The two clashed again, and a new battle had started.

The combination of "Permeation" and "One for All," two powerful Quirks, allowed Togata Mirio to move at incredible speeds, while remaining immune to all attacks.

Midoriya Izuku, in his "steel wire" form, used the wires to perceive his surroundings, which was the only way he could barely track Togata Mirio's movements.

As a result... a high-speed battle began, invisible to the naked eye.

The wild winds on the wasteland signaled a storm was coming. A tall patch of reeds swayed violently in the wind.

However, Midoriya didn't think such a simple trick would trouble Togata Mirio. As expected, the successor of "One For All" had already prepared a countermeasure.

In the wilderness, Midoriya suddenly lost track of Togata Mirio. It must have happened when he cut down the reeds earlier, using the steel wires to shred them completely, causing the fluffy seeds to scatter everywhere.

Midoriya had intended to use this move to detect the moment Togata Mirio reappeared, with the steel wires ready to launch a full-force attack. But now, he couldn't even see a trace of his opponent.

Focusing his senses underground, Midoriya Izuku knew Togata Mirio was most skilled in "Permeation," a technique that allowed him to move through the ground. This unpredictable attack method was hard to defend against.

"Midoriya, this is the power of 'One For All'!!"

Midoriya was speechless. By then, Togata Mirio's attack was already in motion. The 30-meter piece of land broke free from the earth and was hurled toward Midoriya Izuku like a massive cannonball.

A silver flash cut through the target, leaving a clean, mirror-like cut. The thirty-meter-long giant piece of land was instantly split in two.

The steel wires retracted and concentrated at the point where the land was severed. If the wires from other parts were trapped under the giant rock, it would be disastrous.

Just as Midoriya gathered the wires at the severed point to avoid the collision, a figure emerged from the split and appeared before him.

"Got you, Midoriya!"

"Mirio-senpai..."

In the brief exchange of words, Midoriya had no space to dodge. Togata Mirio's fist was already poised to strike.

"Detroit Smash!!"

The power to reshape the terrain, the fist capable of shattering the earth—a storm erupted at that moment!

The giant rock, split in two, was blown away by the storm. The gathered steel wires fell to the ground, transforming back into Midoriya's human form as he tumbled.

The wires condensed into an arm, supporting him on the ground to stop his rolling. Midoriya Izuku struggled to his feet, his body wracked with searing pain.

The damage to his steel wire form also affected his real body. Although Togata Mirio clearly held back, using only the storm from his punch to attack Midoriya, the damage was still significant. Midoriya Izuku was in rough shape.

"Alright, Midoriya, you can surrender now."

Togata Mirio, having landed back on the ground, tried to reason with him. He didn't want to hurt Midoriya Izuku too much, even if he was now in the role of the "enemy." To Mirio, Midoriya was still that admirable junior.

"Sorry... I want to be a little selfish this time."

Taking a deep breath to suppress the pain, Midoriya Izuku's face broke into a happy smile.

"Last time, during the final practical exam, I used underhanded tactics. This time, I want to settle this fairly with you."

Togata Mirio sighed in resignation, then assumed a fighting stance... It seemed they had to settle this once and for all.

"Come on, let's finish this!"

"Yeah... I'm ready."

The two locked eyes, and the final battle began.

Crouching low, Togata Mirio focused on the person before him. This time, he, as the inadequate senpai, would give his final lesson.

Midoriya Izuku, fully focused, got into his fighting stance, knowing he had only one chance left.

As the last gust of wind swept by, the sky darkened with thick clouds, and Todoroki's thunder roared. At that very moment, the two began their final showdown.

Togata Mirio dashed forward at lightning speed, his hands ready to block the fully concentrated Midoriya Izuku.

In an instant, the two collided. Mirio's right fist, moving at an incredible speed, struck Midoriya's abdomen with a force that was impossible to react to.

At that moment, Mirio's swift right punch landed squarely on Midoriya's stomach, hitting its target without a doubt.

At the same time, Midoriya's final counterattack, prepared with all his might, also left its mark on Mirio's hand.

The air fell silent, and then a downpour began, drenching both of them. The outcome was clear.

Mirio quietly pulled back his right fist, while Midoriya, completely drained of strength, collapsed to the ground. Mirio had won.

"I won..."

"I know... but..."

Weak and exhausted, Midoriya looked at the bleeding wound on Mirio's right hand, closed his eyes, and said with satisfaction, "This time, I finally managed to touch you."

"Yeah... you did great."

Mirio lowered his head, rain streaming down his face. Despite being the winner, he looked like the defeated one. Meanwhile, Midoriya, lying unconscious on the ground, wore a triumphant smile.
