Ginny, the underrated goat

"Hey Ginny ! I have a good news ! They are going to give us a head start of 2 hours !" A man or a woman whose gender was unrecognisable told a little girl. They were among the few slaves who have still the will to live. They didn't want to die yet.

"Ivankov ! Where the hell were you ? I thought they already killed you !" Ginny looked happy after seeing her friend.

"No one of the celestial Dragons was going to shoot me but another one stopped him. He told him that hunting us like animals will be more fun than directly killing me. So they we are going to release us and let us run away. Obviously the marines are surrounding the entire Island so even if we want we cannot run away. And then after 2 hours they are going to hunt us down like animals. At least that's what I heard from those two celestial Dragons." Ivankov explained to Ginny.

"Hmph ! Two hours huh ! They are really underestimating us. Well it is not that surprising. Those pea brains cannot even understand the value of time." Ginny sneered. The determination within her not wavering in the slightest because of the impending doom awaiting them.

"So what is your plan ?" Ivankov asked.

"The nikyu nikyu no mi. That is our ticket out of here. Hear me out.

I am going to hack the transponder signal of their vedio transponding snail and broadcast this entire thing to all over the world through the marines channel. They won't be able to cut off the connection even if they want." Ginny told Ivankov.

"What how are you going to do that ?" Ivankov couldn't understood what Ginny was saying.

"Don't sweat about it. I hadn't told you that my father used to make different types of transponder snails from normal snails. I have enough practice and knowledge to tinker their mechanisms. It will take some time but I just need to find the right frequency in order to override their signal and send the broadcast throughout the world instead of just the holy lands of Mariejoice." Ginny explained.

"Okay. So what do you need ? Because if you want the transponder snail that is currently broadcasting the events then it is impossible. Those are being guarded by the marines." Ivankov told Ginny.

"No, I just need two normal transponder snails. But it will take a lot of time. While I search for a normal transponder snail, you should gather as much people as possible who have still there will to live. We need to band together in order to survive the conflict for long enough that the pirates learn about the treasures available in this Island. After that there will be a lot of commotion for us which will give us enough opportunities to grab the fruit and then get away from here." Ginny explained.

"Alright then what are we waiting for. We have already spent 10 minutes and talking with each other. Only 110 minutes left until they will start hunting us. Let's go !" Ivankov said with urgency.

Unlike Ginny, Ivankov has still doubts about their survival. He has not lost his will to live but in those circumstances, it was common for people to feel hopeless. So Ivankov didn't have high hopes like Ginny for his survival.

Ginny found a couple of transponder snails from different places. They were old models probably used by the locals. But enough for Ginny to work on.

Roughly 50 minutes have passed and many people are already hiding in different places far away from the centre of the island where the celestial Dragons are currently occupying the castle of the king.

But Ginny was hiding not for away from the castle. It was your luck that she found such a good hiding place near the castle. It was UN underground tunnel connecting the castle and a underground hideout to the outside world. Obviously anyone with observation haki can find out her location pretty easily. But the God's knights who can actually use observation haki were waiting for the official time to begin their hunt. Which will be a grave mistake for them.

Ginny was furiously working on the transponder snail trying to adjust the frequency of the snail in order to match the frequency that marines usually use. Matching the frequency with the video transponder snail was easy since it was near her but matching the frequency with the snails which are far away in the marine ships was really difficult.

Finally after a lot of effort, she managed to match the frequency of the snail with that of the marines after struggle of 20 minutes. Then it took her another 10 minutes to connect the channels.

With remaining half an hour in her hand, Ginny waited for ivankov to show up with others. Despite the previously given time the celestial Dragons have already started their hunt. But they were hiding in an underground shelter. So this still have some time left until the God's knights start their hunt.

After preparing everything, Ginny didn't hesitate to activate her channel broadcast the events happening above the ground.

Above the Island that will be known as God Valley in the future, a futuristic black ship was flying above the clouds away from everyone's view.

The ship was occupied by only three people. Or two people and a worm to be exact.

"What the hell ! Where the hell is this broadcasting signal coming from ?" Queen, the temporary guest of the ship exclaimed when suddenly his signal receiver started getting an unknown signal.

He was there because Maki wanted him to do the exact thing that Ginny the underrated goat has already done.

Maki was also confused at first. But then stretching her observation haki all The way to underground, she smiled.

"That girl is it true menace.

Queen, you don't need to work on the transponder snail anymore. Just be ready to activate the trap on my signal." Maki ordered Queen.

"Understood, boss lady !"
