Chapter 4: The Return of Dark Medical Ninjutsu

The black-clad figure of Huang Quan appeared behind his four companions. With a loud shout, he raised his arms, issuing a command: "Enhance the treatment, inject chakra!" In an instant, black tentacles erupted from the ground, connecting to the backs of their necks. A surge of purple chakra coursed through them, and Huang Quan retracted the tentacles. "The treatment is complete," he declared.

The four figures, now fully revived, leapt into action, charging toward the temple at the base of the cliff.

The guards standing watch at the entrance immediately noticed the intruders and drew their swords to confront them. "Go, Yitai, Setsuna!" Two of the invaders darted to the side, signaling the others to handle the guards.

A man with a scarf covering the lower half of his face remained stationary, surveying the situation. He called out loudly, "Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!" A torrent of flames erupted, swirling around the guards, catching them off guard. The others took advantage of the distraction.

The last invader leapt high into the air, swinging his arm forcefully as he shouted, "Wind Style: Gale Palm!" Three tornadoes emerged and merged with the flames, creating a massive fire tornado that engulfed the guards in seconds.

With the path cleared, the five figures, including Huang Quan, approached the temple. Huang Quan pushed open the door, entering with a sense of awe. "At last, the moment has come," he murmured.

Turning to his companions, he instructed them to wait. "The gap between worlds lies ahead. Only I, Huang Quan, can pass through."

A confused voice echoed from the shadows: "What kind of strange barrier is this? Does it really require only the name 'Huang Quan' to enter?"

"Could this be related to the afterlife?" another wondered aloud. "I've heard the name 'Huang Quan'—does it lead to the land of the dead?"

A third voice spoke with skepticism, "It could be a special jutsu that only Huang Quan can use. I don't think this is about death."

Meanwhile, in the Pure Land, Uchiha Madara watched the scene unfold. His eyes narrowed with interest. "The afterlife? There's a direct link to the Ninja World here? Fascinating..." He had arranged for his own resurrection, but the idea of a direct path to the world beyond intrigued him. As he studied the sky, he contemplated how he might use this new information for his own purposes.

Inside the temple, Huang Quan descended into an underground chamber shrouded in mist. At its center, a transparent column of light enveloped a stone door covered in cryptic seals.

"Is this some kind of sealing technique?" someone questioned from the crowd watching the sky.

"I've never seen anything like it," another replied.

Huang Quan approached the door, staring at the glowing symbols. He muttered under his breath, "Wait for me... wait for me... Wuliang!"

As he spoke, the seals flared and disintegrated. The stone door shattered, revealing a dark, sinister aura emanating from the other side.

"Ah, how nostalgic. Are you back in this world again?" A voice echoed from the shadows, laden with malice.

Kneeling, Huang Quan bowed respectfully. "It's been a long time, Master Wuliang."

The voice responded slowly, hesitant: "Who are you?"

Huang Quan pressed on, explaining, "I am Huang Quan, the survivor of the ninja who once summoned your power to form the Ghost Corps."

"Ghost Corps?" The voice was barely a whisper, confused.

"Yes, Master. I am the one who survived and now seeks to revive our past glory," Huang Quan continued, lowering his gaze in deference.

The mysterious entity behind the door was silent for a moment before responding: "What do you want from me, Huang Quan?"

Huang Quan revealed his true intentions, "The stars have returned, and now is the time to unite once more to create an empire that will last a millennium."

However, Wuliang's voice trembled with doubt. "But where is my body? If I'm only a soul, I will not last much longer."

"Allow me to offer my body for your soul," Huang Quan said calmly. He unbuttoned his shirt and revealed a dark, unnatural structure within his chest—a remnant of the dark medical ninjutsu he had used to alter his own body.

Gasps erupted from those watching the sky. "What is he doing? Does he have no internal organs?"

"Is this guy even human?" another voice shouted.

The whispers of disbelief continued as Huang Quan began his dark ritual. "Prepare yourself, Master Wuliang. Let us create the empire that was always meant to be."
