Oliver walked towards the cabin where he sensed the negative emotion coming from, and Baki followed him.

They were surprised to see a boy locked inside a cage; the boy looked like 15 years old. He had wild, spiky blond hair, three whisker marks on each cheek, blue eyes, and fair skin.

Oliver then asked the boy, "Kid, were you the one who asked for us to save you?"

The boy smiled brightly when he heard this and nodded his head, then pointed his index finger towards a nearby desk. "Yes, it was me. Please save me; the keys to this cage are inside the first drawer of that desk."

Baki nodded. He grabbed the key from the drawer, then walked towards the cage and opened the cage.

"CLACK."

After Baki opened the cage up, he removed the chains that were around the boy's legs and arms.

"CLANK."

When the chains fell to the ground and the boy walked out of the cage, Oliver heard the system notification in his head.

Ding, Congratulations, host! You have saved the hostage. You have received the recipe for Sulong Pill. Do you want to claim your reward now?

Oliver smiled when he heard the system notification. He then said to the system, "I will claim the reward later."

After the boy exited the cage, he kneeled down on the deck and bowed his head. He then said to Oliver and Baki, "I owe you my life. Thank you for saving me. I can't imagine what kind of future I will have if I am sold as a slave to the Celestial Dragons."

Baki and Oliver smiled when they heard what the boy said, and Baki looked at the boy in curiosity and asked, "Kid, what's your name? And why will the Zhang Kingdom attempt to sell you to the Celecstial Dragons? According to what I heard in the past, the Celestial Dragons are only interested in special races, beautiful women, and good-looking men, but you are just a human kid."

After calming down, Oliver thought to himself, "Since I am half human and half Lunarian now, I can hide my wings, and I can still have all the Lunarian race abilities."

After coming to this conclusion, Oliver burst out in laughter: "KAKAKAKAKAKA, you are an interesting kid, Naruto, but why do you have nine tails? I know that the Mink race looks like humanoid animals, and my father never once told me about a Mink that possessed nine tails."

Naruto nodded in understanding and he started answering Oliver's question, " it is normal the nine tails fox clan is an extinct Mink clan My father is the last of his clan. He went out to the sea to become a pirate years ago, then he decided to retire after he fell in love with my mother."

Oliver and Baki nodded their heads when they heard this. Naruto then asked them, "So, who are you guys?"

Oliver smiled at Naruto and said to him, "My name is Van Noor D Oliver, and this is Baki; we are pirates."

Naruto widened his eyes when he heard this. He then smiled and said to Oliver, "Please let me join you, Oliver san, Baki san."

Oliver and Baki were taking back at Naruto's request, and Baki asked, "Why do you want to become a pirate? It is very dangerous. You will be hunted down by the Marines, bounty hunters, and even other pirates; your life will be in constant danger."

Naruto was quiet for a moment, then his eyes shone with determination, and he answered Baki, "I know that, my father told me about the dangers he faced when he was a pirate, but right now I don't have any where to go since my parents are dead, but I always wanted to surpass my father; since my father was a pirate, I want to surpass him as a pirate."

Suddenly, Oliver heard the system notification in his head.

Baki looked at Oliver, but he didn't say anything; he was waiting for his decision since Oliver is the captain.

Oliver didn't care about the system's rewards; he was deeply thinking if he should let Naruto join his crew.

Naruto noticed Oliver's hesitance, and he said to him, "If you allow me to join you, I will tell you were the heavenly tribute stored in this ship."

Baki was taken aback when he heard this. He then said to Oliver, "Oliver, I don't think this is wise, and why should I train the kid Oliver? You can train him yourself."

Oliver smiled when he heard this and said to Baki, "First of all, Baki, we are not in a hurry to go to the grandline; we can take our time and train Naruto. Second, you are a great martial artist; Baki Naruto will learn a lot from you. If in the future Naruto is interested in using a sword, I will not mind training him."

Baki sighed and nodded his head, then Oliver smiled and said to Naruto, "Alright, kid, show us where the heavenly tribute is."

Naruto smiled and nodded his head. He then said to Baki and Naruto, "Alright, follow me."

Then the trio exited the cabin room.
