Chapter 32: Energy Abilities, New Martial Arts Tech Suit

Tony leaned back, letting out a slow, steady breath as he took stock of everything he had become.

His lab, lined with transparent screens and humming machines, felt even more like an extension of his mind.

There were tools for nearly every experiment he could dream of, yet they seemed almost inadequate for the grand ambitions he was slowly formulating.

The serum had done wonders; his heart, once bound to an arc reactor to keep shrapnel at bay, was now healed.

Rising to his feet, he observed his reflection in a nearby screen. The faint scar across his chest was the only mark left from his near-fatal injury.

It was a slight imperfection, yet strangely satisfying, a testament to his survival and evolution.

He closed his eyes and clenched his fist, channeling energy through his body.

For a moment, his suit hummed to life, but the energy dissipated quickly, like a spark unable to ignite fully.

A minute—barely enough time to test its application. But with his brain working faster than ever, he was already devising solutions.

'The energy I can produce can only do this much, not able to replace the suit just yet.'

'Anyway...'

"Marvel," he said, addressing the AI that hovered digitally on one of the screens.

"Analyze all martial arts styles. Cross-reference and optimize for the deadliest combination, focusing on versatility, adaptability, unpredictability, and efficiency."

"Working on it, Mr. Stark," Marvel replied in a calm, modulated voice. Diagrams and video demonstrations appeared on the screen, showing techniques from countless disciplines: the grounded, brutal strikes of Muay Thai, the swift, fluid movements of Wing Chun, the deadly precision of Krav Maga. A list of styles blended together in a beautifully dangerous art.

But Tony knew that mastering this custom art on his own—even with his accelerated learning—wasn't enough.

He needed a shortcut. He glanced down at the small pile of nanobots resting on his workbench, shimmering like liquid mercury under the lab's bright lights. Inspiration hit him.

"Marvel," he instructed, "we're going to need a specialized training suit. Full-body. It needs to replicate precise movements and guide my body into position, down to the smallest detail. Something that'll engrain the muscle memory without me lifting a finger."

He envisioned it: a sleek, flexible body-hugging suit, enhanced with nanotechnology and sensors that would guide every twist, block, and punch as if a master were controlling his movements. It would adapt to his body's limits, help him push past them, and reinforce the movements until they were second nature.

Tony got to work, enlisting the nanobots to construct the initial framework. Lines of silver stretched from his fingertips as he wove the fibers of the suit, piece by piece, wrapping around his arm and extending down to his torso and legs.

The bots worked in unison, linking material, integrating sensors, and testing each connection with meticulous precision.

His mind buzzed with excitement as the suit took shape, each fiber specifically tailored for flexibility, resilience, and responsiveness.

He moved his arm, watching as the suit guided his hand into the perfect punching position, aligning his joints and engaging the correct muscles.

It was almost eerie, as though he were watching someone else perform the movement—yet he could feel every sensation as the suit trained him.

A grin tugged at his lips as he continued refining it, testing punches, blocks, and even complex maneuvers. Every movement felt smoother, more efficient. With time dilation and this suit, he'd have what felt like years to master every technique. His journey to becoming a martial arts expert was underway, and this was only the beginning.

As he paced, Tony's thoughts drifted, recalling the Marvel Cinematic Universe he knew.

He recognized familiar markers in this reality, yet there were subtle—and sometimes major—differences. The players were the same, but the stage had shifted. He was in an alternate timeline, one that held surprises he couldn't predict.

Could Thanos still rise? Would the Avengers form as he remembered? He needed to prepare for any deviation, any surprise.

With the technology at his disposal, he envisioned deploying nanobot spies globally, quietly gathering information on notable individuals and events.

M.A.R.V.E.L knew what he was looking for and began organizing the global web of information.

Soon, he'd have a constant stream of intel flowing back to him, letting him track those he remembered from the comics and spot new threats. It was an advantage he would use to its fullest.

"M.A.R.V.E.L," he said, breaking from his thoughts. "Any updates on Doctor Strange?"
