Only My Dungeon Equipment Levels Up! (SSS-Rank Weapons)

Chapter 54 - For Now, Shall We Head to the Dungeon? - 02

They headed to the warehouse where the Soldier Series was piled up like a mountain. Kenya had the key, which he had received from Tanaka.

When he opened the warehouse door, inside were the King Series armors that Kenya had made, prepared specifically for Misuzu.

“Here you go, Misuzu. For now, this is the King Series. If I determine that you need better equipment, I’ll upgrade it to the Emperor Series.”

“Yay!”

“As for Reina’s equipment, I’ll think about it.”

“Thank you.”

The reason Kenya needed to think about Reina’s equipment was that after the recent battle with the Goblin King, her Hero level had increased to 2. As a result, her power had risen by a staggering 2000.

And with the effect of the Grand Spirit’s hair ornament, her job’s abilities were amplified by 1.5 times, making all her stats a monstrous 3000. So, the King Series armor, which only increased power by around 100, would have little effect on her.

“Amazing! I feel strength surging through my body! With this, I could take down any villain!”

Wearing the King Series armor, Misuzu threw a punch into the air in a boxing stance. It was a silly move, but considering her strength, it could actually be deadly to a normal person—such was the terrifying power of the equipment.

With this, Misuzu’s stats were sufficient for up to the 30th floor. During that time, Kenya hoped to gather enough equipment to upgrade her to the Emperor level. Maybe he should also equip Nana with the King Series; as long as it remained unmanifested, it shouldn’t be a problem.

“Misuzu, can you use the Item Box?”

“Of course! Oh, wait a moment, it’s full of cosmetics…”

Misuzu’s job was a Supporter. It had little impact on combat, but it was a job you definitely wanted in your party. One of its most important skills was the Item Box.

Carrying a lot of dropped items while exploring a dungeon is difficult, and that’s where the Item Box skill comes in handy. It allows you to store items in a space that expands within, and as your level increases, it can even get large enough for a person to fit inside, making it possible to rest comfortably within the dungeon.

In addition, there are other skills like Mapping, making Misuzu’s presence extremely valuable. Honestly, with just Reina and myself, our combat power is sufficient.

“How big is the space right now?”

“Let’s see… about the size of the bath at our old house?”

(How much junk is in there…)

Misuzu started throwing out items one after another from her Item Box, saying this and that were unnecessary—whether they were trash or leftover cosmetics.

“Oh no, Senior, don’t look! It’s just that today, there’s a lot of trash… ahaha!”

(From what I’ve seen of your daily life, I know how sloppy you can be…)

Misuzu blushed and tried to hide the trash. But it was too late; Kenya already knew how lazy Misuzu could get when left alone for just a moment.

And so, we headed to the first floor of the dungeon. Since all three of us had already cleared up to the 10th floor, we decided to start from the 10th floor.

“For now, let’s aim for the 20th floor.”

“Okay.”

“Understood.”

We then used the gate to teleport to the 10th floor.

“By the way, is this really the 10th floor?”

“What do you mean?”

“I mean, there’s no sign anywhere saying it’s the 10th floor. We’re just assuming because it’s the 10th time we’ve used the gate, right?”

“Yeah, but it’s a tower, so you go up, right?”

“I guess you’re right…”

And so, the group moved on to the 10th floor.

“This feels nostalgic. It already feels like ages ago since that fierce battle with the Goblin King.”

“Yeah, Kenya, you were amazing back then, really cool…”

“Reina…” “Kenya…”

“Alright, stop it! Don’t make this awkward! This is a dungeon!”

Kenya and Reina gazed at each other. Misuzu stepped between them, disrupting the mood. Though it felt like a field trip, this was still a dungeon. It wouldn’t be surprising if someone’s life was taken here.

Refocusing themselves, the group stepped through the gate to the 11th floor.

And so, from the 10th floor, the three of them transferred to the 11th floor. In fact, Kenya had already reached the 13th floor before. It was in his quest to collect the Knight Series to defeat Sato.

“Wow! It feels like Amazon…”

“This floor is like a jungle.”

From the 10th to the 20th floors of the dungeon, a dense jungle spread out. And with it, the monsters of this level appeared. But now, with Misuzu and Reina by my side, there were no blind spots!

“Alright, let’s go! Reina! Misuzu! …Huh? Where did they go?”

When Kenya turned around, the two of them had disappeared

. Where did they go? They were just next to me…

“…I’m here.”

Misuzu jumped out from behind a tree. In the next moment, Kenya turned around to find Reina standing close behind him.

“What are you two doing!?”

“Kenya, look! It’s a Shadow Wolf! I was so surprised; I thought I was done for.”

“Kenya, you moved too far ahead. In the end, this wasn’t some kind of deadly shadow assassin or something… It was all just a misunderstanding.”

Kenya had fought the Shadow Wolf before, so he knew how to deal with it. It’s a tough enemy that can dodge, but it’s not invincible. If you hit it hard enough, it can’t dodge. Just by using an advanced skill or powerful item, anyone could defeat it.

“From the looks of it, there’s only one. Let’s get it!”

With that said, Kenya started moving. With Misuzu and Reina by his side, they would have no trouble against this wolf.
