It took them a few days to finish everything with their citizenship and acquiring Kate's high school admission, she was registered as a citizen of Immortal city which meant she had some special ability of some sort,

In the city of Rome she attended Saint Peter's college where she was registered as a gifted student, for the rest of the time the family stayed together catching up on lost time, by the end of two weeks it was time for the parents to return to Africa.

Lauin also chose that time to depart from Immortal city, in all the two weeks he had never left his family's side regardless of what happened, he had been contacted a few times by Binary from Alpha Flight but he shut them down because the reasons weren't actually that major,

All the missions they had called him for were actually heroes trying to see what he can do, Lauin had long expected that and with time he would let them see just what he was capable of but that time hadn't come yet. After he spent four years in a state of conscious death because of trying to save the world he needed some time to himself and his family.

After the two weeks he reached out to the university searching for a way to resume his studies, however when he reached out he discovered that just as he vanished someone came and registered a dead year for him, a new freshman year was already starting and he could enter afresh as a new student and redo the first semester.

It was already weird enough that they were giving him an offer like this but he also learnt that his scholarship was being retained which was even stranger, he was okay with his scholarship being pulled back seeing as he earns a commission as an avenger, yes all those avengers are paid a small sum of money.

It didn't make them moguls however it made certain that their lives were taken care of, this money didn't come from the governments of the world though, it came from the joint efforts of Thor, Stark Industries, Baxter foundation and Wakanda,

It was also why Avengers could go on world saving crusades that would last months attimes without any consequences, some of their employers are always informed of the reason their employees are away and that time is calculated as unplanned leave so the employers dont actually make loses for that, however for the current Lauin Lexis, this money was way too much, we are talking the mid of six figures as a monthly salary.

Given that most heroes like Hawkeye invest alot of money into their heroic activities so they need this money much more than the rest, you have people like Binary who don't even need this money and have turned it down. In addition to her operations as a member of Alpha Flight, she also works hand in hand with her father in their family company as well as working as scientific consultants for both Sword and Shield.

With that money he didn't even need his part time job anymore which he would have lost being away from work for four years after he had worked for a little over two months. It did however give him time to focus on the project he had been working on for a while, Ziran the exterminator had actually helped him along with the programme in its initial stages and now all he needed to do was complete it.

With his current intelligence it would be easy for him to finish the project early let alone understand the celestial coding that had gone into designing it, however when he arrived at his apartment he found several fore notices and even a closure notice,

He reached out to his landlord who wanted to throw him in jail until he paid up, Lauin explained that he was in New York during the time of the gigantic being appearing in the Atlantic and he got hurt.

He explains that had been in a comma for the past four years and he woke up two and a half weeks earlier, the landlord seemed lenient after hearing that. Lauin then provided his previous rent for the past four years as well as paying for six months ahead so the landlord had no choice but to forgive him and let him go.

Lauin moved into his room which was now covered in a dust coating, he didn't have time to clean up so he simply used his power to clean the room leaving it spotless and disinfected at the same time, he checked on his laptop which had long lost power, however after he plugged it in it connected instantly.

Unfortunately his software was gone, apparently as Ziran's back up plan he had transformed Lauin's amplification software into a back up AI that would only be activated upon his death, now at the time he died the laptop had long shut down and it was on a closed network however the moment the laptop was powered on the code activated and not only did the AI wipe Lauin's computer clean she vanished into the internet.

Lauin understood instantly what had happened and at that time he chose to confront the remains of Ziran if there were any left, he recahed his bathroom and used the access passage there to return to the undersea fortress or atleast where it was back then.

He was translocated there instantly, there's a difference between teleportation, space warping and translocation, what celestials did was translocation where you are placed at a different point in space via the same time axis with no delay, it was like for a moment you exist in two different locations at the same time.

Teleportation has a time delay, it may be small but it exists and there is a period of time where you are in neither location, space warping was another thing where you dont fold your own matter but the space around the matter and something like this also contains a time delay,

The only thing that came close would be portals but still most portals have a time delay and the few that don't require the caster to harness the energy of hyperspace whether knowingly or unknowingly, but they cannot utilize this energy directly so they harness it with special methods like magicians use spells or enchanted objects.

Celestials on the other hand can do all those separate forms of transportation depending on their power levels, at his current level of power Lauin was an infant hence he couldn't translocated himself, however a trans-gate had been created by Ziran the Eterminator fueled by the energy of hyperspace.

Until Ziran or someone equally as powerful deactivates that doorway it will exist there for all time even if the building is destroyed, that location in space will always be connected to the other location in space at any given point in time.

He arrives at the bottom of the ocean and on arrival his body instantly releases a minor field around him keeping the water at bay, it wasnt like he would drown or anything but he subconsciously didn't want to get wet so he indirectly created this field to stop the water from getting to him hence not getting wet.

As expected the Lab was still there, it appears Lauin didn't just repair Ziran but rather built him a new body, a new form but that form was born from Lauin's energy hence the connection they had. It also explains why his body was broken down and used to revive a dead Lauin,

As Lauin approaches the octagonal superstructure he expects it to light up but nothing of the sort happens, he reaches the walls and he still phases right through them, inside the structure seems drawn to his energy and it starts absorbing his energy, he heads to the lab and there he finds answers.

The core of the lab was gone, the miniature octagon with a galaxy in it was gone, at that point Lauin was faced with two options, first he could retrieve his core and fuse it with this structure, in doing so the structure becomes one with him and he could return to it with a thought however that also means the structure becomes his main body and once he is out there without the core that body there is just a clone of sorts.

As long as the core is safe he cannot die out there, his body would be destroyed but it would just reform from the core in his lab, it was a great deal except each time he is out there he would only have access to 5% of his total power, in his weakened state that wasn't good, even a super soldier maybe stronger than him.

The second option was spend a great deal of energy creating a stable power source for his lab which would kind of become his new home, with his current powers he couldn't stay in the tiny apartment not with all he needed to do and that place wouldn't be safe for the people around him.

The problem was a stable power source to run that place needed to be atleast a neutron star, now he was powerful but he wasnt that powrful yet, he couldn't just create neutron stars out of he blue and even of he could that was only the beginning, celestial technology was self symbiotic meaning it could only react and operate with fellow celestial technology,

After creating the neutron star he would need a containment device capable of harnessing that energy and that device needed to be made from celestial technology, there was Avengers mountain but it had been retrofitted already, if he were to obtain a sizable amount required for his needs it would set off a lot of alarms.

Suddenly he felt something within the water, his station wasnt the only one within the Marianas trench, a few hundred miles away from him was another lab this one was fully functional, but locating the lab wasn't the issue Because he had long known the Under sea Lab of the Blue Marvel was located there but the reason it caught his attention was that it was under attack by a rogue AI.

Lauin didn't even need to think twice to guess who that rogue AI was, he instantly warped himself to the lab at a great cost to his power but thankfully he still had his suit which made it somehow easier and inside he found a team of people struggling with robots, now Blue Marvel didn't use robots in his lab so there was no way there would be robots here.

On closer inspection Lauin discovered that these weren't regular robots, they had thr mark of the Avengers, these were Avengers robots which meant they came from Avengers mountain but all Robots in Avengers mountain were micro size and were tasked with cleaning the facility, there was no logical explanation as to why they were big or why they were in blue Marvel's lab.

As he watched the lab from the outside he was suddenly spotted by the people inside, they were Blue Marvel, Spectrum, Binary which was no surprise since that was a complete family but what shocked him was the presence of Stabrand, she wasn't supposed to exit there but she was.

Blue Marvel signaled for Lauin to enter the lab and so he did, he warped himself directly besides them and asked them what was happening, Blue Marvel said that he was working on a gate to the Neutral zone as it was the only way he could visit his son and have his son visit them, however the gate needed to have the capability to scale his son down to size so that he could exist in this dimension without obliterating it.

Suddenly his computer detected an invasive virus, that was close to impossible since his system was practically immune from viral infections but somehow there was a virus in his system and it was eating away at his data, it accessed his deposits of Pym Particles and somehow translocated a few maintenance robots from Avengers Mountain and had them scaled to size.

The only problem is that these micro robots have somehow been successfuly infused with Neutronium, their blasts can hurt blue marvel and for some reason the energy cannot be absorbed by Spectrum and the robots have practically become invulnerable to basic attacks.

They are even immune to Starbrand's energy blasts, the only person who can somehow damage them is Binary but even then they regenerate faster than she can defeat even a single one of them and there are thousands of them.

Whatever this virus is its sentient and it's way more advanced than anything they have ever encountered, Lauin ponders for a while whether to reveal the truth or not, in the end he chooses to come clean. He tells them that he created the AI however it was meant to be amplification software, Ziran infiltrated his code and rewrote it to become this AI.

When he said that everyone got scared a little, this AI was designed by a celestial so it made sense for it to be sentient, but this also meant this AI could posess the key to Blue Marvel finally solving his riddle. He asked Lauin whether he could find a way to stop the AI.

Lauin says that he observed the residual code left in his computer after the AI escaped and internally has been trying to find a way to shut it down though simulated outcomes but so far out of 5 billion eventualities he hasn't succeeded in a single one, the AI wins in all of them and once it does, it goes after the whole world.
