"Nice technique," Uchiha Madara remarked with a hint of appreciation. "Come here. Don't you aspire to be the strongest in the ninja world? Show me your capabilities."

"Please guide me, Madara-sama," Yamamoto Ryuusei said as he held a kunai in his hand. He quickly drew a few shuriken and hurled them at Madara before charging forward with swift movements, his eyes locked on the legendary Uchiha.

Clang! Clang!

Uchiha Madara effortlessly deflected the shuriken with his own kunai before blocking Ryuusei's attack. The young ninja didn't falter, using his speed to dart around and strike again and again, his movements unrelenting.

Yamamoto Nami watched from the side, her face filled with worry as Ryuusei continuously pressed his attacks against Madara. "I hope he doesn't get hurt," she muttered nervously.

Senju Tobirama observed the battle keenly. His sharp senses picked up on the subtleties of Ryuusei's movements. "It's not a teleportation jutsu," Tobirama analyzed. "It's a taijutsu technique. Because it doesn't require hand seals, it seems instantaneous. Its consistency and speed are impressive."

Senju Hashirama chimed in, his tone thoughtful. "Not only that, but this technique seems to be less taxing on the body compared to the teleportation jutsu. If refined, it could significantly enhance the strength of genin-level shinobi."

Uzumaki Mito, observing from the side, nodded in agreement. "Ryuusei's speed is indeed remarkable—around the level of an average chūnin. However, his attack methods are overly simplistic. Miyuki-chan, what ninjutsu have you taught him?"

Senju Miyuki, visibly tense, replied absentmindedly, "Just the basics—D-rank jutsu like the Transformation and Substitution Techniques. I also gave him the Shadow Clone Technique earlier today, which is B-rank."

Despite Ryuusei's relentless assaults, Uchiha Madara stood firmly in place, effortlessly defending himself. The young ninja's frustration grew. This won't work. I'll have to try that technique, Ryuusei thought to himself.

Gathering chakra into his hand, Ryuusei swung his kunai with explosive force.

Bang!

Madara's kunai snapped under the pressure. Though he was caught off guard for a moment, he quickly sidestepped and struck Ryuusei's arm with precision. The young ninja's trajectory shifted abruptly, his attack slamming into the ground.

Boom!

The impact left a circular crater in the earth, about a meter wide and half a meter deep, with spiderweb cracks radiating from the center. Dust and loose soil scattered everywhere.

Ryuusei staggered back, pulling his injured hand free from the debris. His arm was swollen and covered in shallow cuts from the stones, though his chakra reinforcement had prevented serious damage. He sank to the ground, panting heavily.

"Madara-sama, I give up," he said between gasps. "That last strike used up all my chakra."

Madara glanced at the crater, then turned back to the boy. "Not bad, kid. You've got potential," he said before walking away.

Nami and Miyuki hurried over with medical supplies. Nami supported Ryuusei as she examined his bloodied arm. "Does it hurt, Ryuusei?" she asked, her voice trembling with concern.

"It's fine," Ryuusei reassured her. "This is nothing compared to training."

Miyuki inspected the injury carefully. "The muscles are strained, but there's no permanent damage. You're lucky the bones are intact," she said, tying a bandage around his arm. "Avoid water and rest your hand for a few days."

As they treated Ryuusei, Hashirama turned to Madara. "What do you think of him?"

Madara's expression remained neutral. "His attacks are too predictable, though his reaction speed is commendable. His physical fitness is decent, but he didn't use any genjutsu or advanced ninjutsu. His talent is still unclear, but his aptitude for taijutsu shows promise. He's worth training."

"I should be the one to teach him," Tobirama interjected. "His ability to innovate ninjutsu makes him a natural fit for my guidance."

Madara smirked. "His high-speed movements are clearly taijutsu, not ninjutsu. I'm better suited to hone that skill."

Before they could argue further, Hashirama intervened. "He's still young. Let him finish a few more years in the academy before we decide."

After dinner, the group reconvened in the hall. Hashirama addressed Ryuusei, curiosity lighting his face. "Ryuusei, how did you develop that high-speed movement taijutsu?"

Ryuusei sipped his tea, carefully choosing his words. "It was inspired by the Teleportation Jutsu. The strain from trying to perform it led me to experiment with a taijutsu alternative. That's how I created the Shave technique."

"Interesting," Hashirama said, impressed. "What about your final strike?"

"That was also inspired by the Teleportation Jutsu," Ryuusei explained. "I theorized that if chakra could be used to generate explosive power in the legs, the same principle could apply to the hands. The technique isn't fully refined yet, but I call it Impact Strike."

The room fell silent as the others imagined the potential of Ryuusei's techniques. Tobirama broke the silence. "Ryuusei, would you be willing to share your taijutsu with the village? We would compensate you fairly."

Ryuusei nodded. "Of course. It's not something I can keep secret anyway. Miyuki-san can help write it down for you."

Miyuki documented the practice methods while Tobirama analyzed the requirements. "Pressing your feet to the ground ten times in under 0.6 seconds? This will need considerable physical strength. Only chūnin-level shinobi or higher could achieve this."

Madara added, "The faster you execute it, the more effective it becomes, but it's limited by physical conditioning and reaction speed."

Tobirama glanced at Madara. "It also requires exceptional visual acuity. Uchiha and Hyūga shinobi will have a significant advantage."

"Exactly," Madara said with a smirk. "The Uchiha clan will master this easily, unlike the Hyūga, who are trapped by their outdated traditions."

Hashirama sighed but chose not to comment on the Hyūga. Instead, he turned back to Ryuusei. "What reward would you like for your contribution?"

Ryuusei didn't hesitate. "I have two friends who want to become ninjas. I want them to receive ninjutsu training."
