Single Wish: Rise Of The Omniscient Paragon

Chapter 551 550: Water Bullets

After hearing his Master's words, Corey shifted his attention to his Master, and he saw his Master drenched in sweat as he held a glass vial that contained a dark purple liquid.

Corey had no idea what the dark purple liquid was, but he knew it was poison. His instincts screamed at him, and then a single second wasted, he rolled to the side.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Multiple and various water weapons slammed into where Corey previously was, and to Corey's disbelief, the attack did not stop coming.

He had to keep on rolling, and at some point, a water spear pierced into his right shoulder. Corey grunted as he quickly pulled out the spear from his shoulder.

As he pulled the spear from his shoulder, he jumped to his feet, dodging ten more water weapons that threatened to transform him into a porcupine.

As Corey got to his feet, he saw a water dagger coming for his head. According to his Eyes of Omniscience, the water dagger was an illusion, it was not real, but knowing the absurd abilities of Vaerina, he chose to dodge the water dagger instead of ignoring it.

A fraction of a second later, he was proven right by the decision he made.

A cut appeared on the left side of his cheek, and Corey could not help but curse Vaerina in his mind. The ability to make an illusion real was absolutely absurd and overpowered if one knew how to utilize it properly.

'Nina. I want to communicate with my Master telepathically. Assist me.'

Almost like Vaerina knew what he wanted to do, the moment Corey spoke to Nina, six chains burst out of the glassy sea around Corey, and without wasting a single second, the chains moved towards Corey.

'Shit!'

Corey's eyes widened when he saw this, and a fraction of a second later, his pure white eyes receded and his Tri-Pupil Eyes became his primary eyes.

The golden triangle in his eyes glowed, and Corey vanished. His large stone axe appeared in his place, and the second it appeared, it was bound by the chains made out of water.

"What the hell… are you?"

Vaerina's voice resounded, and Corey, who had just narrowly escaped immense danger was not in the mood to provoke or give a reply to Vaerina's question. His mind was mainly on his Master and what they had to do to quickly kill Vaerina.

After appearing where his stone axe had fallen after Nina took control of his right hand, he did not remain in that exact position. Instead, he started running while randomly changing his direction.

"Master, what do we have to do?"

Old Man Poison had a surprised expression when he heard Corey's voice in his mind. He was surprised that Corey knew how to communicate telepathically, but when he recalled all that his disciple had done, his surprise died down as quickly as it came.

"What we have to do is simple and also difficult at the same time, boy." Old Man Poison paused with a grave expression, and two seconds later, he continued.

"We just have to find a way to pour the poison on her or inject it into her body. Injecting it into her body would have the best effect on her."

Old Man Poison said, and Corey's eyes flickered. He dodged a water sword by twisting midair, and when he landed, he teleported to another location.

The moment he teleported, six chains erupted from the glassy sea, but with the absence of Corey, they swayed chaotically and wildly, their actions showing the immense frustration and anger that was going through Vaerina's mind and heart.

"Do you have a way for us to pour the poison on her or inject it into her body? Because I doubt she'll allow us to approach her so easily," Corey said, and Old Man Poison scoffed.

"No shit, Sherlock. Why do you think I said what we have to do is both simple and difficult at the same time? It's because I don't have a method that can allow us to do that. That's a bloody abomination that's comparable to a Tier 6, my dear foolish disciple."

Corey remained silent for some seconds as the Stars of Consciousness in his mind tried to figure out a way to approach the Queen of the Shattered Sea and pour the poison on her.

At first, he came up with nothing, but just as he dodged four water spears that were illusions at first but then became real as they were about to touch him, an idea suddenly appeared in his mind, and his pure white eyes flashed.

"I have an idea, Master. No matter what, just make sure you get ready to inject the poison into her body."

Corey said, and Old Man Poison's brows rose in confusion.

"Inject?"

"Yes. Inject."

Old Man Poison remained silent for a few seconds, and then he nodded slightly. "Alright. Make sure you don't die."

"I won't, Master."

A smirk appeared on Corey's lips as he narrowly dodged a water axe. He glanced at Vaerina who had a twisted expression as she stared at him with rage and a mixture of incomprehensible emotions in her eyes.

Corey furrowed his brows slightly when he saw this, and several thoughts and questions appeared in his mind. However, he shook his head a second later and exhaled deeply.

Lightning sparks appeared around his feet and legs, and when he took a step forward, the sound of thunder resounded across the realm above the eternal waterfall.

Vaerina frowned when she saw this, and then she waved her right hand. When she did, a tsunami of water weapons appeared before her, and a second later, she swung two of her fingers down.

The tsunami of water weapons surged towards Corey like the maw of a hungry beast that desired to devour both Corey's body and soul.

Corey's expression remained calm when he saw this, and when the distance between him and the tsunami of water weapons was less than five meters, he teleported.

He reappeared right behind Vaerina with his Genesis Armament raised high up to the sky. However, despite appearing behind Vaerina, the Queen of the Shattered calmly turned towards him and then her mouth became as large as a balloon.

She shot tens of water bullets at him from her mouth.

Corey's pupils constricted when he saw this, but it was too late, the speed of the water bullets was too fast for him to react while he was in the air.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!...

Sounds that were akin to gunshots resounded as the water bullets pierced through Corey's body. His arms, shoulders, chest, heart, lungs, right eye, and mouth were all ruthlessly pierced through by Vaerina's attack.

Old Man Poison and Melissa had wide eyes when they saw this, and they could not help but shout out loud in shock and disbelief.

"Smile Reaper!"

"Boy!"
