you all pay little attention to these insignificant criminals," Kong chuckled lightly, his tone mocking, causing the Rear, Vice, and Admirals in the room to blush slightly.

"His name is Gol D. Rojen!"

If this name didn't elicit any recognition, then the next statement would certainly make them realize.

"His elder brother is Gol D. Roger!"

The entire meeting room fell silent.

Kong's face showed a trace of mockery and sarcasm as he surveyed the Marines in the room. "That's right, the Pirate King who was executed by us not long ago— Roger!"

The entire Marine Headquarters meeting room erupted in chaos.
