MHA: The One Who Laughs

After the deal was finalized, Joker drove around the city with his new stolen car.

The goods he was trying to acquire were all rare materials to make a laser gun, the most advanced gun he had in his world. But because of the lack of materials, he had to revise and make a lower-quality version.

Joker entered a mall where everyone looked at him and began to run. However, Joker did not care and just strolled around the mall, stealing or buying from old people.

"Oh, you can have it, young man. It'll suit you well," said an old lady.

While everyone was running for the exit at the sight of Joker, the old lady gave him a purple hat for free.

Joker refused and said, "Oh no, I'll pay for it. I can't steal from you..."

As he took out money from his pocket, he heard a voice from his right, "A villain?"

Joker slowly looked at the man who spoke and saw a blonde kid with spiky hair. He smiled as he remembered the man from the uniform and his familiar hair. He was from Johnny's school, Bakugo.

The old lady looked at Joker and slapped his head, "You're a villain? That's very bad, young man! Very bad, I tell you!"

Joker bowed and apologized and asked her to go inside her store. She was reluctant and just blabbered on about how bad being a villain was.

When the old lady got inside the store, Joker's face, which had an embarrassed look, quickly disappeared, replaced by a smile.

"Well, well, well. Who do we have here?" asked Joker as he clapped his hands.

Bakugo scoffed and said, "You don't look like much. Better get out of my way before I blow your head off."

Joker laughed, "Wanna test that out?"

Bakugo threw out his drink and dashed toward Joker with sparks coming out of his hands.

Bakugo jumped in the air and when nearing Joker, he blasted him with his quirk, "Die!"

Boom

Joker was blasted into the wall, creating a dust cloud.

Bakugo scoffed and walked towards his drink. He walked to a nearby trash bin and threw away his drink. But as he did, a gunshot was heard from the dust cloud, shooting at his drink.

The dust cloud cleared, revealing Joker, who had his clothes and some of his skin burnt.

He chuckled and said, "Not bad... But let's continue!"

Bang Bang Bang Bang

Joker shot his gun and all missed. Bakugo was fast and agile, weaving through all the shots, narrowly dodging everything.

Sparks bombarded in his palm and he launched himself in the air to close the distance between him and Joker.

When they were close, Bakugo stopped and started hand-to-hand combat. Bakugo threw a punch but was easily blocked by Joker's arm.

Smiling, Joker threw a punch at Bakugo's stomach, but it was stopped by Bakugo. After he caught Joker's hand, Bakugo activated his quirk and caused an explosion, which burnt Joker's hand.

Boom

Joker was now off balance, and Bakugo did not let the chance slip by. He did a 360 kick and struck Joker's head, causing him to tumble backward.

However, when he kneeled on the ground, Joker quickly pulled out another gun and shot at Bakugo's arms and legs.

Bang Bang Bang Bang

"Argh!"

Bakugo yelled out in pain, and with bullet holes in his limbs, Bakugo couldn't support himself and fell on the ground.

Tap Tap Tap

Bakugo heard footsteps. He used all his willpower and gritted through the pain to look at Joker, who was making his way to him.

"I'll kill you!" yelled Bakugo.

Joker didn't answer him and just walked calmly with a smile on his face. When he finally reached Bakugo, he kneeled down and met his eyes.

Joker pulled out another pistol and Bakugo yelled, "How many damn guns do you have?!"

Joker pointed his gun at Bakugo, but Bakugo wasn't scared. He mocked Joker and said, "Go ahead! Shoot!"

Although Bakugo was taunting Joker, he still had sweat all over his face. He didn't want to die, but he couldn't do anything, his limbs were shot through, and it was difficult to move them.

As Bakugo saw Joker nearing to pull the trigger, he closed his eyes and thought about his life. His life flashed before his eyes and when he opened his eyes again, he saw Joker pull the trigger.

Bang!

"No!"

Bakugo yelled, with his eyes closed once again, but after a few minutes, nothing happened. He opened his eyes and saw a red flag with the word, "Bang!"

The gun had a pole coming out of the barrel, and the flag was hanging on the pole. As Bakugo stared at the flag, he chuckled with fear and relief in his voice, "Ha-Hahaaha!"

Joker chuckled with him, but his face quickly shut Bakugo. Half of Joker's face was burnt, but they were nothing serious. Because of the arms covering his face during Bakugo's attack, the burns were not a serious threat.

"Not so tough now, huh?" mocked Joker.

"Sh-"

Bakugo was about to speak, but Joker didn't humor him anymore and struck his head with the handle of the gun.

Bakugo went to sleep and Joker walked around the mall while whistling a song.

When he exited the building from the back, he heard police sirens at the front of the building, and more police were coming to lock up the back of the mall.

But Joker was quick and calculated. He had already parked his stolen car from earlier in the back parking lot. He jumped in the car and drove away from the scene.

As he drove, Joker thought out loud, "I really need lackeys. I don't want to bother with useless things like earlier... But first..."

He looked at his clothes, and everything was torn apart.

"I need to make clothing for fighting."

With an idea in his head, he drove to a nearby tailor shop. The shop Joker chose was a small local business, as he didn't want anyone knowing.

He walked through the door and saw a girl who was packing up. She had messy hair and big glasses. Her hair was brown, and her eyes were blue. She looked around 23-25 years old.

When she heard the door open, she didn't bother to look behind and just said, "Sorry, we're closed. And will be permanently closed."

Joker chuckled and said, "Well, too bad, you can't close because I said so."

The lady frowned and turned around while saying, "Listen, we're closed and that's… Final...."

"Ah!!"

When she finally turned around, she saw Joker staring at her with a frightening smile. She recognized the familiar smile and makeup, as she would always watch the news because she had nothing else to do with no customers.

She stumbled down the floor and took a scissor and said, "S-Stay away from me!"

Joker chuckled, "I need something from you."

"Ahhh!" She screamed and threw the scissors at Joker.

Joker seemed amused, "I won't hurt you."

When she heard those words, she stopped screaming and covered her breast, "D-Don't tell me?! You're gonna touch me inappropriately?!"

Joker seemed confused at first then angered, "What?! What the hell are you talking about?!"
