Chapter 3: 3: Rice Balls
---The Next Day---
Orion's eyes slowly flickered open. He looked to the left to see the light shining in through the window. Orion sat up and looked out the window toward the Marine Base.
"Today's the day. Zoro better be ready to eat, because I'll force feed him if I have to." Orion said, a grin slowly growing on his face.
Orion walked out of the Inn and entered the Food Foo.
"Big bro! You're here!" Rika turned around in her seat at the bar.
"We can finally leave now!" Rika stood and ran over to Orion, pulling him out the door.
Orion had no time to object as they were already out of the Food Foo and on their way to the Marine Base.
As they reached the Marine Base, Orion saw two people leaning over the wall where Zoro was.
"Luffy, you can't be serious about adding Zoro to your crew! Look at him, he's obviously a bad guy and deserves to be here!" A short boy with pink hair said in a loud whisper.
"I don't know yet Koby, I'll have to meet him first." A boy in a straw hat replied.
Orion giggled a little as he listened to their conversation. 'Zoro does look like a villain.' He mused in his head.
Orion grabbed Rika and jumped over the wall like last time. "Excuse us." He said politely as he jumped over the wall beside the two boys.
Orion and Rika walked up to Zoro. "Hey, Zoro. Good morning." Orion said with a smug grin on his face.
"You're back...." Zoro stated plainly. Currently, Orion was the bane of his existence, he was unbearably annoying.
"I brought you some food, mister!" Rika exclaimed happily as she held out the rice balls she made for him.
Zoro grimaced slightly. "Didn't I tell you I didn't need your food? go away already!" Zoro shouted at the duo.
Orion just shook his head, he knew this was going to happen. Orion crouched down and leaned into Rika's ear. "I'll hold his mouth open, when I say "go" you need to shove the rice balls into his mouth. Got it?" He whispered to Rika so Zoro wouldn't hear.
Rika looked a little unsure but agreed none the less. "Got it..."
Orion stood back up and a smirk grew on his face. Zoro sweatdropped nervously at his smirk. It was almost as if he knew something bad was gonna happen to him.
Orion slowly walked closer to Zoro, his smirk growing wider. At this point Zoro knew something was up, Zoro tried to do anything to keep Orion away from him, but all his plans were thwarted as he was...y'know, tied up.
Orion jumped at Zoro, one hand on the top of his head while the other gripped his bottom jaw. He pulled and pulled, trying to pry his mouth open, while Zoro tried his hardest keep his mouth shut.
"Just open your mouth already!" Orion shouted as he tried to pry Zoro's mouth open.
"MMMMM! MMM! MMM! MM!" (NEVER! GET OFF ME!) Zoro screamed, trying his hardest to keep his mouth shut.
Orion didn't know what Zoro said, but he didn't care anyway. He tried even harder to pull Zoro's mouth open until....he finally pried it open.
"Go! Rika now!" Orion shouted.
"R-right!" Rika exclaimed as she shoved one of the rice balls into Zoro's mouth.
---A Few Minutes Earlier, Luffy and Koby 3rd POV---
"Hey, Luffy are you sure you want to add Zoro the PIRATE HUNTER to your PIRATE crew?" Koby asked, not understanding the logic behind asking a guy that hunts pirates to become a pirate.
"Yup. If he's a good guy I'll ask him to join my crew. That's all there is to it." Luffy said as he picked a buger from his nose and ate it.
They walked and talked, soon enough they made it to the Marine Base.
"Woahhh! That's a tall wall!" Luffy exclaimed.
"It is." Koby agreed.
Luffy ran to the other side of the wall and they saw a clearing. Luffy jumped up the wall and Koby wasn't far behind.
"Look Koby, I think that's him!" Luffy exclaimed and pointed at a tied up man. The man had green hair that was wrapped in a black bandana. He wore a white shirt with a green haramaki around his stomach. He wore black pants and black boots as well.
Koby turned his head to where Luffy was pointing and he saw Zoro. Koby's eyes widened as he looked at him, Koby thought he looked like a villain waiting to kill anyone who got close.
"Luffy, you can't be serious about adding Zoro to your crew! Look at him, he's obviously a bad guy and deserves to be here!" Koby shouted as he turned his head to Luffy.
"I don't know yet Koby, I'll have to meet him first." Luffy said as a smile grew on his face.
At that moment someone jumped on the wall they climbed. He was carrying a little girl under his arm. He had curly brown hair and emerald green eyes. He wore a white t-shirt, an emerald green arm sleeve on his right arm, and had an emerald green sash wrapped around his waist. He also wore black pants and black and green knee high boots.
"Excuse us." He said as he jumped over to the other side of the wall.
Luffy and Koby watched him with slightly wide eyes as he walked up to Zoro.
"Hey Koby, who was that guy?" Luffy said, breaking the silence. Luffy was intrigued by Orion.
"He seems familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. All I know is that he doesn't seem normal." Koby gulped nervously as he carefully watched Orion.
Koby and Luffy decided to continue watching how things played out between Zoro and Orion. Soon enough Luffy was dying of laughter while Koby was just extremely confused.
"Hahaha! That guy's hilarious! He's trying to force feed him rice balls! I'm definitely gonna ask him to join my crew!" Luffy laughed as he watched Orion force Zoro's mouth open and shove a rice ball inside.
Koby on the other hand was just confused, and slightly creeped out.
---Orion, 3rd POV---
"EAT IT!" Orion shouted as he forced Zoro's mouth closed. Soon enough their roles were reversed Zoro was trying to force his mouth open while Orion was keeping it closed.
Zoro tried his hardest, but with the combination of fatigue and hunger. Zoro gave up and ate the rice ball.
"I thought I told you I didn't need your help! Do you both want to die!?" Zoro shouted.
"But, it was.....delicious, thanks." Zoro said under his breath as he looked away slightly embarrassed.
Hearing what Zoro said, a happy smile grew on Rika's face.
"Really! I made more, have another!" Rika held out a cloth with two more riceballs sitting on it.
"Well well well! What do we have here? You're not supposed to feed the criminal." A blonde boy in a purple suit said. Behind him were two marines with rifles strapped to their backs.
"It's him...that stupid Helmeppo." Rika whispered. Her hands slightly shaking.
Helmeppo walked toward them, his guards not far behind. As he got closer, he noticed the rice balls in Rika's hands.
"Rice balls? Don't mind if I do." Helmeppo said as he snatched a rice ball from Rika's hands.
"Hey! That's not yours!" Rika exclaimed.
Helmeppo ignored her and took a bite of the rice ball, immediately his face contorted in disgust. "Too sweet!" He shouted as he threw the rice ball to the ground and stomped on it.
"Who taught you how to cook?! You're supposed to put salt in rice balls, not sugar!" Helmeppo shouted. He scowled and raised his hand, intending to swat the last rice ball out of Rika's hands, but Orion caught Helmeppo by his wrist.
Helmeppo snatched his hand back and shouted. "WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?! DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHO I AM, OR WHO MY DADDY IS?!"
Orion tilted his head slightly, genuinely confused by his question. "I've never met you before, how would I know you, let alone your dad?"
The veins in Helmeppo's head bulged in anger. "IT WAS A RHETORICAL QUESTION!" Helmeppo sighed.
"Are you too dumb to even understand what that means?" Helmeppo's scowl was replaced with an arrogant smirk.
"I don't want to waste my time on swine such as you. Shoot him dead, and toss the girl over the wall. This'll be an example for you girl. AN EXAMPLE ON WHY YOU SHOULDN'T CROSS ME!" Helmeppo lost his smirk and scowled again when he said the last part.
Everyone's eyes widened in response to Helmeppo's words. "Isn't that a bit unreasonable?" One of the marines behind Helmeppo questioned.
"Yeah, he said he doesn't know you, which means he isn't a local. He doesn't know what he did wrong, can't we spare him this time?" The other Marine chimed in.
"I DON'T CARE! IF I HAVE TO GRAB ONE OF YOUR GUNS AND SHOOT HIM MYSELF, I'LL TELL MY DADDY AND YOU'LL BE EXECUTED FOR INSUBORDINATION!" Scared by the threat, the marines pulled their rifles from behind their backs and aimed them at Orion.
"Oi! What are you doing!? Take the girl and run!" Zoro shouted. He wanted to help them, but he was tied up. Although, that wasn't the only reason Zoro couldn't help, right now Zoro was without his swords, so even if he were free he'd be useless.
Rika's hands were shaking as she saw Orion stand completely still, staring down the barrels of the rifles. Her hands were shaking so bad that she dropped the rice ball she was holding, she was frozen in fear.
"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR! SHOOT HIM!" Helmeppo shouted one last time.
"I'm sorry..." The marines whispered under their breath before they opened fire on Orion.
"STOP!" Rika screamed.
"GET OUT OF THERE!" Zoro shouted.

Yo, I'm back with my unruly and unreasonable random uploads, but it's all about the quality not quantity. Right? (I don't have much of either)
It doesn't help that I am currently writing 6 Fanfics, and am working on an original piece at the moment, but I like it so it doesn't bother me.
