Marvel Brodcast : Spoiling Spider-man

Chapter 39: Chapter 39 Guess

Tony: "Shock!!!???"

Banner: " And what does this have to do with me>>?"

Natasha: "???"

People watching the screen: "???"

The sudden, explosive revelation from the narration on the screen sent ripples of confusion across the universe. On his throne, Thanos sat brooding, muttering thoughtfully, "Tony Stark!"

"What do you mean? Explain it clearly!" Tony looked at the screen in confusion, but the screen had fallen silent and ignored Tony's question.

"He said you saved the entire universe..." Rhodes looked at Tony in surprise. Is this really the playboy he knew?

"Natasha Romanoff... That's your real name, right?" Tony said suddenly, his eyes shifting to Natasha, who stood beside Pepper. Despite Nick Fury mentioning her name only once, Tony had committed it to memory

"Tony, you remembered it wrongly, her name is Natalie Rushman!" Pepper looked at Tony in confusion, "That is her fake name, her real name is that!" Tony stared at Natasha.

"What?" Pepper was a little surprised. "She is an undercover agent planted in Stark Industries by Nick Fury, the director of SHIELD. I know about this since that one eyed balled eagle came here with her." Tony explained Natasha to Pepper.

But none of this was important. What was more important was The Screen's few short sentences. There was so much information in them that for a moment Tony didn't even know where to start to sort out the whole story.

"Okay," Tony began, pacing as he spoke. "Let's assume Natasha's sacrifice provided a glimmer of hope, and Banner somehow brought everyone back. But... this Banner couldn't be the big green rage monster, could it?"

"Dr. Banner is the Hulk's normal form. When he can't control his anger, he will transform into the Incredible Hulk!" Natasha confirmed Tony's idea.

"Does he know you well? Does he really like you? After all, you are 'beloved Natasha' to him." Tony joked. Natasha rolled her eyes. Under Pepper's death gaze, Tony coughed twice and didn't dare to continue the topic.

"Right, let's get back to business," Tony continued. "If Banner brought everyone back, why did he need to? What happened to them? Were they all dead? Or forced to leave? Considering I apparently sacrificed myself to save the universe, let's assume they all died."

"Then what's the sequence of events?" Tony began to theorize aloud. "The narrator mentioned victory in the war. So, a massive war breaks out across the universe. Countless lives are lost, but victory still feels impossible."

"To create a chance at winning, Natasha sacrifices herself, exchanging her soul for a soul. Banner then somehow brings everyone back, but even then, the war remains unwinnable. So, in the end, I sacrifice myself," Tony said, pointing to himself.

Rhodes nodded. "That sounds about right."

"Then the question is, who is this Strange? Jarvis, search for him And what's with the one-in-14-million chance? That's absurd! More than 14 million outcomes, and we only win once? And it costs my life?" Tony complained, incredulous.

Tony complained that the probability was too low, and at the same time he was narcissistic and he added with a self-satisfied smirk, "I mean, it does make sense that I'm the one to save the universe."

"Sir, relevant information about Strange has been found! The most famous one is a famous neurosurgeon in New York, whose full name is Stephen Strange!" Jarvis listed countless people named Strange.

"Hmm..." Tony took a quick glance and said, "Let's focus on these people first. What the Screen is talking about must be things that will happen in the future." He waved his hand and asked Jarvis to include these people as the focus of attention.

"If Banner used the Hulk's body to harness this 'huge energy' but was still tortured by it, that means this energy is reusable but comes at an enormous cost. And I..." Tony paused dramatically, "will use it to save everyone, even if it kills me."

"Do you know how powerful the Hulk is? I know it has caused a lot of damage, but I don't know its specific data." Tony looked at Natasha who was talking to Nick Fury on her communicator. After hearing Tony's question. She turned from her conversation with Nick Fury, responding coolly, "There's no exact data. We do know that no thermal weapon except a nuclear bomb can harm him. The military once tried sonic weapons, which only had a minimal effect before he escaped."

Natasha recalled the information about the Hulk.

"Wow," Tony muttered, his eyes widening slightly. "The Hulk, who's practically invincible, was tortured by this energy? That gives me a whole new appreciation for how 'huge' it really is." He turned to Jarvis. "Create a new file and label it: To withstand unimaginable energy."

"But what I can't understand is, soul for soul? What does it mean? Is Natasha's soul important? Can it bring back countless dead people? And Barton... who is that? Why did you push him down?"

"Agent Clint Barton, that's my colleague. Maybe he wants to stop me?" Natasha ended the call with Nick Fury and answered Tony's question.

"As for your other question, how should I know?" Natasha didn't know what would happen in the future, so naturally she had no answer to Tony's question.

"Well, it looks like we can only draw rough conclusions for now. Aren't you guys very capable? I'll leave it to you to analyze it, and I won't rack my brains." Tony thought about it and gave up. The information was overwhelming, but there were too few clues, and he didn't want to waste his time any more.

"I'm afraid not! Director Nick Fury ordered me to go back immediately. By the way, he asked you to come with me. Let's go!" Natasha nodded, but then said Nick Fury's order. Tony rolled his eyes when he heard it.

"Hey! I'm not your employee! I don't take his bullshit orders."

"Tony, this is for your own good. You were already very famous, and now you're even more famous. I even suspect that soon reporters will surround the door of your villa." Natasha advised.

Looking at Natasha's face and thinking of her sacrificing herself for victory, Tony couldn't refuse the request of such a person, so he had to follow her out of Stark Industries. Pepper wanted to follow, but was rejected by Tony.

In S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury held a communicator in his hand and pressed the switch. His one eye stared at the flashing lights and he muttered to himself: "Carol, is it time to call you back now?"

Hill walked in with Natasha, Tony "Natasha and Stark are here, Barton is on his way back."
