"Water Style: Great Waterfall Technique!"
A squad of assassins from Kirigakure, led by a Water Style expert, launched the first attack. Several powerful waterfalls, enhanced by chakra, surged together in a relentless wave, hurtling toward Tobirama Senju.
"Lightning Style: False Darkness!"
Another group of shinobi immediately followed up the Water Style assault, channeling their Lightning Style jutsu into the water. The fusion of lightning and water created a high-voltage torrent, crackling and surging with deadly energy.
Tobirama was engulfed by the electrified wave, seemingly overwhelmed. The forest around them, previously untouched by water, was flooded, transforming the area into an artificial lake.
"Did we get him?" one of the shinobi asked hesitantly.
"The Second Hokage can't be taken down so easily. Keep attacking!" ordered Yagyu Tetsu, their leader.
He formed a series of hand seals, his muscular frame glowing with lightning chakra.
"Lightning Release: Thunderbolt!"
With a deafening roar, a massive lightning bolt struck the water's surface. The heat generated by the jutsu caused the water to boil instantly, sending dense steam into the air. The lake itself began to bubble and churn violently.
"Haha! Not even the Second Hokage could survive that!" one of the shinobi chuckled, relaxing slightly.
"Wait! Something's wrong! What's that?"
Through the dissipating steam, Tobirama emerged unscathed, his white hair and Hokage cloak untouched. He walked forward with a calm, almost disdainful expression.
"Is this the grand welcome you've prepared for me?" Tobirama asked coldly, tilting his head just enough for the shadow of his hat to shift, revealing his piercing gaze.
In the blink of an eye, he vanished.
"Ugh—!"
A jonin's head was severed before he could react. Tobirama grabbed the lifeless body and hurled it at another enemy with crushing force, sending both shinobi flying like ragdolls.
Suddenly, a figure burst out of the water beneath him, swinging a blade aimed at his legs. Tobirama's expression didn't change.
Before the attacker's swing could connect, Tobirama's speed eclipsed their perception. He sidestepped effortlessly and, with a swift counter-kick, shattered the attacker's skull in one devastating blow.
"Everyone, attack together!" Yagyu shouted, rallying his forces.
"Let me show you the power of a Hokage," Tobirama said, his voice as cold as ice.
He removed his Hokage hat, revealing his sharp, focused eyes. Though surrounded by over thirty shinobi, the oppressive aura radiating from him made it feel as though he was the one encircling them.
Tobirama moved.
Using the Body Flicker Technique, he darted through the battlefield with incredible speed, dodging wave after wave of incoming jutsu. He charged into the thick of his enemies, engaging them in brutal close combat.
Boom!
A single punch from Tobirama shattered a shinobi's shoulder, the force of the impact sending the man sprawling. Though Tobirama lacked his elder brother Hashirama's monstrous strength, the raw power of the Senju Clan was still unmatched.
As kunai flew toward him, Tobirama ducked, allowing them to sail harmlessly over his head. Without pausing, he grabbed the injured shinobi and yanked him into the path of an oncoming blade, using the unfortunate man as a shield.
"Water Style: Water Blade!"
Tobirama unleashed a high-pressure stream of water from his mouth, slicing through three enemies simultaneously. Their bodies collapsed into the rising steam, lifeless.
"Stop him!" shouted one of the shinobi, hurling senbon at Tobirama.
Unfazed, Tobirama extended his fingers, catching the senbon mid-air with precise timing. With a flick of his wrist, he sent them hurtling back, striking their original owner.
Despite their overwhelming numbers, the attackers were utterly outmatched. Tobirama's strength, speed, and precision made him a force of nature. His movements resembled a deadly dance, cutting down opponents one after another.
But then, a new threat emerged.
"Storm Style: Laser Circus!"
Yagyu formed a glowing ring in his hands, releasing a barrage of lasers that homed in on Tobirama with incredible speed. Forced to dodge, Tobirama weaved through the lasers, his movements fluid and unerring.
As he evaded the last beam, Yagyu himself appeared from behind, his blade aimed for Tobirama's neck.
"Hahaha! The head of the Second Hokage is mine!" Yagyu roared, swinging his blade with deadly precision.
