So I'm John Lawrence's son

Chapter 22: Chapter 22 "The Tournament Part 1

The school gym was abuzz. Colorful posters announced the All-Valley Tournament, and the atmosphere was alive with energy from the competitors and anticipation from the crowd. Jack, dressed in his Cobra Kai uniform, could feel the adrenaline pumping through his veins. He had been training hard for the past few weeks, honing his technique and preparing for the challenge.

Johnny Lawrence, with his watchful gaze and imposing posture, observed his students. "Show them what Cobra Kai is capable of," he roared, his voice hoarse and full of conviction. "Remember what you have learned. No mercy!"

Miguel, with a focused gaze, adjusted his belt. He was nervous, but determined to win. Eli, with his new mohawk haircut, exuded confidence. And Jack, with his imposing posture and intense gaze, stood out from the rest.

In the stands, Samantha was torn between rooting for Robby and Jack. She admired Jack's strength and determination, but she was also drawn to Robby's kindness and compassion. Miguel, noticing Samantha's attention to Robby, felt a pang of jealousy.

— "It seems like Samantha is paying a lot of attention to that Keene," Miguel commented to Jack, with a tone of frustration.

— "Yeah, looks like it," Jack replied, looking away.

— "Aren't you worried?" Miguel asked, with an ironic smile.

— "With what?", Jack replied, trying to hide his nervousness.

— "With her, of course. She's got her eye on Robby, not you. Weren't you super close to her?" Miguel joked with him. Of course, he was also jealous of the relationship she and Jack had before Robby came into the picture. It seemed like he was the only one left out of all of this.

Jack felt a tightness in his chest. He didn't want to admit it, but Miguel was right. Samantha was getting closer and closer to Robby, and it bothered him.

— "I don't care," Jack lied, with a shrug.

— "Oh no? Then why do you have that face?", Miguel teased, with an amused smile.

Jack didn't answer. He just looked away, feeling jealousy eating away at his insides.

Moon, who was sitting in the stands with her friends, watched Jack in awe. Her crush on him had grown since the night at the bonfire. She couldn't take her eyes off him, and she cheered for him at every fight.

— "Did you see how amazing he is?", Moon commented to her friends, with a loving smile.

— "He's really strong," replied one of her friends.

— "And beautiful," added another.

—"He's perfect," Moon sighed, her eyes dreamy.

Her friends laughed, but Moon didn't care. She was completely in love with Jack, and she wasn't ashamed to admit it.

The first few fights of the tournament were intense. Jack faced opponents from different dojos, each with their own style and technique. But Jack stood his ground, using his strength and agility to overcome each obstacle. With each victory, he felt more confident, closer to his goal.

Miguel also advanced in the tournament, showing his skills and defeating his opponents with precise blows and quick movements. Eli, in turn, used low blows to win his fights, which generated disapproval from some competitors and the audience.

In the semi-finals, Miguel faced Robby. The fight was intense and evenly matched, with both fighters showing their skills. But in the end, Robby managed to knock Miguel down with a precise blow, securing his place in the finals.

Jack watched the fight closely, analyzing Robby's movements. He knew the finals would be a tough battle, but he was determined to win. He wanted to prove to himself, to Samantha, and to his father that he was the best.

Eli, who had fought unfairly against Robby in the previous fight, injuring his back, was disqualified from the tournament. Johnny Lawrence was furious with Eli's actions, but deep down, he knew that he was partly responsible for it. He had taught his students to win at all costs, and Eli had taken that lesson to the extreme.

The tournament finals were approaching, and anticipation was high. Jack and Robby would face each other in an epic battle, with the fate of their dojos and their hearts at stake.
