Malevolent Warlock: Sin Of Eternity

Chapter 135: Untitled.

"You’re strong" Opposite the towering body of Ace, Darknorth stood with a mace in his left hand.

This fight had turned into an all out brawl with several members from each faction going all out. Even the waterway family household had brought out some of its men to help.

"You jest, I already lost once before" Ace replied. His armed was bandaged from when he was stabbed by Carlson during their previous match.

"It’s unfair to compare yourself to those monsters" Darknorth shook his head and said. From what he knew carlson was currently vying to be the top talent of the waterway family. The waterway family had a sky mage in their ranks, this wasn’t an easy feat.

Talents like these couldn’t be comprehened by them.

"Haha, I guess you’re right.....but you’re stronger than me also" Ace said with humility. Darknorth was of his generation and had surpassed him, it was worth being ashamed of.

"Yes, I am....either way, you are strong" Darknorth didn’t speak much after that. He swung forward with his mace and smashed forward.

All throughout the battlefield, scenes similar to this one were happening all around. Arian fought Gardon, jade went at it not only Lucian, but Thane too.

But the most astonishing sight on this battle field was Leon’s fight. Leon wasn’t fighting anyone in particular though.

He was basically fight everyone.

With the Kaga puppet beside him, Leon laid seige on every member from the different factions.

—Boom

With a smack to the side he would send men who were honed assassins flying like they were babies.

"Hm? Isn’t that old vlad?" In the sky, going head to head with half moon, Alaric frowned with squinted brows. In the sides of his eyes he could notice the gigantic figure going on a rampage down on the ground.

"Why is he here?" Alaric frowned....but as his eyes panned to an alleyway not too far away. He stopped and smirked. He wouldn’t get involved in this one, if Cane thought he could sit there and watch without making a move, he had another thing coming.

He was right, Cane was waiting for Alaric to notice the destruction on the round so he would assist. But he didn’t think Alaric would completely ignore this and continue his battle with Half-moon.

"Fucking retard" Cane cursed under his breath. But he was more concerned on why the faystone ancestor was in this place. Yeah, as a marquee he knew of what happened in the faystone mansion lately, vlad waking up to an intrusion by enemies with alterior motives, Damien going on a rampage in the central City.

It was all connected....but was it deeper than that? Or was the faystone ancestor just trying to take over the faceless mercenary company on his own volition?

As the marquee tried to reason what exactly was going on, a wave of heat suddenly engulfed the surroundings forcing him to look up.

"What the..." with widened eyes the marquee watched this scene with absolute shock.

Above Half-moon was a formation of rock 10× his size floating above his head. This was not the shocking part....it was what surrounded it, it was engulfed in a cyan coloured flame that burned the rocky formation inside out.

"Molten work: meteoric blaze" with his finger holding up the rocky boulder, Half-moon pronounced.

After successfully Reviving and healing Ember, Leon was able to extract a seed of the cyan coloured flame given to her by Damien.

He kept half and gave half to Half-moon as a gift of sort. Just like that, he had amped Half-moon power by multiple folds.

"Catch this" a mad look painted on his face, Half-moon threw the meteor directly at Alaric.

—woooo

It burnt through the air itself and barreled at Alaric who tried to stop it with his great sword.

Alaric was a fighter, the most battle hardened person in the Dalriss family. He had been through hundreds of battles and would never give up. This was why he was made the head of the death squad of the Tamlin group....he was relentless.

But when faced with a power far beyond his own, he could only be pushed back.

"F*cking hell" gritting his teeth, Alaric used the moment of the meteor and pushed himself out of the way.

The next second

—Boom!!!!!

The meteor spell landed on the ground and exploded affecting everyone at once.

"Hmm, just as I thought, impressive"

Of course amongst the people it affected Leon was not moved. In the last minute the faystone ancestor had created a barrier of vines over himself and Leon effectively shielding from the fallout.

(The thought of me having a seed of this flame just gives me goosebumps)

Leon thought to himself, he acquired a piece of the cyan coloured flame called the flame of Gog, and this here was a display of its might.

He would use this in the near future and it would be devastating....all he needed was time to accumlate, because unlike Half-moon and Ember whose families had a history with this flame, Leon didn’t.

"This isn’t good," Alaric frowned ontop a building not too far away. His skin had been seriously burnt leaving red scars like a rash peeling off the skin.

This wasn’t the biggest problem though, the biggest problem was that Half-moon had already conjured about three more of these attacks and was ready to drop them once again.

"We have to stop him" Alaric looked over at old zaki and barked. If the attack landed it would decimate everyone underneath. Plus This was supposed to be an in and out mission done discretely else the other powers would notice that the royalty was trying to annex one of them and react.

Half-moon was trying to make a loud enough ruckus to draw attention...it was bad.

"Hmm!!" Old zaki nodded and prepared to help.....but before he could he noticed a shadow appear in the sky next to Half-moon.

"If you attack I will have to arrest you for causing damage to duan city." The shadow had a robe on and eyes similar to Lucian.

The marquee, Cane had decided to get involved, and his excuse was arson?

"You must be joking" Half-moon replied with a smirk. A level 4 great mage had appeared...the most powerful existences in Eldoria at this point.

"Half-moon use your head, do you really believe that I care about the damage? If you do this, I’ll capture you.....or maybe I’ll just kill you." Canes eyes looked gloomy and ugly.

He didn’t understand why Half-moon wasn’t scared of his presence, but he would readily kill him if he went to far.

"I don’t doubt that you could. But.....Will you be able to before they land?" Half moon said slyly.

Yes, cane could probably kill him. But would he be able to do it and save his subordinates ? No.

"Try and youll die" Cane dared Half-moon.

"He won’t"

Interceding in this tense atmosphere, a cool voice sounded forcing them all to look downwards.

There a middle aged man with dirty blonde hair stood looking directly at cane with lazy eyes.

"You...." Finally cane was able to understand why Half-moon was so confident.

They had found themselves a person of his level to interfer with their battle.

This person was the disgraced knight....Arians father.

"You’ll stop me?" Cane asked, he hated the bastard. He and Alaric use to be his pawns but all of a sudden he quit because of a woman cheated on him. This annoyed cane so much that he formulated a plan to bring him back by capturing his bitch wife and taking his daughter to pay for her release.

However all these things didn’t move this guy in the least bit. He didn’t even look like he cared until they killed his former wife. Now he suddenly became a pain in the ass.

"I will....they are under my protection now, if you interfer you will be facing me" Arians dad said calmly.

A threat and a proclamation. Not only was he saying that he would fight Cane to the death if he pushed this any futher. He was also saying that as of now the faceless mercenary company had a level 4 great mage behind them.

"Hmmm, let’s go" cane turned around and left.

His clashes with Arian’s father had showed that he was too hard to beat, now with someone like Half-moon with his strange fire....he couldn’t tell what would happen next.

It was best to regroup and recalculate.

"No!!!!! We can’t go back now!!" At the ground gardon screamed. He was the one who brought the royalty here....if Alaric left they would face a severe punishment.

"Sort yourself out old man" Cane sneered and left. He didn’t like this Gardon from the beginning so it was only natural that he would leave him to the dogs

"Sigh!!" Watching them leave Leon sighed in relief, it went how he planned. There was no need for a level 4 fight .
