Will the coup continue?

As one of the clan members spoke up, the others turned their gaze to Fugaku!

You see, Shisui was one of the Uchiha clan's elite ninja, and he had activated the Mangekyō Sharingan. His strength was comparable to that of a Kage-level ninja.

Now, they had lost one of their strongest ninja, and the chances of success for the coup had greatly decreased.

They left the clan grounds...

Uchiha Kinya started complaining: "It's just wanting to hear his plan, no need to chase us away!"

Genya chuckled: "They don't see us as part of their group. When they discuss their plan, of course, they won't let us hear it. Let's just head home and rest!"

With that, Genya walked toward his house. Tomorrow, he would meet with Shisui.

As he spoke, his eyes briefly glanced toward a corner. In that spot, three people were secretly watching the Uchiha clan's area.

Sarutobi Hiruzen sat in the office, puffing on his pipe, the room filled with smoke, creating a somewhat heavy atmosphere.

He had been in the Hokage office the entire night, not returning home.

Suddenly, a figure entered the office.

"Back already?" Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at the newcomer, and the room fell silent. "What's the situation with the Uchiha clan now?"

"Uchiha Kinya was kicked out of the meeting halfway by Fugaku. Afterward, the rest of them stayed and discussed for a long time," the person explained, recounting everything that had happened at the clan meeting. He also kept an eye on Sarutobi's expression.

"Uchiha Kinya is still being excluded. Interesting!" Sarutobi Hiruzen smiled, his expression showing amusement.

If the Uchiha clan were united, he might have had to worry. But now that they were divided, it was easier to deal with them.

Tomorrow, he would ask Uchiha Itachi. Itachi would probably reveal tonight's plan.

He chuckled softly.

Time passed, and morning arrived.

Genya still took some time to train his body before taking a stroll through the Police Force. Afterward, he went to the hospital.

As he walked, the news of Shisui's death had spread completely. Many people were whispering about it.

Almost everyone in Konoha knew by now.

This news likely hadn't come from Uchiha Fugaku. It had to be from the Third Hokage himself.

The Uchiha clan has just lost one of its strongest ninja, and people are already predicting their downfall?

At the hospital, in the laboratory:

Genya arrived late.

In the laboratory, Hikari was still working on cell experiments, and Shisui was lying on a simple bed, appearing to be awake based on his movements.

"Genya-sama!"

Hikari immediately rushed over to Genya the moment she saw him, her eyes filled with joy.

"How is he?"

Genya nodded and glanced toward Shisui as he asked.

Hikari also looked at Shisui and began explaining his condition: "His wounds have been treated, but because the poison was too strong, his cells have started to age. He needs a cell rejuvenating serum."
