My Hero Academia: The Legacy of Lost Numbers

Chapter 37: Next Clue in England

As Toshinori walked towards UA, his mind raced with confusion and questions.

Toshinori (thinking): "Why did I shed tears? What is my connection with the Midoriya's? Why does everything feel so familiar yet so distant?"

He clenched his fists, frustration bubbling inside him.

Toshinori (frustrated): "There's something… something I want to remember, but I can't. It's like a piece of me is missing."

He felt the weight of an unseen burden—memories just out of reach, teasing him. The flashes he'd experienced at the Midoriya mansion had stirred something deep within, but no matter how hard he tried, the answers remained elusive.

Toshinori (thinking): "What is it that I'm forgetting?"

Despite the void in his memories, he couldn't shake the feeling that whatever it was, it held the key to everything.

Ken and Shoya were deep in discussion about their radiation problems when Toshinori suddenly appeared, joining their conversation.

Ken: "03, do you think there's a way for us to use our Devil Triggers without absorbing radiation, especially with the limitations on our powers?"

Shoya: "Well, I'm not sure, 02. Without radiation, can we even transform?"

Before Shoya could continue, Toshinori cut in.

Toshinori: "We're already strong. I don't think we need to transform unnecessarily unless…"

Ken: "Unless Monster 0 is standing in front of us."

Toshinori: "Exactly. But there's something that's been bothering me for a while."

Shoya raised an eyebrow, sensing Toshinori's unease.

Shoya: "You're having memory issues too, aren't you?"

Toshinori: "Yeah… why do the top three heroes want to help us so badly? What's their connection to us?"

Ken nodded in agreement, the question weighing on his mind as well.

Ken: "That's a question for another day. 03, have you figured out where we need to go next?"

Shoya glanced at Toshinori before answering.

Shoya: "Yeah. I believe the next clue leads us to England."

The three of them stood in silence for a moment, each lost in their thoughts about the journey ahead. England might hold answers—not just about Monster 0 but perhaps even about their forgotten pasts.

Toshinori, Ken, and Shoya approached Principal Aizawa, ready to discuss their next move.

Toshinori: "Mr. Aizawa, do you have a minute?"

Aizawa, slightly taken aback by their unexpected visit, nodded.

Aizawa: "What is it, 01?"

Toshinori: "We've gathered some intel on All for One."

Ken: "And we believe we can find more clues in England."

Aizawa's surprise grew.

Aizawa: "Are you sure about this?"

Shoya stepped forward, confident.

Shoya: "Yeah. Most of All for One's subordinates over the years have been British, so it's likely we'll find something there."

Aizawa frowned, concerned.

Aizawa: "Are you three planning to go alone?"

Toshinori: "It's better that way. The heroes need to be ready for whatever All for One has planned."

Aizawa: "I get that, but are you sure you can handle this on your own?"

Ken scoffed lightly.

Ken: "We've survived for years without any help from the heroes. We don't need assistance now."

Aizawa's expression turned more serious, frustration evident in his eyes.

Aizawa: "This could be a trap. All for One might be waiting for this exact moment."

Toshinori shrugged.

Toshinori: "We don't care."

Shoya: "Even if it's a trap, what do we have to lose?"

Aizawa couldn't immediately answer, hesitant to push the boys too far. He knew recovering all of their memories could overwhelm them, but stopping them was almost impossible.

Ken: "And another thing—what's our connection to the Top 3 heroes?"

Toshinori: "Why do they want to help us so much? Don't give me that 'it's their job as heroes' it's crap."

Shoya: "There's more to it. We can't just blindly trust the heroes."

Aizawa fell silent. He didn't have the answers they sought and couldn't bring himself to stop them. He knew that no matter what he said, their minds were made up.

After leaving Aizawa's office, Toshinori, Ken, and Shoya discussed their next move.

Toshinori: "Well, before we head to England, should we stop by the Nuclear Power Plant?"

Ken: "Good idea, 01. Let's absorb as much radiation as we can."

Shoya: "It's like stocking up on protein. We'll need it for whatever All for One throws at us."

With their plan set, they made their way to the Nuclear Power Plant. The energy in the air felt thick as they neared the facility.

Toshinori: "Let's do it."

The three of them began to absorb the radiation from their surroundings, their bodies glowing with immense power. The more they took in, the stronger they felt, their auras growing with intensity.

Toshinori: "Now we're fully charged."

Shoya smirked, flexing his energy.

Shoya: "England's next. Let's see what All for One's been scheming."

Ken: "We'll find out soon enough."

They prepared themselves for the journey ahead—ready to confront the unknown.

As Toshinori, Ken, and Shoya boarded the flight for England, they engaged in light banter.

Ken: "This is too slow. We could've just flown there in our Devil Triggers."

Shoya: "We need to conserve our energy for whatever's waiting for us. Save the flashy entrance for later."

Ken: "Yeah, you're right. Can't argue with that."

Toshinori, meanwhile, stared out the window, deep in thought.

Toshinori (thinking): The Top 3 heroes... what's their real motive? It doesn't seem like they have an ulterior motive, but why does it feel like they're trying to make amends for something?*

Back at UA, Aizawa had summoned Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto to brief them on the situation.

Bakugo: "Oi, Half Leg! You couldn't even stop them! Who made you Principal?"

Aizawa, clearly irritated by Bakugo's outburst, responded sharply.

Aizawa: "Watch your mouth, brat! Do you honestly think you could've stopped them? Like father, like son. Stubborn and reckless."

The three heroes fell silent, realizing the truth in Aizawa's words.

Shoto: "I don't know what they're planning, but I can't lose Shoya again."

Bakugo: "Then there's only one thing we can do."

Deku: "We're going to England. This time, we'll have full authority to act."

Determined to save their sons and confront whatever danger awaited, Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto made up their minds to follow them to England.

They knew it was the only way to protect their children and possibly uncover the truths hidden from them.

As Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto prepared to board the private jet, they were met by Ochaco, Camie, and Momo at the airstrip.

Ochaco: "Deku, we're coming with you. You'll need all the help you can get."

Izuku: "Dear, I agree. More help is exactly what we need right now."

Shoto: "Yeah, and we need to make sure the boys won't be alone in whatever they're walking into."

Momo: "I've already instructed my staff to arrange a private jet. It'll land at the YaoYorozu family's private airport in England."

Bakugo: "Good. So what the hell are we waiting for? Let's go get them."

Camie: "I've spoken with the England Hero Association. They've confirmed that the No. 1 hero in Europe will be joining us to assist."

With the plan now solidified, the group hurriedly boarded the jet. There was no time to waste—they knew they were not only racing against All for One's schemes but also against the possible trap awaiting the boys in England.

As the jet took off, determination filled the air as each of them vowed to bring the next generation back safely, no matter the cost.
