One Piece: The Minecraft Devil!

Chapter 6: Chapter 6:Arlong Pirates!

Nami and Nojiko led Yami and Tashigi toward Arlong Park, their expressions filled with uncertainty. Nojiko glanced at the duo walking beside them, still struggling to fully trust them. After a moment of hesitation, she voiced her doubts.

"I-I'm sorry for still doubting you, but… why would you help us?" she asked, her voice filled with cautious hope.

Nami, too, looked at them for answers, her arms crossed as she awaited an explanation.

Tashigi, sensing that Yami would probably say something stupid or overly dramatic, took the initiative to respond. "This tall idiot discovered information about Cocoyasi Village. After further investigating, he learned about Arlong's atrocities—how he enslaved this village, used Nami to make maps, and manipulated her with false hope. He kept her collecting money just so he could break her spirit when he inevitably took it away." Tashigi narrowed her eyes. "So, this brute decided to save you two along with the entire village. And I'm here to fight as well—while making sure he doesn't scare people like he always does."

Yami, who had been listening quietly, developed a twitch in his eyebrow. "Oi, what's with all the insults? You make it sound like I'm some kind of monster," he grumbled.

Tashigi smirked. "You kind of are. A big, terrifying idiot."

Both sisters stared at Yami, their eyes reflecting a mixture of hope and uncertainty. They still had their doubts, but after witnessing his display of power against the sea, they were willing to believe in him. Nojiko, in particular, wanted to believe after hearing how Arlong planned to betray and break Nami. Meanwhile, Nami's fists clenched at her sides, anger building inside her.

'That bastard… he was never planning to keep his word.'

Before she could spiral into an emotional rant, Yami placed a hand on her shoulder. She looked up, startled, only to see him shaking his head. He then pointed ahead—toward the looming gates of Arlong Park.

The group had arrived.

Two fish-men stood guard outside the gate, their eyes narrowing at the approaching figures.

"Nami, what's the meaning of this!?" one of them barked. "Why did you bring these humans here? You should know wh—"

Before he could finish his sentence, Yami moved in a blur, drawing his Minecraft sword and striking both guards with the blunt side. The fish-men collapsed, unconscious, before they even realized what had happened.

Yami turned to Tashigi. "Your task is to fight these fish-men when we go inside. I'll take care of Arlong and make sure you don't get too hurt," he said seriously.

Tashigi nodded, uncharacteristically silent. She understood the gravity of the situation and knew this wasn't the time for her usual banter with Yami.

Nami and Nojiko stared at the fallen fish-men with pure contempt before Yami stepped forward. His right fist darkened slightly with Haki as he clenched it and smashed the gates open with a single punch.

As the group entered, a horde of fish-men rushed toward them, their weapons drawn and sneers on their faces.

"You damn humans! You think you can just walk in here and—!?"

Yami ignored their threats and instead reached into his inventory, pulling out a handful of cartoonish-looking eggs. Without hesitation, he threw them at the ground.

CRACK!

Before the stunned girls' eyes, the eggs shattered, and in their place, ten towering Minecraft iron golems emerged. The metallic behemoths stood motionless for a second before turning their glowing red eyes toward the fish-men.

"W-What the hell are those things!?" Nojiko gasped.

Yami smirked. "Just a little something from my Devil Fruit."

The golems roared in unison before charging at the fish-men, their massive fists sending enemies flying with every strike.

Tashigi blinked in shock. "Wait, your Devil Fruit lets you summon creatures too!?"

Yami crossed his arms. "You still don't know half of what I can do," he said smugly.

Meanwhile, Nami stood frozen, her eyes darting between the chaos. "D-Devil Fruits are real?" she mumbled.

Tashigi turned to her. "Of course! The Grand Line and the New World are filled with Devil Fruit users. I'm surprised you don't know."

Nami swallowed hard. 'If fruits can give people power like this, then how strong are the real monsters out there…?'

While the iron golems made quick work of the weaker fish-men, Tashigi jumped into the fray, cutting down her opponents with precise sword swings. She was far stronger than her original counterpart, having trained alongside Yami constantly.

Meanwhile, Yami activated his Observation Haki, scanning the battlefield. His gaze landed on a rooftop where a fish-man sniper was aiming at Tashigi. Without hesitation, he pulled out a fire charge, a glowing orange orb, and hurled it toward the rooftop.

BOOM!

A fiery explosion engulfed the sniper, sending him crashing down, unconscious.

Yami then turned his attention toward the large tower at the back of Arlong Park. Emerging from it were four figures—Arlong, Hatchan, Kuroobi, and Chew.

Arlong's eyes burned with rage as he locked onto Nami and Nojiko. "You two really have angered me," he snarled, his razor-sharp teeth gleaming in the sunlight. "I promised to return your village, but now, you'll watch as I kill every last villager! Starting with your sister and these pathetic humans!"

Nami flinched, her body trembling at Arlong's words. But before her fear could overwhelm her, a warm hand gently patted her head. She looked up, her cheeks tinged pink, to see Yami smiling down at her reassuringly.

"Don't worry," he said firmly. "As long as I'm alive, no one can hurt you."

Nojiko, standing beside her, also felt her heartbeat quicken at the closeness. Yami's towering figure, combined with his words, sent a strange sense of security through her.

Then, he reached into his inventory again, pulling out his cartoonish sword sheath and handing it to Nojiko before giving Nami a netherite staff.

"Hold onto these for me. I'll bring that bastard Arlong to his knees—that's my promise. And my promise is my law," he said, his voice filled with confidence. "Keep the staff for defense, just in case."

Tashigi and the golems finished mopping up the remaining fish-men and regrouped with Yami. Now, only the officers and Arlong remained.

Arlong sneered. "And just who the hell are you supposed to be?"

Yami smirked. "Yami Fujiwara."

Then, he gave a simple order:

"Golems, take care of Kuroobi and Chew. Tashigi, handle Hatchan."

The golems immediately launched themselves at Kuroobi and Chew. The two fish-men fought back but were quickly overwhelmed by the iron behemoths, who crushed them with sheer brute force. Meanwhile, Tashigi engaged in a fierce duel with Hatchan, who wielded six swords.

The fight was brutal, but Tashigi had spent months training under Yami's guidance. Though she took several cuts, she managed to disarm and defeat Hatchan, leaving him unconscious and missing two arms.

Yami, watching the fight, grinned proudly. "Looks like all that training is paying off," he muttered.

With the officers defeated, the golems vanished, returning to the Spawn Dimension to rest. Now, only Arlong remained.

Arlong's body trembled with rage as he clenched his sword. "You… you damn HUMAN!"

Yami's eyes gleamed as he coldly responded, "It's over, Arlong. Now, only you are left."

And with that, he dashed forward, his sword clashing violently against Arlong's as the battle truly began.
