The current Enel was vastly different from the timid boy he once was.

Under the starry night of Skypiea, Anos patiently began guiding Enel's values, helping him understand his potential. After an hour of deep conversation, the matter was finally settled.

Once Enel had left, Anos raised his head to gaze at the massive vines stretching skyward.

Their immense height seemed to connect the ground to the heavens, their tops vanishing into the clouds.

From this vantage point, he could see nearly all of Skypiea, the island resting nearly a kilometre above sea level.

This wasn't just for sightseeing. Anos was here to prepare for the next stage of training.

At a specific point in the vine's area, Anos waved his right hand, and a flash of blue light enveloped the space. Moments later, a black, box-shaped device materialized.

The object was no ordinary box. It began emitting a soft red glow from its four corners, which extended outward like dragon heads, releasing the green vapour into the air.

As the vapour spread across Skypiea, flowers and plants began to flourish at an unnatural speed.

Simultaneously, the soldiers resting at the military base fell into a deep sleep, the gas easing their fatigue.

This device was designed to increase the oxygen levels on the island, ensuring the soldiers could train under optimal conditions.

After finishing his task, Anos departed for the Tru Kingdom. Fujitora remained behind on Skypiea, supervising the troops and employing his Gravity Fruit to enhance their training methods.

With precise control, Fujitora's abilities could increase the intensity of their exercises, ensuring their progress would multiply fivefold.

When Anos returned, he headed straight to a classified location in the Tru Kingdom a secret military base dedicated to shipbuilding.

While most ships were still made of wood, a select few were crafted using state-of-the-art techniques at this base.

In the One Piece world, the shipbuilders of Water 7 were legendary, but many of them hailed originally from the South Blue. Anos knew this base would be pivotal in the kingdom's rise as a major power.

The Tru Kingdom had become a hub of commerce and innovation. Its goods were renowned for their quality. Were sought after across the seas.

The Kingdom's reputation for safety, free from pirate attacks or internal strife, attracted traders, craftsmen, and even wealthy migrants from other nations.

The population, which had been just over 26 million a few years ago, had now swelled to nearly 40 million.

The royal capital alone housed one-fifth of the total population. The ancient city walls were replaced by urban sprawl, blending seamlessly into the kingdom's modern infrastructure.

Even transportation reflected this leap forward. In addition to pedestrians, bicycles and cars filled the streets a sight unheard of in most parts of the world.

This was the Tru Kingdom a nation leaping across eras, its development unmatched in the pirate world.
