Reborn Into The Society

Chapter 4: The Plan

"Right now it doesn't matter what happened to us. It doesn't matter if we're in a fucking dream or the fucking Matrix. All that matters right now is setting up a stable society before shit starts falling apart." I said

Cassandra seemed surprised at my answer before nodding.

"What are you thinking?" She asked causing Allie to look at her sister surprised

"Whoever controls the food, controls the people," I said

"You're saying that we should be in control of the food?" Cassandra asked while looking at me with a smirk.

"I want you to join me. I'm starting a Council. I'm the Chancellor and I need some smart Council members to help me run things around here." I said with a smile.

"Why should you be the Chancellor?" Allie asked with a frown.

"You two are smart, decent leaders even and that's why I'm inviting you to the Council, but you can't make the hard decisions that leaders need to make."

"What if someone starts stealing the food? What if someone wants more food and you tell them no and they decide to shoot you? As leading members, you'll be held accountable for every decision. Can you protect yourselves without my help?"

He looked at Cassandra and Allie who both seemed convinced by my statement. They knew as it was that they didn't hold any real power.

"Alright." Cassandra nodded.

"Good. Let's hold a small Council meeting really quick to decide our next steps."

I invited both Cassandra and Allie into the black suburban before stating my ideas.

"I know you guys were talking about sending a search party outside into the forest, but I don't think that is the best idea right now.

We can't guarantee anyone is even out in the middle of the woods and we can't risk the already limited manpower that we have.

What I'm thinking is that we put up a few guards at each food store to stop anyone from taking anything."

I looked over at the girls who were staring at me intently causing me to chuckle.

"What?" I asked.

"You are smarter than you look," Allie said with a smile.

"How do I look?" I smirked.

"Like a hot dumb guy." Cassandra teased.

"Thank you." I said and they rolled their eyes.

"It sounds like a good plan but what are we going to do with the food since we need to feed two hundred people three times a day," Cassandra asked and Allie nodded.

"Allie is going to be in charge of food stock. I want you to form a team of people you trust to go through and document every single item within these stores. Nothing goes missing without us knowing about it.

Cassandra, I want you to make a schedule of everyone in the town except for people on the Council which is just us three right now and the guards. I want you to make a schedule that will place each person on a job shift and print out the schedule for the week before taping it outside the high school and church.

Anyone who misses their job is docked food rations unless they are sick in which they need to tell one of the guards who will then tell us."

"Sound good?" I asked both sisters who were smiling.

"That was kind of hot," Allie said while looking me up and down.

"Definitely hot." Cassandra smiled.

"Alright, ladies cool down." I laughed.

"We can handle it. I know just the person to make the schedule." Cassandra said.

"Are we going to tell everyone about the town being placed in the middle of nowhere?" Allie asked.

"Not right now. By tonight people will find out on their own. We need to have enough guards outside important stores before people start going crazy.

"Alright let's go. I'll drop y'all off at the school while I'll take the guards back with me."

I rolled down the windows and looked at the four guys sitting in the BMW and talking.

"We're leaving. Follow behind me." I said before driving off toward the school.

A few minutes later we were in front of the school where a group could be seen gathering and hanging out.

"Alright ill see y'all ladies tonight at the church to tell everyone the news."

"Yeah."

The sisters hopped out before going to do what we had planned.

Meanwhile, I drove to my house and parked my car in the garage before letting the four guys into my house.

"You have a dog man," Grizz said while petting Charlie who was licking his face.

"Listen up. You guys get privileges, but you need to follow orders correctly while being able to protect yourselves and members of the Council.

"I'm going to start training you in hand-to-hand combat along with how to use a pistol," I Said

"Sweet!" Clark said with a goofy grin.

"We get a gun?" Harry asked.

"Of course. But only if you follow my orders. If you do anything illegal with the weapons, I'll kill you."

The four men's faces went pale.

"Relax man. We're not going to do anything unless you tell us to." Luke said.

"Follow me."

I led them to my armory and set them up with a pistol holster and started teaching them how to use a pistol safely along with how to clean and take care of the pistol.

Each time they accidentally pointed the weapon at another person I punched them in the stomach.

At first, they tried to fight back or defend but then I just beat them three times as hard which caused them to stop aiming the gun at each other and they began to realize how powerful I was.

"Squeeze don't pull!" I screamed at Harry who was aiming at a red target 7 yards away.

"Yes!" Harry screamed.

"Yes what!!" I screamed in his ear.

"Yes sir!" Harry screamed louder.

Finally, I began making them do a workout which wasn't too bad for the former football players but killer for Harry who was a lazy shit.

I was using my King's Aura the entire time to make sure that everything I said and did, got deep into their minds to have more effect on them.

Finally, I had them fire their weapons for hours straight at targets while helping them get better at breathing and holding aim on a moving target.

I also emptied a few mags into a moving target and didn't miss once making them realize how badass I was.

Of course, these four never stopped asking me why the hell I had a fucking gun range under my house and every time they got the same answer which was a punch to the gut.
