Naruto: The Tale of an Otsutsuki

Chapter 253: Chapter 253: Black Hand

"Why, why, why…"

White Zetsu chattered nervously as he watched Kirito and his group approach with calm determination. His eyes locked onto the Rinne Sharingan glowing on Kirito's forehead.

Black Zetsu, standing beside him, twisted his dark face in disbelief. "Why? How is this possible? Why does he have the same eyes as Mother?!"

"There is only one Divine Tree in this world, and the only one who has consumed its fruit is Mother. She hasn't been resurrected, so how does he have the Rinne Sharingan?"

Black Zetsu's thoughts churned in turmoil. According to his knowledge, the Rinne Sharingan could only manifest after consuming the Divine Tree's fruit, while the standard Rinnegan was born from the "elixirs" derived from the tree.

Boom!

Their shock was interrupted as Madara descended from the sky with a graceful yet commanding presence, landing between Black Zetsu and Kirito.

"You're the last rats hiding in the shadows," Madara said smugly, but as his gaze settled on Kirito, his confident expression twisted into one of disbelief.

His three Rinnegan scanned Kirito carefully. "Could it be true? But the tablet didn't mention this… Could the Sage of the Six Paths' brother also have wielded the Rinne Sharingan?"

Kirito and the others came to a halt before Madara. Before he could continue his train of thought, Kirito interrupted.

"It's time to end all of this."

"…Exactly."

Madara, though surprised, quickly regained his composure. With a casual wave of his shakujō staff, he declared, "Regardless, it's time to finish this."

Having completed the Infinite Tsukuyomi, Madara felt invincible. His plan had succeeded; everyone was trapped in their ideal dreams, leaving nothing to stand in his way—not even Kirito's mysterious Rinne Sharingan.

"Black Zetsu, leave them to me," Madara commanded.

Though he acted confident, Madara was more serious than ever. Every movement around him was meticulously monitored. When he noticed Black Zetsu preparing to join the fight, he raised his hand to stop him.

"No need. Their power is insignificant compared to mine."

"But Madara, that man's eyes are dangerous," Black Zetsu warned.

Madara's aura darkened, his tone icy. "I know."

The Battle Begins

As Madara prepared to engage, Kirito activated his Byakugan, the veins around his eyes bulging as white flames engulfed his body. Naruto entered his Six Paths Sage Mode, while Sasuke's Rinnegan gleamed with six tomoe, his gaze sharp and calculating.

Madara observed them through his blood-red Rinne Sharingan. "Naruto and Sasuke have mastered the power of the Six Paths, but they haven't had it for long. Their strength is still leagues behind mine.

"But Kirito's Rinne Sharingan is an unknown factor. I don't know its abilities or limits… I'll need to test it."

A subtle yet menacing aura radiated from Madara's body. Moments later, his four invisible Limbo clones darted toward Kirito, their assault swift and precise.

However, Kirito didn't dodge. Instead, he raised his leg and, with fluid grace, unleashed a whirlwind kick that sent the lead Limbo clone hurtling backward.

The force of the impact caused the clone to collide with the others, scattering them like billiard balls and throwing their coordinated attack into chaos.

"Sasuke, what are those invisible things?" Naruto asked, sensing the disturbance.

Sasuke, his Rinnegan analyzing the scene, replied, "They're clones created from Madara's body. They look exactly like him but are undetectable without the Rinnegan."

Naruto and Sasuke refrained from engaging. The three had already discussed their strategy: Kirito would take the lead, and if Madara revealed an opening, Naruto and Sasuke would seal him with Six Paths: Chibaku Tensei.

Madara watched intently, his mind racing. "His power has grown immensely. The Rinne Sharingan isn't just for show. But what's the extent of his abilities?"

Swish!

As Kirito countered the Limbo clones, Madara made his move. He surged forward, his body blending seamlessly with the chaos of the battlefield. Timing his attack perfectly, he aimed to catch Kirito off guard in the brief moment his strength was retracting.

Kirito, seemingly unaware of Madara's approach, continued his movements, pivoting to deliver another kick to an empty spot in the air.

Boom!

To Madara's shock, a violent impact struck his chest, sending him hurtling backward. He tumbled across the ground, his body rolling uncontrollably.

From the corner of his vision, he noticed Kirito's foot disappearing into a gap in space. A corresponding gap had appeared in Madara's trajectory, allowing Kirito's attack to bypass distance entirely.

"A space-time technique? Not even my Rinnegan can fully decipher it… it must be tied to his unique pupil powers," Madara thought, clutching his chest as pain radiated through him.

Madara staggered to his feet, his breath labored. "The physical damage is nothing," he reassured himself. "I can heal this instantly with the power of the Ten Tails."

But as he activated his chakra to repair the injury, he froze.

"What's happening?!" he muttered, his hand pressing against his chest. The wound remained unhealed.

Through his Rinnegan, Madara examined the injury and discovered the problem. "It's a Gentle Fist technique. His chakra has infiltrated my tenketsu and is disrupting my chakra flow."

Not only had Kirito's attack halted his regeneration, but the foreign chakra was also corroding his body, amplifying the damage over time.

Madara spat out a mouthful of blood, his gaze darkening. "Incredible. To think a Hyuga would use such a powerful Gentle Fist against me…"

As Madara struggled, Black Zetsu quietly moved behind him.

"You truly are impressive," Madara said, unaware of the danger. "That was the strongest Gentle Fist I've ever encountered. I must—"

Puff!

A sharp pain pierced his chest. Madara looked down in disbelief as Black Zetsu's dark arm emerged from his body.

"What… what are you doing, Black Zetsu?" Madara gasped, his voice weak.

Black Zetsu's tone turned cold and sinister. "What a pity, Madara. You thought you were in control, but you've always been a pawn.

"I am Kaguya's will."
