However, Tetsuya was soon sent on a mission that would reveal to him the cruel truths of the shinobi world.

He was tasked with infiltrating the Hidden Cloud Village, the home of his father, the Raikage. Hanzo had his own reasons for sending Tetsuya into the heart of enemy territory, but the moment Tetsuya set foot in the village, he felt the pull of his bloodline. His eyes, both Sharingan and Byakugan, saw the Lightning Village in a way no outsider could: the mountains, the terrain, the people—all felt familiar, as if they called to him.
