Berserker Hollow: The user would make a stance and defend against physical and special attacks by fueling the fighting-type energy in its body. The user cannot move during that time. However, its attack stat would increase by a bit depending on the attacks that it withstood for 5 minutes.

This was the new move that it had learned. This was a perfect move for a berserker like Primeape. Axel wanted it to be the berserker and a berserker would get more powerful when it was hurt. So, this might be its primary move in the future. Of course, Axel and Primeape would have to work hard to achieve it.

Nothing much had changed on its stats. After all, it had been inside the ball for more than a month but now it had finally mastered its fighting-type core and had learned a new move.

The one that was very pressing to look into was Lucario. Axel had given it enough time to accumulate. He realized that Lucario's progress was not as fast as others and that was for a good reason. It was basically an aura Pokemon and for it to become strong, it must get used to aura and start to manipulate in basic levels.

Others might think that since Lucario was an aura Pokemon, it was easier for it to achieve it but that was just a misconception. Yes, it was easier for it to achieve it but even then the process was not so easy to accomplish. That was why Axel wanted it to learn 'Aura Sword' and it did learn it not too long ago.

A lot of things had changed for Lucario. Its stats were almost at maximum and it had already gotten its rank-up condition. Axel was very harsh on its rank-up condition.

The conditions were:

All of its stats would be S rank. 3 of its moves should cross level 40 It should learn some water-type moves and then level up one of them to level 40.

The first condition was just a normal condition that he set for every Pokemon. The second condition was going to be very hard cause it would take some time while the final condition was downright cruel.

For an uncommon-rank Pokemon, evolving and modifying 3 moves was almost impossible. But since Axel had a system, it was still doable. However, Lucario had not even started to learn any water-type moves. So, it would take a lot of time for it to master at least one of them to level 40.

So, why would Axel set up such a hard condition for it?

Simply because he was not going to use it in the Johto region. That was the reason. For the first time in his life, he felt that he was rich enough to think like this. Even though he highly focused on the foundation of all of his Pokemons, there was always a time limit. So, he never thought of giving them harsh conditions to rank up or evolve. But Lucario was a different case.

First of all, Axel truly believed that with the help of its passive move 'Aura link' and it being an aura Pokemon, it might be the most powerful Pokemon in Axel's team in the future. Yes, he believed that it would even surpass the likes of Shedinja and Charizard.

So, he was going to take it slow with Lucario. He decided to give it the harshest condition. He would take it to the limit. He would not hold back. It might take 2 years for it to reach elemental rank but he was going to do it.

He also wanted to test how powerful it would become when it was given the same time as a normal trainer would give their Pokemons to rank up. This was just a fun experiment. 

"First of all, you are going to learn 'Aqua Jet' and 'Water sport'. Take help from Wartortle and Feraligatr. Don't worry I will also teach you about it.", assured Axel.

It was already night when he discussed young Pokemons. Axel just wanted to sleep right now as he had to get ready for tomorrow. Tomorrow Axel was going to Aeus island. The people in the Kanto region had been on this island for more than a month now. Yet, Axel didn't need so much time to go there. He was just going to meet with some of his old Pokemons and take them home. And then he was going to meet with Lucario.

Just as he was getting ready to sleep, he got a call and it was from Blue which surprised him. Blue was not as close to him as Red.

"Hello."

"Hey Axel, how is it going?"

"I am good. How are you? Why the sudden call?"

"I heard that you are going to Aeus Island."

"Yes, I will be leaving tomorrow for it."

"Then I suggest that you cancel it right now."

"Why?"

"Your Kidnapper, L, wants to talk to you. We have to torturing him for some time now and I don't think he is going to be in a good mental state after some time.

We repeatedly asked him about his employer but he said nothing until yesterday he said that he wants to talk to you. So, maybe he will tell you the answer."

"Don't worry, I will be there."

"Axel, if this is too much for you, then I can understand. We will find other ways to know about the kidnapper. I know you are also not in a perfect mental state right now. So, don't force it."

"Thanks, Blue. But I go it."

"It is your call. So, will you be leaving tomorrow?", asked Blue.

"Yes, I am getting ready right now."

Axel also wanted to smack the face of L. He knew that L was the not main perpetrator. He was just a servant of his boss. Yet, the mental torture he had to go through was not something that he could easily forgive. He had to cancel his trip to Aeus island yet again.

Morning came and he was ready to go to the Kanto region once again. There were personal planes for everyone who wanted to go somewhere. Joseph had been a very good host.

The flight was a bit long since they were very far away from where Axel had to go. L was within the custody of Blue and his team and their base was in the Kanto region. It took around 10 days to reach the place. It was on a separate island in the Kanto region. None of the other people knew about this except for the few involved.

As Axel got out of the plane, he was received by Blue himself.

"Axel, good to see you again and you look a lot better than I expected. Some inside. Let's have a tea first.", said Blue.

Axel looked around the place and there were only trees and forest. The forest was very dense and Axel could already feel the powerful presence of Pokemons inside the forest. What surprised him the most was that there were no roads, buildings, or even a tent on this whole island. The island itself was very small, so he could already tell that it was covered in forest. There was also no proper runway for the plane to land. Axel had to come here in a helicopter.

"Surprised?", asked Blue.

"Very much so. Where is your base and why do I feel so many powerful presence in this island? It is like they are not even trying to hide it. There must be a dozen of king rank and pseudo-champion-rank Pokemons on this island.", inquired Axel.

"This place is the hidden base of my association. It is made like this. Everything is underground and these presence that you feel are the wild Pokemons that live here. We have made a pact that we will not destroy their home or even disturb them but they would also have to protect us in the time of need.

In the meantime, we will also do our best to protect their home from human influence. It was quite a sweet deal. Now, follow me inside."

After walking for 20 minutes, they reached a place inside the forest and Axel could see a cemented staircase going underground. Blue went in that direction and Axel followed him.

The inside was totally different than the outside. It was like a mini city out here with all the buildings, roads, and every essential item that a trainer would need. There were also hospitals and training grounds.

"How much does it cost to run this place?", asked Axel as he marveled at what he was seeing.

"Too much to operate it. But I like this place. This is like a secret place of my association and I believe that it would come in handy in the future."

Blue and Axel went to a restaurant cause there were many of them there. He started to brief Axel about the situation of L. Blue also told that other kidnappers were also tortured but since they didn't have any info, his team had killed them.

"If he is just working as a hired hitman, then why is he not telling anything about his employer?"

"That is what surprised me too. He says that he doesn't snitch. He already knows that he is not getting out of there alive. I told him that we would give him a peaceful death if he told us about his boss but he didn't.

We increased the pressure on him too much and I was starting to get scared because I felt that he would break any second. Lastly, he asked for you and says that he wants to talk to you."

"And that was when you called me?"

"Yes, and you know the rest of the story."

Blue went into detail on how they tortured him and after listening and looking at all the reports, Axel felt a bit bad for L and other kidnappers. Blue and his team were very brutal. They were punished 10 times more than what Axel had suffered.

Axel knew that L was just doing his job for money and resources. So, even if he wanted to be angry at him, he knew that L was the person responsible for it.

"So, are you ready to meet with him?", asked Blue.

"Yes, I am ready. Take me there."

Axel and Blue had to go through multiple security clearances. This applied to even Blue. The security was very tight here and rightly so as this was their hidden base. Finally, they reached a door. The room looked big from the outside and it was fully covered in walls. All of it was white in color.

"Do you want some alone time with him or do you want me to come?", asked Blue.

"It's okay. I can handle this.", said Axel and opened the door.

The door was very wide and heavy but with the power of Axel as a pseudo-king rank human, it was just a tight push.

After opening the door there was another door that was completely nontransparent. Axel opened the door and went inside.

"Hello L, How are you doing? I hope that you are fine."
