Chapter 2: chapter 2
Uchiha Tajima remained quiet for a moment before stating, "I've been dead for ages; the living hold no interest for me."
Upon hearing this, Ming regarded Uchiha Tajima with disdain.
You must be joking; your eyes were just gleaming moments ago.
With this thought in mind, Ming resolved to provoke Uchiha Tajima further, remarking, "Uchiha Izuna has passed away, and he died young. Knowing this, are you still uninterested?"
"Huh?!"
Uchiha Tajima suddenly exuded a powerful aura. Even if it was merely an illusion, the intensity of a peak-level Kage, which once struck fear during the Warring States, was palpable.
"Tell me everything you know!"
Uchiha Tajima's tone carried an order that irked Ming. He replied scornfully, "Chief Tajima, don't forget that you're merely a dead man now. The only person who can converse with you in the realm of the living is me. In other words, you can only learn what you wish from me.
And I am not your subordinate. You should refrain from using that commanding tone; otherwise, I won't continue our conversation."
Uchiha Tajima clenched his teeth. As a hero from the Warring States, he had never been treated in such a manner. Yet, the boy's words were undeniably accurate…
Realizing this, Uchiha Tajima huffed and crossed his arms, "State your request!"
"It's quite simple. This is the way intelligent individuals operate."
Ming offered a slight smile as the system's voice echoed in his mind, "Uchiha Tajima has fully yielded, earning 400 fraud points."
"Though the Warring States period has ended, conflicts still exist. I need you to instruct me in ninjutsu. It's as straightforward as that."
Upon hearing this, Uchiha Tajima nodded in comprehension, "Hmph, I suppose this makes sense. This is the only quality you appreciate about me, a dead man without a form."
Then, Uchiha Tajima inquired, "What is your chakra nature?"
"Wind and water," Ming answered. He had been irritated upon first encountering Uchiha Tajima. Why didn't he possess the fire attribute, the one most proudly associated with the Uchiha?
"I am Fire and Wind. That works perfectly. I will teach you a wind-based close combat ninjutsu I frequently employ."
With that, Uchiha Tajima drew a long sword from behind and elaborated, "Envelop the blade with wind chakra that cleaves everything, amplifying its sharpness severalfold, or even dozens of times."
Wind Style: Leaf Scythe Dance!
Uchiha Tajima transformed into a blur, moving gracefully through the space. Dressed in black, he could easily be compared to Namikaze Minato, earning the title of the [Black Flash].
As expected from the father of the formidable Uchiha Madara, he was no ordinary leader of the Uchiha clan.
After half a minute, Uchiha Tajima completed a sequence of wind-based sword techniques and returned, saying, "This is our Uchiha swordsmanship combined with wind style to create Ninja swordsmanship, Kama Dance. Well, I have shared an advanced sword technique with you, now you can share what you know."
Ming smirked slightly, "That still isn't sufficient."
"Are you joking?!" Uchiha Tajima's expression turned frosty.
"No, no, no,"
Ming waved his hand dismissively, "I understand that you, Chief Tajima, are capable of much more than this; how could one technique satisfy my needs? Therefore, I can only offer a little in return, and once Chief Uchiha Tajima imparts all his knowledge to me, I will share the final morsel of information. Fair enough, right?"
"Humph! Cunning little fox!"
Uchiha Tajima narrowed his eyes, though he had little room to negotiate. More importantly, Ming was his only connection to the living, so he had no choice but to reluctantly acquiesce, "Then how much information do you believe you can exchange for this swordsmanship?"
"Uchiha Tajima yielded once more and received 300 fraud points."
Ming replied, "Currently, both Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama are deceased. Regrettably, Madara passed away branded a traitor of Konoha, leaving him with a tarnished legacy, while Senju Hashirama died as Konoha's first Hokage, hailed as a hero, leaving a commendable reputation for generations."
Upon hearing this, Uchiha Tajima seethed with anger, but Ming continued, "Although Senju Hashirama aimed for a peaceful coexistence between Uchiha and Senju, his brother, the second Hokage, consistently sought to suppress Uchiha. Uchiha Madara recognized this early on and attempted to persuade the Uchiha to leave Konoha, but the clan refused to abandon their comfortable lives in the village. Everyone followed Madara, and he departed alone.
Several years later, he returned and challenged Senju Hashirama, but was ultimately killed. Consequently, Senju Hashirama also sustained a hidden ailment from that battle and passed away shortly afterward."
"Then how did Izuna die? Was it at the hands of Senju Tobirama?" Uchiha Tajima asked anxiously.
Ming grinned and said, "I'm afraid, Chief Tajima, your swordsmanship only yields this amount of information in my view. Please prepare stronger ninjutsu for me to learn next time. Farewell."
With that, Ming exited the space, leaving Uchiha Tajima seething in frustration.
