The Gunbai, a divine weapon forged from a branch of the God Tree, boasted immense power. It could not only amplify Wind and Fire Style jutsu but also "reflect" enemy attacks.

As an heirloom of the Uchiha clan, this legendary artifact had accompanied Madara Uchiha through countless battles during his life. After his death, it was passed on to Obito Uchiha.

"B, don't underestimate him! No opponent we've faced before can compare to this masked man. If you don't go all out, you might… die!"

The Eight-Tails, Gyūki, spoke gravely from within B's mind.

Those eyes—the Rinnegan! As a tailed beast that had existed for over a thousand years, Gyūki had only seen those eyes once before, in the hands of the Sage of Six Paths himself.

"I got it! Time to borrow your power!"

B had already realized how dangerous this opponent was during their brief exchange.

"Take it," Gyūki said simply.

"Wheeee!"

Crimson, chakra-laden energy began to seep from B's body, enveloping him entirely. A Tailed Beast Cloak formed around him, complete with two sharp horns sprouting from his head and eight massive red tails glowing behind him.

Now crouched like a wild beast on all fours, B radiated waves of red energy.

"Lariat!"

A guttural roar escaped B's mouth as he unleashed his attack. In his Tailed Beast Mode, the Lariat's power was vastly enhanced.

Bone-like armor formed around his elbow, reinforcing his strike as he charged headlong into the fiery dragon, aiming directly at the figure of Obito Uchiha hidden behind the flames.

The flames licked at the Tailed Beast Cloak, burning small holes in it, but they were immediately repaired by the regenerative chakra.

"Oh? Tailed Beast transformation…"

Behind the mask, Obito's voice was calm and indifferent as he watched B charge toward him like a bolt of lightning.

"Masked bastard! Take my Lariat!"

There was no subtlety in B's move—just a straightforward, raw collision. But the sheer force of it was undeniable.

Boom!

A thunderous crash sent dust and debris flying into the air.

Yet B didn't look triumphant. Instead, his face darkened.

His attack hadn't connected.

Just like before, his strike passed straight through the masked man, as though he weren't even there.

"Damn it! Does this move have no cooldown? What kind of cheat is this?" B growled, frustrated.

He had assumed that such an ability to become intangible would have strict limitations or a cooldown period. He had miscalculated.

And in battle, underestimating your opponent could have fatal consequences.

The consequences came swiftly.

"Asura Path!"

Obito turned, the Rinnegan in his left eye glowing ominously. His shoulder shifted unnaturally, splitting open to reveal a mechanical arm.

A barrage of chakra-powered laser cannons erupted from it, targeting B's back.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The impact shattered the bone armor protecting B's body, and his Tailed Beast Cloak dimmed with each hit.

But it wasn't over yet.

"Banshō Ten'in"

Obito extended his right hand, forming a claw-like shape. A pitch-black sphere appeared in his palm, unleashing a powerful gravitational pull that yanked B into the air.

"Grrrraaagh!"

B let out a guttural shout as he was dragged helplessly through the air.

"Shinra Tensei!"

The pull abruptly ceased, replaced by an overwhelming repulsive force.

Still suspended midair, B couldn't counter the sudden attack and was sent flying. His massive, Tailed Beast-enhanced body smashed through several trees before slamming into a boulder, where it collapsed in a heap.

The crimson cloak of chakra dissipated, leaving B barely conscious on the ground.

"Ugh… hiss…"

Obito didn't press the attack. Instead, he clutched his left eye, letting out a sharp breath.

"Damn it… The Rinnegan's chakra drain is insane," he muttered under his breath.

Now he understood why Nagato had been so frail. Even with the Uzumaki clan's legendary vitality, the Rinnegan's demands were almost unbearable.

And this was despite having half his body enhanced by White Zetsu. Without that, those few techniques might have already brought him to his knees.

"B! B! Wake up!"

Inside their shared mind, Gyūki urgently called out, pouring its chakra into B without hesitation.

The masked man was still standing there, seemingly frozen, but if he recovered, both B and Gyūki would be in grave danger.

Under the influence of the Eight-Tails' chakra, B stirred, his body trembling as he let out a ragged breath.

"Damn it… Laser cannons, gravity pulls, and a freakin' explosion… What kinda weirdo is this guy?" B groaned, rubbing his aching head as he struggled to his feet.

"No kidding. This guy's even weirder than your brother's old man," Gyūki replied.

The Rinnegan's powers were beyond anything Gyūki had encountered, even in its long existence.

"B, use that move. If we don't, we're done for!" Gyūki growled.

"That move? No problem!"

Understanding instantly, B's body surged with renewed power.

The crimson cloak reformed, and a massive black sphere began to condense in B's gaping maw, its gravitational pull distorting the ground beneath him.

The Tailed Beast Bomb!

Obito, finally recovering from the Rinnegan's backlash, saw the growing orb and chuckled coldly.

Boom!

The black sphere shot forward, exploding on impact with earth-shattering force. The ground quaked, the sky seemed to tremble, and the surrounding landscape was obliterated in an instant.

"Masked bastard~ You're totally blasted~ Oh yeah!" B rapped, relaxing slightly as he watched the devastation.

"Human Path!"

A low, menacing growl echoed.

B's smile froze. Slowly turning, he saw a hand gripping his back, pulling at something unseen.

In the Rinnegan's view, a pale white soul was being forcibly extracted from B's body.

At the same time, the crimson Tailed Beast Cloak vanished, and B collapsed unconscious.
