Chapter 11: New Jutsus and More Training
Yasu was delighted to receive these unexpected rewards. One of the jutsu he gained was the **Mystical Palm Technique**, something Yasu had wanted for a long time and had even planned to ask Rin to teach him. It was a difficult jutsu to learn and use.
Most importantly, the technique required exceptional talent in chakra control. Yasu thought he could use this jutsu as a form of training to further improve his chakra control.
He also hoped to use the Mystical Palm Technique in the future to heal others and himself. Yasu remembered that, after years of training, Sakura and Tsunade were able to heal themselves with this technique without even needing to touch the wound.
Since the system had granted him the technique, Yasu wouldn't have to spend years learning it as other shinobi might. Although he couldn't use it automatically, he would only need some focused training to master it.
The second technique Yasu gained was a **chakra tracking jutsu**. With it, he could sense and track the chakra of allies or enemies over several kilometers. It wasn't a skill Yasu had specifically sought, but it was incredibly useful. In the future, he could even use it to detect if Zetsus were following him.
Yasu also felt that his chakra reserves had grown slightly and his body had strengthened again. He was now much closer to reaching 30% purity, which would allow him to finally awaken the **Sharingan**.
Even though Yasu had learned these jutsu, it wasn't as if he could use them effectively right away. He could attempt to use them, but only at the most basic level. The system provided him with knowledge of the fundamentals and the hand seals required to perform the techniques.
As with everything else in the system, the only way for Yasu to become proficient in these jutsu was through rigorous training. For the tracking jutsu, he wouldn't need anyone's help and could practice on his own. However, mastering the Mystical Palm Technique would be much easier with guidance from another shinobi. Fortunately, Yasu had Rin, who could teach him.
Yasu was very happy and smiling because of the unexpected rewards he received from the system. Rin and Obito, unaware of this, thought Yasu was smiling so much simply because he had defeated Obito.
"Okay, Yasu, you don't need to be so happy about it. You only won this training because I underestimated you and didn't use any jutsu. I didn't expect you to be this strong," said Obito, embarrassed about losing in front of Rin.
"You're right, Obito. I won because you underestimated me. Now, in the next fight, you'll use your ninjutsu, and we'll have a fairer match, okay?" Yasu asked Obito.
"Alright. I'll use jutsu with less power to avoid risking your life, but I'll use everything I've learned in the war to beat you," Obito said, sounding excited.
"Calm down, Obito. This is just training. You don't need to use everything you've learned in the war. It's better if both of you can improve through these training sessions," said Rin, worried about Obito and Yasu potentially getting hurt.
Soon, another training match began. Obito started by using the **Kage Bunshin no Jutsu**, knowing that Yasu lacked experience with jutsu. However, this time, Obito was mistaken because Yasu countered with the **Bunshin no Jutsu**, a jutsu taught in the Ninja Academy.
Obito could create more clones thanks to the nature of the Kage Bunshin no Jutsu, but this was a forbidden jutsu that split half the user's chakra to create a single clone, one-third to create a second, and so on, further dividing the chakra with each additional clone.
Because of this, Obito could normally only use one clone, which already reduced his chakra by 50%. Luckily, Obito still had enough chakra to use all his usual jutsu a few times.
Obito and his clone prepared to perform a jutsu. Yasu quickly distanced himself from his own clone to ensure they wouldn't both be hit by the same attack. Obito and his clone then used the **Fire Release: Flame Bullet** technique.
Soon, several fire bullets were heading toward Yasu and his clone, who used their maximum speed to escape the jutsu. However, Yasu's clone did not have the same speed as the original body and was quickly dispelled.
Obito was excited to have hit Yasu's clone, but he soon realized that such a minor technique could not have hit Yasu himself. Immediately, Obito and his clone used the **Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique**.
Two large fireballs came hurtling toward Yasu from both sides at high speed. Yasu quickly noticed that Obito had forgotten to reduce the power of the jutsu and recognized the danger it posed. He fled at his maximum speed.
Even so, with Obito's tactical intelligence, the attack would still reach Yasu, even with his quick escape. In response, Yasu grabbed a kunai and used all his strength to slice through the part of the fireball aimed at him, splitting it in the middle and escaping unharmed.
Rin was alarmed, realizing that Obito had used his full strength in this technique, amplified further by the presence of his clone doubling the attack. This was the technique Obito most commonly used to kill enemy Chunins during the war.
However, she was even more astonished at how Yasu managed to evade this powerful jutsu without using any other jutsu himself. She had seen many enemies escape this technique, but they always used Earth Release or Water Release techniques to counter it.
Obito was even more surprised that Yasu had evaded his jutsu without sustaining any injuries. Realizing the technique's effectiveness, he proceeded to use the **Great Fireball Technique** again several times, with the help of his clone.
However, after the first time, Yasu was prepared. He managed to escape with greater ease, having realized that he could use his kunai and strength to counter most of the jutsu he had seen in the anime. Of course, Yasu understood that more powerful techniques were impossible to escape from so easily, but such techniques were usually wielded by Jonins, and it was reasonable to expect death in a battle against them.
