Chapter 277: Chapter 276.1 : Experiment!!
After a brief moment of shock, George, who was embedded in the cement wall, slowly regained his senses.
"You bastard, this is all your fault!"
He broke free from the cement wall, his thoughts becoming more chaotic. His golden eyes, glowing like burning embers, grew even brighter and more intense.
But soon, George realized something was wrong. He shouldn't be this angry. It felt like an invisible hand was twisting his emotions, switching back and forth between rage and frenzy. His mind felt like a piece of iron wire being bent and twisted repeatedly.
"What did you do to me?!"
George's eyes were filled with terror. He tightly gripped his head, veins bulging on his face. Desperately biting his lip, he tried to snap out of it by using the pain to remind himself to stay sane.
"Oh?"
Adam tilted his head slightly, his pale golden eyes showing a hint of surprise. "You can still keep your composure? I didn't expect the hybrid's resistance to be so strong."
Though he hadn't used his full power—only a little bit of 'Psychological Cue'—the fact that his opponent could still hold on to some semblance of rationality was unexpected.
"Dragonkin, a hybrid. Heh, very interesting," Adam said with a curious smile. "I'm becoming more and more intrigued by this 'dragon blood' of yours. So, would you mind becoming my test subject?"
Battle Hypnosis!
He completely seized control of George's mind, implanting the thought of 'killing him' directly into George's island of consciousness.
"Then, fall into darkness."
Adam's eyes flickered with a faint golden light, and his pupils shifted into what looked like dragon-like slits.
With his words, George clutched his head in agony, letting out a furious and violent scream.
"Ahhh—!!!"
He could sense it—his bloodline was awakening at an incredibly fast pace.
But this awakening seemed to mean he was heading toward an unpredictable abyss. A violent, bloodthirsty thought soon climbed into his mind, affecting his reasoning and judgment.
"You bastard, what are you trying to do?!" George exclaimed in fear and shock, feeling an unknown terror about what was about to happen.
"Nothing much. Just cooperate with me for a small experiment," Adam said with a slight smirk, his lips curling upwards. "Don't be so nervous. For you, it might even be a good thing."
"No, no, don't!"
George felt his mind being flooded with countless 'thoughts.'
These thoughts didn't belong to him, but they controlled his reason, pushing him further into the abyss. His bloodline surged within him like a volcano, releasing a searing, hot energy.
His "Word Soul" was typically hypnotic in nature, but as a hybrid, he inherited the strong physical traits of dragons. After committing multiple bloody crimes, his mental state had been slipping into the abyss. His bloodline's Draconization had nearly reached its limit, bordering on the point of " Critical Blood Limit."
The Critical Blood Limit was a key point in determining whether a hybrid could still be considered human.
Once the dragon blood in a hybrid exceeded this threshold, the bloodthirsty factor would take over, transforming the person into a monster called a "Death Servitor."
The signs George was showing—his strength, speed, and the fine scales growing on his skin—made it clear that he had already reached the Critical Blood Limit. One more step, and he would irreversibly fall into the 'dragon' side and become a Death Servitor.
But... it wasn't enough.
Adam, watching George nearing the edge, used 'frenzy' to ignite his emotions.
"Ughhh—! Kill… kill you!"
George let out a low, tortured growl, and suddenly, dense blue scales began to grow across his skin.
His already muscular body became even more powerful, his muscles bulging, veins standing out grotesquely. Sweat and blood streamed from his body, evaporating into a faint mist of blood. His back muscles twisted and writhed, and two large lumps began to form.
The green scales had already covered George's entire body. It seemed as though he was enduring immense pain, letting out a beastly roar from his throat that was far from human.
Puff!
In the next moment, with the sound of flesh tearing, the bulge on George's back split open.
White bones grew from deep within his flesh, transforming into two massive bone wings. His body became covered in white bones, exuding a brutal and cruel aura.
Full Draconization!
When the dragon blood in his body took over, it pushed his mixed blood towards becoming a true dragon.
However, Adam thought this situation suited his plans perfectly.
If an extremely dangerous Hybrid like this were allowed to fully fall into the abyss of Draconization, the agents from the Execution Bureau would probably be stunned on the spot if they saw it.
He remained calm, his pale golden eyes reflecting the crazed George. But in his mind, he was thinking about something else.
What if his blood were mixed with human blood? Could it create a different kind of Death Servitor? Or would the result just be contamination?
"I'll kill you! I'll kill you!"
Now that George had completed the full Draconization, he no longer resembled a human.
His body had grown to nearly two meters tall, almost touching the ceiling of the hallway. His golden eyes were full of brutality.
After letting out a roar that sounded like an explosion, he stomped his foot and shot forward like a cannonball. The terrifying force created a shockwave that shattered the ground and walls around him.
