The moment he upgraded his Dynamic Vision to C, he felt his vision get clearer. He didn't have to 'focus' on a small area to look at the details like regular people.
Compared to regular people who would have to focus on a few words to read on a paper, he could simply open a wide scroll and could read everything without having to focus on a small part of the scroll.
In simpler, naruto world's words, people faster than him would not be able to escape his eyes.
Another example would be Shisui's original body flicker technique. Unlike Kira, he simply used the body flicker at an extremely fast pace, making it look like there were afterimages of himself.
While most other ninjas could fall for this trick, Kira could track Shisui's movements to an extent. Though he couldn't completely track the simultaneous body flicker completely, he wasn't too worried as Shisui was only around 7 years old at this moment.
'My dynamic vision is only C grade right now, so I can upgrade it in the future anyways. Currently, the only people who can trick my sight, are the third raikage, the future fourth raikage and Minato.'
'This feels amazing.' he thought as he brought his hands together and dispelled his wood clones, instantly gaining back 80% of his chakra, but his eyeballs rotated backwards and he directly fell back onto the floor as he had lost consciousness from the information overload.
His clones didn't just help people in various countries. No, they were also tasked with stealing specific ninjutsu that the hidden leaf village did not have access to. Some examples of this were the hidden sand's puppetry techniques, Hidden cloud's lightning cloak and the hidden stone's lightweight boulder technique.
Of course, these were just examples and the chances of getting these jutsus was just a game of luck.
Eight hours later, Kira woke up with a splitting headache and ran straight to the inn where Tsunade told him to meet her. He was late, but he hoped that she wouldn't be too angry with him.
And when he went to the room, he saw Shizune sitting at the entrance just like yesterday, but this time, she was busy using her healing jutsu on a rat that was sitting on her lap.
"Hey, sorry for being late. Something unexpected came up."
Shizune nodded and went back to her rat while speaking, "Just wait here. Her game will probably be done soon."
Kira sat down opposite to her and closed his eyes as he recalled the information he had received from his clones.
There wasn't too much useful information like he had expected, but there was still some success in some areas. The most important thing he had received, was the hidden stone's speciality jutsus, the lightweight boulder, super lightweight boulder, weighted boulder and lastly, the super weighted boulder jutsu.
As for whether these would be useful to him; in certain cases, the answer was yes.
Other than that, Kira also had some info on other jutsu's but he didn't pay too much attention to them as he felt like they wouldn't be of much use to him. Instead, he focused on the internal problems and information related to the war.
When he recalled all of the information he had received from his clones, he couldn't help but frown. Unlike in the anime, the hidden stone and cloud had plans to attack directly with full force and based on their movements, Kira could tell that the attacks would start in 5 to 6 months time.
He didn't have to wait too long as a few old men walked out of the room with wide smiles on their faces while also carrying a lot of money. As soon as they got out, Kira hurriedly walked in.
"You're here." Tsunade said as she patted the floor beside her, "Come and take a seat. I'll be testing you on chakra control."
Kira did as he was asked to and sat down beside her.
"Since you're a medical ninja, I'm sure that you're pretty good at walking on water and stuff, so we'll be doing a different type of test today. Do you know the transformation jutsu?"
"Yes." he gave a short answer.
Tsunade nodded, "Good. It's a technique that's easy to use but hard to master. Do you know what I'm trying to say?"
"Yes, it's easy to transform into another person, but to maintain that appearance in different scenarios is extremely hard. For example; while fighting, people get covered in dust or soil if they fall and if they take a physical hit, they either bleed or have bruises.
When using transformation jutsu, these things will be automatically hidden and your appearance will always be the same. The true masters will be able to make minor changes at the right time to make it look like they're the real person by adding some dust onto their clothes when they fall or make it look like there's a cut when they do get cut."
Tsunade nodded once again as this was the textbook answer. But how many people were able to master this jutsu? Almost none.
"Well, since you know, where do you think you stand when it comes to this jutsu's mastery?"
Kira shrugged, "I'm pretty bad at it as I don't think I'll ever need it. Is there any other test I can take?"
He really didn't give two flying fucks about this jutsu as he had his wood clones. As long as they take on another person's appearance and wear new clothes, dust and other stuff would never be a problem.
When it came to blood, Kira had this area almost perfected but unless it was absolutely required, he didn't plan on revealing this to anyone until he reached a certain level in terms of personal power and political standing.
