Establishing a base here didn't require exceptionally powerful adventurers, and just being at Level 3 was enough to ensure the camp's safety.

However, the prices on the Eighteenth Floor, especially for goods and magic stones, were different from the prices on the surface, significantly higher. Exchanging magic stones for money down here yielded much less due to the dungeon's location far from the surface.

However, many adventurers still chose to resupply on the Eighteenth Floor, as it acted as a critical hub. This world lacked storage devices, so everything had to be physically carried.

As long as adventurers didn't venture too deep, the need for storage wasn't overwhelming, but once they descended beyond, the Eighteenth Floor became a key stop for resting and replenishing supplies.

Loki Familia arrived on the Eighteenth Floor, prepared to begin their search for answers about the strange monsters. But just as they started asking other adventurers if they'd encountered anything unusual, an unsettling event occurred.

"There's been a murder on the Eighteenth Floor. This is incredibly rare. We should check it out. Something about this situation feels off!"

Finn's sharp intuition kicked in, sensing that something deeper was at play. The others nodded in agreement. A murder on the Eighteenth Floor was a big deal. Aside from their reputation for being famous, Loki Familia was also known for helping others, so naturally, they headed straight for the scene.

Upon arriving, they saw the victim, a person whose face had been completely torn off, making it impossible to identify them.

However, they noticed a faint divine blessing mark on the person's back. Though the mark had been locked, it could be unlocked with a special unlocking potion.

"Bors, what exactly is going on here?"

Finn and the others entered just in time to see Bors, one of the adventurers, dripping a red potion onto the victim's body.

"Oh, it's you, Loki Familia. Honestly, seeing you here gives me mixed feelings!"

Bors said helplessly. Encountering Loki Familia could be a blessing or a curse. On the bright side, their team included the high elf Riveria. Divine blessings were difficult to decipher, and only high-level elves could understand them.

Bors had been racking his brain, wondering where he could find a high elf to help, and now one had practically fallen into his lap.

However, the fact that they were from Loki Familia also complicated things. Bors knew their reputation well, they loved to meddle in others' affairs, and if possible, he would've preferred to sweep this whole incident under the rug as if nothing had happened.

"This is a member of, his name is Hashana Dorlia, Level 4!"

Riveria read aloud after examining the divine mark on the body, and the rest of the group was visibly shaken by the information.

"How is this possible? Since the other party is a Level 4 adventurer, it is impossible for even a Level 5 adventurer to kill him without making a scene. Judging by the scene…" Finn's voice trailed off as he observed the area.

"It's clear that he was instantly killed without any chance to resist." Riveria added gravely.

"That means the attacker must have power close to Level 6, if not stronger. And there aren't many people in Orario with the strength of a Level 6 adventurer!"

"But based on yesterday's reports, he entered the dungeon with a red-haired woman. I don't know what happened to this woman. It's really troublesome. If there's a level 6 murderer on the loose, we can't take this lightly!"

Realizing the severity of the situation, Bors knew this was something that couldn't be suppressed. Even if Finn and the others hadn't involved themselves, Bors would have pursued the matter to the end. After all, a level 6 murderer on the loose in Orario wasn't something to be taken lightly.

"A Level 6 adventurer, this is serious trouble. Bors, to be safe, we should gather everyone still on the Eighteenth Floor. We need to figure out why this person was killed, and what the murderer's true motive is."

"To kill a Level 4 adventurer so ruthlessly... it means the killer must have had something to gain, something crucial. And most importantly, the victim was a member of Ganesha Familia!"

Finn frowned as he thought through the situation. The involvement of both the Guild and Ganesha Familia, alongside Loki asking questions to Ouranos and Ganesha, pointed to a larger issue.

A senior adventurer from Ganesha Familia had been killed here on the Eighteenth Floor, and the circumstances were suspicious, to say the least.

For now, the only option was to gather everyone and ask if anyone knew anything specific about the victim or the potential murderer.

They also needed to track down the killer as soon as possible. Although adventurer-on-adventurer violence wasn't rare, this happened on the Eighteenth Floor, especially with such a high-level victim and Ganesha Familia's involvement, so it couldn't be ignored.

With Bors's assistance, the adventurers on the Eighteenth Floor quickly gathered. Initially, some were reluctant, but upon hearing that members of Loki Familia were involved, they no longer resisted. Loki Familia's reputation was too strong to ignore.

Many of the adventurers had been helped by Loki Familia in the past, and they were known not only for their power but for their willingness to lend a hand. The sudden presence of a murderer on the floor also stirred up fear, and everyone was eager to see the situation resolved.

"Everyone has already gathered. As expected, your Loki Familia has a strong pull. If I had called them in my own name, they probably wouldn't have even bothered. But mention Loki Familia, and suddenly everyone shows up!"

Bors sighed helplessly. He couldn't help but compare his influence with that of Loki Familia. After looking at everyone's expressions, he wasn't surprised.
